I don't normally take time to write a review of a hotel property, but for this one I am happy to make an exception! Our experience at the Hotel Amigo was exceptional, and the best experience I've had at any hotel property. From the front desk and door staff, to the staff in the restaurant...beyond exceptional. I felt treated as if I mattered to them, and their willingness to go the extra created a very special environment. Entire staff is top notch. The hotel is clean, sophisticated and comfortable. It's in a great Brussels location one block from Grand Place, with many amenities right at your doorstep. I cannot say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend. It's a boutique hotel with a 5 star experience!

Great location, excellent staff. Nice bar and comfy room, what else do you need? Concierge was spot on w restaurant recommendations. Cool cocktail and excellent presentation.

Room was great. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Location is perfect, close to restaurants, markets and tourist spots.
