We spent one night here on the last leg of our Belgium tour and would give this hotel a 5-star for its location! Right at the entrance of the central train station which made it so convenient to just wheel our suitcases across the pavement into the station to catch a train to the airport for our flight home ( train ride was 15 minutes with one stop at Brussels Nord). Our room faced the train station actually. It was spacious enough with a comfortable bed. As this is Hilton, we were expecting a lot and were not disappointed. Too bad we only stayed one night

The location is great as it’s across from the Centraal Station and close to multiple tourist attractions. As a Hilton Honors diamond member, I was given a generous room upgrade, executive lounge access, an early check in and complimentary continental breakfast in the executive lounge. My pre -stay confirmation email was answered promptly and requests granted. Our king junior suite was large and very comfortably furnished, with a walk-in robe and a large bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. We had an interesting view, as requested, of the city skyline and Centraal Station, which was great for people watching. The executive lounge had a good selection of all day snacks. Evening pre-dinner canapes included soup, bread, cheese and crackers plus red and white wine, beer and spirits. Breakfast was fairly limited but okay.

Great location for evening site seeing after a long work day. Bedding is excellent and hotel staff very helpful. Had mussels at the restaurant they were exceptional along with an expresso martini. Wait staff attentive and friendly. Will Stay here again.

Do not stay at this Hilton on account of the existence of an executive lounge. It is extremely poorly supplied. On my visit, all three wines were empty twenty minutes before the lounge closed. Impossible to get anyone to refil them (it's a machine). Food not replenished either. No management on duty in the hotel over the weekend. When a problem arose, I was told "sorry, I'm just a receptionist. You will have to wait until Monday if you want to speak with someone" ! This is the stuff of budget hotels, not Hiltons. Diamond members also beware...you do not get a free breakfast in the restaurant. It is only available in the lounge and is extremely limited.

5 star location. 3 star updates - dated and worn. 3 star executive lounge - continental breakfast very poor choices, sorry. Nice coffee machine. Beds comfortable and clean. King executive room spacious. Would not recommend, sorry. Would not stay again.
