It was a Beautiful Hotel, in a great location, the rooms were big , the staff were very friendly, and their english fine , the breakfast and amenities were superb, it was a huge complex, we would certainly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Budapest

We loved this hotel - it is very beautiful and elegant and the staff were all super helpful, friendly and kind. The breakfast buffet was great and they have beautiful spa/steam/sauna that guests can access. Location was convenient and the price was reasonable. We highly recommend!!!

Really good experience in hotel. Good rooms, location and friendly staff. Bus 100E from airport was easy, to city centre, approx 40 mins and outside arrivals, low price. It was a 1km walk to hotel from drop off location in city. Hotel was an easy walk to Danube (25 mins) or an underground (5 mins) or buses and trams outside hotel. Single trips on any public transport are 450FR and ticket machines in tube station or just outside, they take card and cash. Validation of ticket is needed, with a small machine on entrance, and you can buy tickets to use other days, just validate on day of travel. Location wise, hotel is near most top attractions, 25-30 mins walk. Hotel spa is one of the nicest I’ve visited, quiet, spacious and comfortable, 2 saunas, 2 whirlpools, large pool, and steam room. Would say visiting that is possibly better than going to the thermal city spas with 100s of other people. Excellent hotel, great stay. Thank you.

We booked a king room and on check in we were given a dated twin room. We complained to the front desk, but were told we couldn’t be moved as they were fully booked (despite rooms still being available online). They eventually moved us to a king room the next day after we followed it up. They also tried to charge us extra for using the swimming pool, when my confirmation email clearly said the pool was included. We ended up having to pay it and disputing this at checkout, for which the manager finally relented based on our email confirmation - although still tried to claim he was only waiving it as a ‘gesture of goodwill’. On the morning of my partners birthday and waitress offered us a glass of fizz to celebrate, however she never came back with it and wasn’t to be seen again. Also the breakfast egg station only had one person serving and the queue we had to stand in was around 15 mins, and they were so overwhelmed they got our order wrong after waiting so long. Overall, a pretty disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.
