At beginning when we went they gave us first floor room with no AC as i was requesting early check in. This room i didn't like. Then i asked to change the room. Which they immediately agreed. Room Service is excellent. Location to restuarants & shopping was great The downside was the shower flow was weak I didn't try their breakfast so i can't judge. But definitely i would stay again

We booked this hotel for 1 night as we thought it would be nice to stay in a 5 star hotel. We went to park the car in the hotel car park and called reception to help us get in. Once we parked finding the way to the hotel through the garage is a mission. Not signposted, access codes needed and like a tunnel of basement doors before you get in, having to drag your luggage yourself! On arrival we were given our room key and immediately felt funny. The hotel has an old feel ( not in a good way) smells old and hallways look rundown and creepy. The room looked somewhat clean but the beds were two singles pushed together not the double we asked for and the bathroom was very odd. The wardrobe doors fell apart when you open them and it’s smells of mould and old. Overall just felt very weird and decided we didn’t want to stay. We went back to the lobby and asked if we could have a refund and explained our reasons. There wasn’t an apology or a solution just a plain no we can’t and you will need to email in the week. No reply yet but we definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Creepy and not 5 star the parking is €31 per 24 hr and to get to the hotel from garage is like a maze with lots of doors and stairs. Hopefully we will be able to get a refund as we probably spent in total less than 15 mins here.

Online it states it is a 5-star hotel, but our room looked like a 3-star and our toilet smells bad. We had to wait for 25 min to be welcomed by the reception at the check-in. And the location of the hotel, even though it is in the centre, it is in a doggy area, where the street is very dirty, many sex shops and strange people. I did not feel safe to walk around alone even during the day, luckily I was with my husband. It did not deserve the high price we paid for this hotel.
