Outstanding hotel. Absolutely beautiful. Amazing staff. We are nearing 70 years of age, and have countless hotel stays around the world. The Sofi Tel BA exceeds any previous stays. We truly hated to leave. The food is fantastic and fresh. We highly recommend this hotel. Awesome location too!!

Very comfortable hotel. Only stayed one night but would stay longer. They were ok with us taking our own luggage to the room and held a bag for us for a few days.

We could not be more impressed with the Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta. While the room was comfortable, quiet and well appointed, the highlight for us was the staff. Everyone, from concierge, reception, restaurant staff, porters and cleaning staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Whenever we had a problem or question there was someone there to deal with it. Another high point was the magnificent breakfast buffet that was as good as any we have had anywhere. We would not hesitate to recommend Sofitel Buenos Aires Recoleta to anyone looking for a place to stay that is central, comfortable and guest centred.

Where to start? We were placed in the hotel as part of a land programme by Regent Seven Seas however from arrival to departure, this hotel was very poor. The check-in process was long and torturous, the breakfast service on the first morning was disastrous with a lack of tables then lack of service and a mediocre breakfast selection. Bar service was poor often having to seek someone to serve us. The hotel charges for milk for tea and coffee in the rooms with only poor creamer supplied.
