Friendly and accommodating. Very nice hotel just a quick 20 minute walk to art museums or 10 minutes to the Recoleta cemetary. The rooms were pleasant and quiet and the morning breakfast buffet was great

Great hotel ! Only stayed for one night prior to a cruise. We were able to check in early as our room was ready which was so helpful and were not charged any extra. Also given a complimentary welcome drink. The room was very clean and comfortable with a massive bed, very comfy. Good and quiet air con. Wifi was very fast. Shower powerful and lots of decent toiletries provided. I would have expected free water and free /tea coffee machine of a hotel of this standard but apart from that, could not fault the room in anyway. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Lots of local treats to try. Really enjoyed our one night stay. Brilliant location. It’s about 10 mins walk to the cemetery and the lots of restaurants and shops nearby. It felt very safe walking around. We also used the transfer service which was 950 Peso’s from the airport and 300 to the cruise port. It is the easy way to get to the hotel when arriving tired, at a very busy airport. Would highly recommend this hotel and the transfer service too.

The front desk staff didn’t have great English so communication was sometimes difficult. The Restaurant staff were fantastic. They were so friendly and helpful every day. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were bad. Sorry we couldn’t eat them but there were other choices. We were really happy with our room which was spacious and included a lounge and desk. There was no view but all up, this hotel is a winner!

We stayed in early January before joining a cruise. Originally it was going to be one night but because of a baggage mix-up we needed two extra nights. This was no problem and the reception staff were very understanding and also made sure we knew straight away when our baggage eventually turned up. The Hotel is located in a very safe part of BA close to restaurants and sightseeing and the Hop on Bus. Rooms are comfortable, clean, newly decorated and quite roomy. Breakfast downstairs provides many choices and service is great. We had one evening meal in the restaurant when we first arrived - service, choice, freshness, preparation, presentation and flavour were all great no complaints. Reception were happy to organise a Tango show and dinner evening for us - which was great because even though we'd selected the venue, booking over the phone with the language barrier hadn't been successful. We were going to get a taxi to the nearby Port but the Hotel offered their car to take us for a reasonable fee and it was great to have this no hassle service. If I was visiting BA again I would be pleased to stay again. The Hotel has a small pool - OK for a dip but not for all-day lounging.

Stayed here a number of nights after our Antarctic cruise. After having to complain about some maintenance issues in our room (and have them repaired) everything worked out well. Spacious rooms. Staff throughout the hotel are good but its the staff on reception who really make it! They are just so helpful recommending places to visit and particularly lovely places to eat (see my review of La Pecora Nera which they recommended). The location of the hotel is excellent - easy to get around and, as one person has mentioned, absolutely no issues walking around Recoleta day or night! Breakfast is good.
