If you want a 5-star hotel in the heart of Brussels, look no further. The room was spacious, clean, and quite. The staff were attentive to all our needs. Anything we asked for was provided without hesitation. The restaurant and bar were fantastic. Great cocktails and the breakfast was a perfect start to each day. We've already booked a return visit this summer. Hotel Amigo is excellent!

Lack of cleanliness. Bathroom is dirty. Unacceptable for 5stars hotel. Won’t recommend if you want to stay a fine place.

We had a lovely short stay at Hotel Amigo. The hotel is beautiful and rooms very well appointed. We had adjoining rooms which worked excellently. The location is perfect, a short walk from Brussels Central station and seconds from the main square. Breakfast was delicious and we made the most of the generous buffet! Everyone was so polite and kind to us and really accommodating for my son's allergies at breakfast.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Amigo in Brussels . We were greeted with a welcome home, an upgrade, a chess board filled with chocolate and a lovely bottle of red. Caroline escorted us to our room and she just exudes warmth. Our executive superior room with a view to city hall was well appointed with a very comfortable bed , excellent linen’s and a large bath room with shower and bath tub. My favourite thing was the excellent “Irene Forte” shampoo, conditioner and soap. In the evening a night cream was left on our pillow. I love skincare and I am obsessed with this Hydrating Hibiscus night cream. Service is impeccable and warm. The doormen always made time for a Bonjour and a chit chat. The Concierge and their vast knowledge ensured every Christmas market was visited. This is a lovely five star hotel and the only place we’d stay in Brussels.

I have two complaints: 1. The hotel is undergoing renovations and initially placed us in a room next to a Jack hammer. It is very poor conduct to keep rooms open adjacent to a noisy building site. These rooms are not fit for purpose. Did management think we would not notice? 2. The second issue was cleanliness. There was an obvious horrible yellow stain on our duvet cover. Housekeeping came to our room to give us clean linen which should have been there in the first place. A hotel resident is entitled to a quiet and clean room. Essential elements. A final comment (maybe I have 3 complaints) is one needs to climb into, and stand in, the bathtub to have a shower. Fortunately, I am able to step into the bath. I did have to consider not slipping.
