Reviews for Crown Metropol Perth
Stayed there few nights over Christmas time last year. Cousins like swimming pool here and they kept in water almost the whole afternoon. Christmas dinner here was gorgeous. Very well service and will stay the same place next time.

Having won a nights stay at the Crown Metropol, I was really looking forward to my much needed stay, thinking that we would be treated with some perks? After check-in we discovered Room 130 is at the end of a first floor corridor, follow the dirty stained carpet around a corner past service doors and fire mustering point and you will find the door with the number 130! Inside looked ok in the dark, one of the room cards didn't work. We opened the curtains to a view of a roof with air conditioners, that was a HUGE disappointment. Our room was not stocked with any bathroom accessories, nor was Champagne delivered as promised on arrival, it took two telephone calls. Two shaving kits and ONE toothbrush was delivered with two towels, we share the toothbrush?? Apparently the hotel was fully booked and we couldn't move. RUBBISH, I had friends who had not Pre-Booked and stayed the night and got a room instantly... REALLY Disappointed with Your customer service, or lack of. Make sure you Ask for your room number before checking in!

We stayed at The Crown Metropol for one night prior to an early morning flight. The hotel is part of a huge complex, including casino and several restaurants. It is very modern and glitzy. Our room was spotlessly clean with a lot of shiny black surfaces. We had had a substantial lunch and so went to the food court to get a Subway. Although the opening times for Subway, MacDonalds and Wok in a Box were clearly signed, Subway was shut almost two hours before the posted 10.00 p.m. We were told that it had been like that for years. We bought from Wok in a Box instead and that was delicious. As we were leaving early, we were supplied with a breakfast box, which was good.

I found the staff at this hotel to be excellent, friendly and ready to assist at any time. Our room was nice with a great view of the city. I had a bath in the super sized bath - very nice. I slept well as the beds were very soft and comfortable

2nd time staying at the Metropol. Just as good as the last time as well. However view was of the carpark this time but still didnt disappoint. Bed was comfy, room clean tidy and well appointed as well. Bath was decent for a good soak in. Can be a tad bit noisy at night due to the fact the door opens out into the atrium area of the casino. Drinks we on the expensive side but not too bad for a hotel. Must admit the mini bar bottle of wine was only $38 which is cheap for a mini bar! La Vie was a good vibe really enjoyed. 88 Noodle Bar in the casino AMAZING
