This entire resort is beautiful and the staff is unbeatable!! The concierge are the sweetest most helpful and respectful gentlemen ever!!! Shout out to Juan, Salvador, Santiago, Tito, Hugo, and David!!! They all are the BEST!! Also, Lareyma is a wonderful property manager who is so helpful and kind! Love this place!!!

La Hacienda staff consistently went above and beyond throughout our stay here. They were efficient with our requests and above all, these are the nicest people you will ever meet. I could not have asked for a better experience on my vacation and highly recommend staying here! I’ve also never been to Cabo and felt incredibly safe with all the security measures in place.

The customer service was exceptional! We left the kids at home this time and we were looking for a relaxing trip couples trip with our friends, and that is exactly what it was! The staff Manny - setting us poolside Horhay - setting us up on the Beach & Raymundo - making sure we’re were well hydrated at the poolside bar! Along with the team at the Spa! Our massages were delightful and extremely relaxing! The team went above and beyond! Greeting us with a smile and making sure we had a very relaxing experience! Thank you! We were recommended this resort through friends, and it is clear why this is the only place to stay in Cabo. The service is wonderful, and the food is delicious. It is a beautiful property, very relaxing and peaceful. We will absolutely be back .
