This hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very comfortable and large. They have a small kitchenette which is very practical. Nice gym and swimming pool which are divided with the building next door. Internet is slow

I recently spent 3 nights toward the end of January at CasaSur Bellini in the Palermo neighborhood of BA while meeting others to head down to El Calafate and El Chalten for several weeks. Overall all I give it a 4 out of 5 (above average, but not excellent) on the TA scale, but there were some issues. The room was set up more like an extended stay one-room efficiency apartment with a wet bar area and cafe table and two chairs. The whole room, including the bathroom, was very modern in design and, in some cases, form over function. For example, the chairs at the cafe table were very uncomfortable and not at all suitable for long-tern use such as reading. And they did not fit at the round table very well at all. There was no lounge chair in the room so it was read and watch TV in bed or not at all. The wet bar area with cafe table and chairs was of no use to me whatsoever. The area surrounding the hotel was very nice and easy to walk around in. I ate pretty much all of my meals in the attached Bengal Deli. The name is misleading as it is much more that just a deli and pretty good, especially the evening menu. The waiters were very friendly helpful to this gringo.

I booked this as a treat at the end of a tour ... I was treated like a princess from start to finish, every member of staff was so helpful and kind. I checked in, then went to chill out by the pool for half an hour, which was large, with warm water, poolside attendant with towels and lovely cushioned sunloungers. I returned to my room, and shortly after was brought a plate of complimentary chocolate cake by the reception staff. Very well received as I'd not eaten much that day! I later enjoyed a complimentary welcome drink. Staff are happy to book taxis for you and make recommendations, and the breakfast was excellent... I particularly enjoyed the mini glasses of fruit salad. One thing to note is that there are two CasaSur hotels in the Palermo district... one taxi driver took me to the wrong one, but luckily all their staff were amazing too! The lady receptionist called the correct CasaSur to advise my airport taxi that I'd be late, while the guy used his own mobile to book me a quicker taxi to the correct hotel. The porter was also really helpful in ensuring that I got to the right place. When I got there CasaSur Bellini sorted everything with the taxi driver, and I didn't have to pay extra for the 20 minute delay. They made a very stressful situation so much easier! I would definitely stay here again, it's excellent value for money! Wish I'd had an extra night to try the jacuzzi jets in the bath!

This hotel benefits from a great location in beautiful part of Bueanos Aires (Palermo and close to Recoleta). The staff is really great and rooms are fantastic. They have a nice and big swimming pool too.

Finally we arrived in BA. A long dream came true to spend several days in this exciting metropole. We have booked CasaSur because of the location. And this was Indeed perfect. Close to the beautiful parks, close to the shops and restaurants of Palermo. Possible to explore the major districts by foot. And if you didn’t want to walk around, the hotel can barrow you lovely bikes for free ( explore BA on a bike, its a real adventure). Checkin was smooth, with a helpful reception. Rooms are well decorated with very good beds. I love having coffee in my room, so possible to make your own Nespresso. But why charge 4USD for a cup? I think this should be included for this kind of Boutique hotel. Breakfast was good, we loved the healthy corner. Staff of the restaurant where breakfast was served were friendly but couldn’t manage to workload. And finally, the swimming pool and gym, you have to share with the residents of the appartments, were outstanding. After a long day exploring the city, its real treat to lay down by the pool or do some workouts in the gym. Overall we were excited staying in the little gem.
