Elegant and expensive
The Grande Dame of BA hotels. Very impressive on entry and very comfortable beds with exquisite linen. Rooms are old fashioned but work well. We had a couple of hiccups with housekeeping which were quickly resolved but shouldn’t happen in a hotel at this level. Breakfast is fine, service in the lobby bar was non existent so we left. Lady concierge was very charming and knowledgeable. Location is great though we never got to grips with bizarre opening hours of the grill or rooftop bar so ate elsewhere. ( Sottovoce, round the corner is excellent) This is a very popular hotel choice for weddings and functions so always busy.,

An absolute dream stay in Buenos Aires
What an absolute dream of a stay in Buenos Aires! From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like royalty and we honestly felt like movie stars the whole time. Our room was breathtaking, featuring an extremely perfect soaking bathtub, classic historic finishes, and the absolute coziest bedding imaginable. The breakfast buffet each morning was wonderfull, serving up delicious fresh pastries, amazing coffee, and plenty of choices in a grand setting. We also enjoyed grabbing drinks at the rooftop bar to soak in the incredible views over the city. The location in Recoleta is unbeatable and made exploring so easy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone visiting the area and we will definitely be staying here again!

TOP NOTCH HOTEL: Beautiful accommodations and amazing customer service.
TOP NOTCH!! Fabulous hotel, incredible service. FIVE STARS for sure. The rooms are gorgeous. Great bedding, loved the bathtub. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We felt like movie stars the whole time. Can't say enough about the beautiful finishes, wonderful location, excellent service. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again.
