The location is great, the service is superb, the concierge Johana is awesome she organized for us tango shows and dinners and a lovely visit to the casa rosada. The food is excellent and the breakfast is a treat. We are very demanding and to say this is trully a 5 star hotel at US level is the least

What a great hotel and fantastic staff. We spent two nights here and everyone was so accommodating. The suite we were in was great. Fantastic amenities and everything was super clean and the bar well stocked. We had drinks with friends in the lobby bar and there the staff excelled. Highly recommend it.

This review is based upon staying in a balcony Jr. Suite. The views were amazing from this suite. The room was very comfortable and quiet, plenty of light during the day and dark at night with the drapes. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The room included slippers, robes, and personal amenity items. Turndown included bottles of water and chocolate. There was a safe and mini bar. Check-in was efficient and Sylvia was especially helpful and nice, as was the bellman Gabriel. We found almost everyone at this hotel to be very pleasant. Breakfast in the café was included in our rate. This included a continental buffet plus hot items ordered from a menu. It was very good and presented well. We loved the location of the hotel. It was in a quiet, more residential section, and safe to walk everywhere. There is a small express market just two doors down with groceries, and a mall close by with take-away sandwiches, other restaurants, a wine shop, as well as other cafes close by. The only weak area we experienced was with room service for dinner. The menu is limited and the food delivered was not well made or presented. Would highly recommend the hotel, based upon our experience with the staff and the junior suite.

We booked for 5 nights the Sofitel Buenos Aires. I reached out out to the concierge to plan some tours and received and email that this hotel is CLOSING on 12.17. Very bizarre. Have no idea why. Just wanted to let others know so they can make arrangements.

Loved the rooms, the service is great, fantastic breakfast with local dishes (dulce de Leche croissant OMG). Opposite you have a few restaurants and bars that are also worth visiting. Very spacious and nice feel
