1. Could not control the air conditioning fan speed from my room or even turn it off it I choose too. Mentioned it to the staff at the front desk and was told all the same and it is what it is. Sounded like a helicopter in my room, could not sleep at all.

Great spot to stay, very central but you will need a car to get out and about. Dining experience was very good and entertainment availability was good.

Room was upgraded which was unexpected but very much appreciated, will defiantly stay again and longer than one night next time

The room was large and comfortable with two double beds, plenty of space, large bathroom with both shower and bath facilities. Staff were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend asking for a room that does not overlook the atrium as the piped 'musak' and ambient noise from shows travels up into the rooms (admittedly I was retiring to bed early as my body clock was on eastern Australian time). I used a towel under the door and earplugs.

An excellent experience with access to fine dining facilities and great location with access to Burswood parklands and East Perth. Very helpful and attentive staff.
