Excessive charges, unprofessional management
I stayed 1 night and Anahi the manager charged me $110 late check out fee for being two hours past checkout time as I was away for lunch but yet an hour before check in if they needed to turn the room that I had booked $200 for the night. When challenged about charging such excessive 50% fee she claimed the resort was full, however I showed the same room type listed on their website for that night at the same price. So clearly a lie. When I took a photo of her name tag to document the conversation she asked if I wanted to take another photo so she could smile in it, showing zero professionalism or hospitality. I’ve been coming to Cabo for over 25 years and first stay here. If this place makes it an enforceable policy where it needs to make money off excessive fees that may tell you what you need to know about other aspects of a potential stay there.

Excellent place! Perfect location close to everything. Amazing staff and food with a very relaxing vibe. We will definitely be back!

Go ahead, brunch Saturday too!
Brunch is GREAT on Sunday, but the buffet on Saturday is almost as good! We had both. Rogelio, Johan and Lorenzo took great care of us in the beach side restaurant. What a treat!

Great experience!
We stayed at Casa Dorada for our 30th anniversary with family friends. Couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Sandra in Concierge made sure we had everything perfect. Blanca at Maydan restaurant was amazing, Jesus, Jonathan, and Zayden at the pool bar made sure we had great drinks and food. Fast Eddie (our nickname) in the Lonby Bar made every night so much fun! Chima on the beach went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Definitely would come back here again!!

A wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel
We are very pleased with our stay at Casa Dorado. The staff was very accomodating are helpful. The grounds, beach and pools were beautiful. We had a great view from our room and could not have been happier with the service. we ate the buffet breakfast each morning and the selection and food was terrific. Overall a wonderful stay. Hated to leave....
