Casa Dorada Resort & Spa

We love Casa Dorada! 17 years of vacationing here! I have written several reviews about all the staff we love, and this review I am focusing on the new Front Desk Manager and staff, and also the housekeeping staff. Gracias Anahi at the front desk for your welcoming and helpful contribution to our vacation. Anahi, Jose & Juan at the front desk this past January made our vacation better! After traveling all day, there is nothing better than a good check-in with good people. You are all valued and we look forward to seeing you in July! Casa Dorada is an absolute gem! This was my return visit, and it only gets better each time. From the moment you arrive, the warm welcome and stunning beachfront location on swimmable Medano Beach set the tone for a perfect escape.  The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive—always going the extra mile to make sure everything feels effortless and special. Whether it was quick recommendations for dining, help with beach setups, or just a smiling face around the property, the service truly elevates the experience. It feels like a great establishment that cares about its guests.  The suites are spacious and comfortable with beautiful ocean views, and the overall vibe perfectly blends upscale luxury with a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. But what I love most are the iconic views of the rocks—that dramatic Land’s End Arch and the rugged formations are breathtaking, especially at sunset. Waking up to those views and watching the waves crash against them never gets old. They create such fond memories that keep me coming back.  If you’re looking for a fantastic resort in Cabo San Lucas with prime beach access, excellent service, and unforgettable scenery, Casa Dorada is the place. Highly recommend—can’t wait for my next trip

Every year for the past 10 years We go in October and May ,and every time our experience is wonderful. Jennifer in the coffee shop Anahi and Paola at the front desk Gambino, Sergio, Carlos, and Emilio always take care of us on the beach by setting up our chairs umbrellas, and making sure that all of our needs are met. .They exceeded my expectations They always go out of there make my stay a memorable one .I can't say enough good things about the staff and the resort, I would recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Cabo and Lucas

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the resort. Beautiful resort at such a nice location. The best part was the complimentary photo session. Ilse (the photographer) was friendly and such a wonderful professional. She took my photos so nicely and they came out looking so good. Totally recommend!

Title: Casa Dorada feels like home I have been coming to Casa Dorada for years, and at this point it really feels like home. The location is one of the best in Cabo, right on Medano Beach, which is beautiful, active, and actually swimmable. That makes a huge difference when you want to enjoy both the pool and the ocean. But what really keeps standing out to me is the people. Chema, Emilio, Carlos and Gabino from the towel, pool and beach team deserve real recognition. They are not just handing out towels or setting up chairs, they are the ones who set the tone for the day. They work in the heat, move constantly, help guests, keep everything organized, and still do it all with a great attitude. They were always attentive, respectful, kind and professional. Whether it was towels, chairs, umbrellas, shade or just making sure guests were comfortable, they were always on top of it. What I appreciated most is that they paid attention and were proactive. They did not wait for things to become a problem, they noticed what was needed and helped right away. Chema was calm, professional and very welcoming. Emilio had great energy and made the experience feel personal. Carlos was consistent, respectful and always keeping things clean and organized. Gabino was thoughtful, attentive and genuinely helpful. That team really makes a difference across the entire board. I also want to recognize Anahi, the QA Manager. I had requested to speak with management about some miscellaneous service concerns, and she took me into her office and actually listened. She did not brush me off or make excuses. She heard me out, addressed the details, explained some changes that are happening, and assured me there would be resolutions. She handled it the way management is supposed to handle it. She listened, acknowledged the concerns and did what was right. I do hope Casa Dorada continues to be more proactive, especially with the server teams. Service should not only improve after a guest brings something up. Management should stay close to the floor, the pool, the restaurants and the guest experience so things can be caught earlier. Overall, Casa Dorada continues to feel like home. The location on Medano Beach is hard to beat, but the people are what make it memorable. Chema, Emilio, Carlos, Gabino and Anahi all deserve recognition for the way they took care of us.
