5 star, Leading Hotels of the World, not much more you need to say. Classic old world luxury with an efficient, friendly staff. We also ate at La Bourgogne which didn't disappoint. We were a little disappointed however that without notice the rooftop bar that we had enjoyed several time was closed on the Sunday and Monday evenings (long weekend) which deprived us of the great view. However, great place and a perfect location. What does stand out is Fernando, the head Concierge. We've stayed in literally hundreds of 5*+ hotels all over the world and Fernando is up there with very best in the world. He went above and beyond the usual call of duty to help organise our time and activities. Wonderful!

Popping in for a bit of elegance we admired the lobby bar but decided to check out the rooftop bar. Wow. Great views in a dimly lit bar overlook the beautiful BA skyline. We arrived after the sun had set - but I imagine it we be a stunning location to watch the sun go down. With our drinks was an entire bowl of Pringles. It was a nice time.

I was in a business trip, and decided to stay in a European style hotel, but with style. My option was excellent, I really felt like living in Paris. The neigbourhood is the top notch of the great city of Buenos Aires. Since stepping your first foot in the lobby you start breathing beauty and confort. The culinary experience is as well of high level. I am looking eagerly to have the chance to do it again!

We spent two weekday nights here on the 10th floor in an expensive room. Staff is super gracious and Hotel is in a very good location near lots of high end shops and stores. Rooftop bar was a delightful spot. But the room was so noisy that we heard lots of traffic and planes. It was so bad it disrupted the ability to sleep. A classic Hotel but the room noise should not be discounted.

Fabulous old world charm, with modern amenities. Great location. Excellent and friendly service, including towards those of us with little or no Spanish language ability! And the best expresso in Buenos Aires. Highly recommended.
