Hotel Heritage - Relais & Chateaux in Bruges, Belgium
Known as the Venice of the North, the quaint streets of Bruges, Belgium are postcard-picture perfect. Part of the Dutch speaking part of Belgium known as Flanders, Bruges is a medieval city replete with city walls, winding cobblestone streets, bustling town squares, and beautiful canals lined with homes that look like gingerbread cutouts. In the heart of it all find a gem in The Hotel Heritage, where old world refinement and luxury meet modern pampering and indulgence. The Heritage is a haven of comfort and style in this romantic city of canals and history. Recently The Hotel Heritage successfully completed a full renovation of its four suites, and has designed a new lounge, named Le Magnum. This new lounge is a bar concept located inside the 24-room hotel, with the ambience of a private club featuring elegant banquettes and a small library.
Burges' canals and alleyways, churches, almshouses and patricians' houses, decoratively restored gables and museums full of art bring the past to life. Explore this romantic city by foot, discovering a new treasure around each corner, or by boat along the serene canals. Just outside the city find wide sandy beaches along the Flemish coast, and the beautiful green countryside known as the "Polders". The knowledgeable concierge at the Hotel Heritage will help you to experience the best of this region, inside and outside the city walls. At the end of each diverting day find a haven of tranquility in a suite or room designed with old world charm, luxurious Italian and French linens and silks, and discreetly hidden modern conveniences. A sauna, fitness room and Turkish steam-bath are ready to rejuvenate, preparing you for another day of unforgettable adventure.

Reviews for Hotel Heritage - Relais & Chateaux
There is a real sense of a team running this hotel. Every detail is attended to with care and graceful politeness. It is a beautiful old building, and also completely functioning and equipped with high quality modern technology. The food and service are outstanding, the bed, bath, and room, very comfortable.

From our arrival, to checkout, everything was perfect. We were greeted warmly, our rooms and the hotel features were explained thoroughly, dinner and breakfast at the hotel were delicious and the service excellent. One of the hotel owners introduced herself at breakfast and asked if everything with our stay was ok. She answered our questions about the beautiful property, and you can tell the place is a labor of love. Our rooms were gorgeous and beds very comfortable, with all the amenities. They were nice enough to allow us late check-out and kept our bags all afternoon so we could enjoy the rest of the day sightseeing. The location is central to everything. It was a real pleasure staying there.

From the moment we arrived we had the best treatment, felt like a personal service with little touches like being shown around your room and always greeted with a smile. Even upgraded our room for free on our last night when our room got a bit wet with all the snow we had! Would recommend a stay here
This lovely hotel is very convenient for the city centre but in a quiet street. The staff were all excellent and very friendly. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and well appointed, and a superb choice at breakfast. Excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights in early December and had a really good weekend. The hotel is excellently situated, just a few minutes walk from the Christmas Market and the majority of visitor attractions. Staff could not have been any more helpful; recommending and booking restaurants for us, together with sorting our online check-in for the flight home including printing off the boarding passes. Breakfast also very good. Only downside was late-night/early hours noise from revellers passing by, but then it's Christmas time in a tourist City so only to be expected!
