Hotel Amigo

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Service was excellent. Rooms were well appointed and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was a treat for us every morning. Selections were great as well as the service. What makes this hotel extremely attractive is the location. You are in the heart of Brussels and just steps from the main square. Delightful stay.

Stayed two nights late Nov 2025... fantastic location just off the Grand Place... near most of the sights, museums, cathedrals, coffee and chocolate shops. The hotel itself is stunning, including the recently remodeled, funky bar (great mixology!). The service is supremely customer focused, bravo Emanuel! The rooms were luxurious and highly comfortable... all the little touches were thought of for a wonderful stay.

Location perfect, best bar, friendly and helpful staff . Rooms large and cosy. Restaurant amazing! Multi language concierge gentleman! Miss a Spa only.

Where do I begin? The 4 of us had an unsurpassed 4 day stay at the Amigo. The service was exemplary…all the staff members were friendly, very helpful, kind and professional. Unfortunately when we were there, there was a 1 day strike at the airport and the other modes of transportation were also affected. The concierge helped us arrange a hotel car to get us to another town to continue our tour. Our meals at its restaurant were also 5 stars…delicious, with fresh ingredients, well executed with good choices. We had both breakfasts and dinners there. The Amigo is well appointed: the rooms are well decorated, simple, very clean, and French windows can open out ! I love fresh air where other hotels shut down their windows permanently. The air conditioning was quiet, the mattress was perfectly firm, the shower and vanity had good water pressure and the cleaning staff always did an excellent job. It is in the middle of a busy square with lots of shops and restaurants but you can’t hear the noise!. And chocolate shops just across the street! Just a lovely and wonderful place !

A very pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable room. Centrally located 1 block from the Grand-Place. Excellent service by the hotel staff. Room amenity is very good.
