Avoid if at all possible.
Where to start? We were placed in the hotel as part of a land programme by Regent Seven Seas however from arrival to departure, this hotel was very poor. The check-in process was long and torturous, the breakfast service on the first morning was disastrous with a lack of tables then lack of service and a mediocre breakfast selection. Bar service was poor often having to seek someone to serve us. The hotel charges for milk for tea and coffee in the rooms with only poor creamer supplied.

Great staff and property
Franco concierge HUGE HELP! Blizzard in USA delayed our return flight and cancelled our connection home. iPhone airline app did not help. Franco patiently called the airline in Argentina waited on extended hold and linked to airline chat to find a way to get through and he did and got us to an airline agent and saved the day! He represents the kind of kindness and service received. In addition - Clean room. Fine amenities. Delicious breakfast.

It is clean, great lobby, delicious free breakfast, well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, & helpful bell boys & doormen.Kind & pleasant staff, very friendly concierge. In central location of Recoleta, for - restaurants, tours, shopping, museums & pier.
