Whenever I stay in Brussels, I stay at the Amigo. First, the location of the hotel can't be beat, right behind the Grand Place. But most of all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff are truly outstanding, and this goes for the entire team, from the doormen, concierge, and front-desk staff to the staff at the restaurant and bar, as well as housekeeping. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. And last but definitely not least, the hotel bar is among the very best.

This is our second time today here & it is beautiful. It is so central and so easy to navigate your way around the city. Food is gorgeous (try the lasagne). Bar is so relaxing. The staff are so amazing - a wonderful Intern we met in the dining room on night of 27th can’t remember her name (from Cashel) - she has a wonderful Career ahead of her. She remembered us from our last stay and even remembered we were at Paul Simon . Remembering those little details about customers is a brilliant trait for a future hotel Manager in the making. Good luck ☘️ The staff are really suberb and make the hotel so welcoming. The flowers are stunning around the hotel. Well well worth it !

For location in Brussels, it’s hard to top the Hotel Amigo, which is just steps away from the Grand-Place. Despite being in such a busy and central area, the hotel feels like an oasis of quiet luxury. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations throughout the stay. The deluxe room was spacious and well appointed, offering elegance and relaxation after a day exploring the city. The restaurant was another highlight, especially the excellent breakfast buffet, which provided a perfect start to each morning. Altogether, Hotel Amigo delivers a refined and welcoming experience in one of the best locations in Brussels.

We spent 3 wonderful nights and were so happy with our choice! From the beautiful and comfortable rooms, to the delicious breakfasts daily, our expectations were far surpassed. Lily in the bar was amazing, the jazz at night so fun, and the coffee in the mornings was perfect. When back in Brussels this will be the only place I will stay.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights while we were in Brussels and it's definitely a top choice. The location is in the middle of everything you want to see - literal steps to the Grand Place and all of those activities and then maybe a ten minute walk up to the museum campus. The staff is great from the bellmen at the front door to the team working the desk and the waitstaff at the bar. A super friendly and welcoming group of people. The rooms themseleves are quite large and worth noting is that this hotel had the best water pressure in the shower of any hotel I've ever been in - truly outstanding. This might not be the cheapest hotel in town but for a discerning guest who wants a top-notch location, this one is a winner.
