Hotel Amigo

Amazing hotel with very clean spacious rooms, very attentive staff, extremely polite, well mannered with much pride in their work, and excellent well centered location within the city.

We felt genuinely pampered throughout our stay. The young lady at check‑in welcomed us warmly, offered helpful tips about events in the city, and upgraded us from the Deluxe King Room. The concierge was equally impressive: when I showed him that balcony tickets for the floral display on the Grote Markt couldn’t be booked online, he immediately arranged complimentary access. Actually, every member of staff, both in the hotel and the restaurant, was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. The location couldn’t be better, right in the centre of Brussels, less than five minutes’ walk to the Grote Markt and about ten minutes to the Central Station. Like the other Rocco Forte properties we’ve visited in Germany, Hotel Amigo exudes quiet elegance, quality, and understated design. We enjoyed two excellent dinners at Ristorante Bocconi, which also serves a delicious, high‑quality breakfast. This is unquestionably where we will stay on our next visit to Brussels.

One of the finest Italian dining experiences in Brussels. Excellent food, complemented by professional yet genuinely friendly service. The restaurant is set at a prestigious address in one of the city’s best locations, just steps from the Grand Place. A refined experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend in Brussels - the location of the hotel is excellent, just a few metres from the Grand Square and yet quiet. We felt welcomed from the minute of arrival and everyone gave us the feeling they really cared for us. Food in the Bocconi restaurant and cocktails in the Bar Magritte were excellent. The beds were extraordinary and we would love to come back!

As always, we enjoyed a very pleasant lunch with refined and delicious dishes, a beautiful setting, good company, and, as always, very friendly and professional service. Excellent value for money. Keep up the great work!
