My partner and I would like to thank Amey and his team for incredible service on Wednesday evening. You welcomed us and made our last night in Budapest one to certainly remember. They were very accommodating and kept conversation with us all night. They made our holiday truly spectacular. Many Thanks

I’m relatively unaccustomed to a hotel of this quality. My usual experiences, whilst not slumming it, would be at the cheaper end of the market. When given the opportunity we should all experience luxury and on this Budapest break, I took that chance. For those taking the same leap the first thing you’ll notice is that everyone is suddenly extra-friendly. Not ostentatiously so but significantly more than you’re used to. It is quite pleasant. The way to tell the usual clientele from the likes of me is to observe how oblivious they are to this fact. Without doubt this is the calmest hotel I’ve ever experienced. The degree of quiet was unnerving, so that at times you could imagine that you had the place to yourself. When venturing into communal areas this idea was dispelled but it was welcome to someone, like myself, who often struggles to sleep in hotels. It was conspicuously clean as you’d imagine, the rooms were well appointed and a good size and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. If I can afford it I’ll be back.

We spent 4 days in this wonderfull hotel. Everything was splendid!!! More of all the service and the staff. We had many questions and we were very pleased to find answers in all of them. The pool and the jacuzzi -spa area was great. Spotlessly clean I could say. Our room in the 7th floor was twice serviced every day. The breakfast was very nice with anything you may ask to eat. Try the restaurant behind the Hotel (Deak) . Has a very nice steak of a local pork. The only disadvantage for us was the mattress that was trully so soft that we couldn't sleep, but after we complainted in the reception they took out something and then was ok. Also some times the elevators stuck with the use of the card keys but they are all their happy to assist you, so no problem at the end.

I honestly could not have imagined a better place to stay whilst in Budapest (or anywhere, really) than the Ritz Carlton Budapest. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff is so very helpful, friendly and attentive. Even the doorman walked us to the nearest subway station when giving us directions to the Gellert Spa and showed us which train to take and how to get back to the hotel later. The rooms were spacious, luxurious and comfortable - everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton. We had a lovely view of St. Stephen's Cathedral and the ferris wheel. It is very conveniently located to several shops, restaurants, cafes, Starbucks, the subway and trains and is a very short walk to St. Stephen's Cathedral. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else when next in Budapes.
