Manny is the best at the pool. He is always so friendly and helps us with anything we need. If I owned a resort I would have him work for me. He is very knowledgeable about the area and goes above and beyond to help guests in any way he can. He is always there for us.

Another amazing trip at Hacienda!! This is the only place we stay in Cabo for many reasons. A big one being Manny at the pool always taking care of us and setting us up with the best spots. Geraldo and Sergio were also phenomenal with our custom drink orders and great food poolside. We will be back next year and hope to see the same familiar faces of our Hacienda Family!

Came here with my sister for a week long vacation. The property is amazing! The facilities are excellent. Everything was perfectly immaculate, the housekeeping really pay attention to details. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Manny and Sergio who work down by the pool. The pool is amazing and has unbeatable views! This place is absolutely special!

My family and I stayed at the Residences in April. One person who really stood out to us was our driver Jared. He was so kind and compassionate. He stayed with us when we went to go get groceries, he was always on time, he helped us almost every day we were there with all of the stuff we had to haul along with us everywhere we went. He paid attention and really took care of my entire family….went over and above. He is going to make a great butler (hopefully soon) for the resort!!

The Beach guy Jorge Gaivez made every day on the beach perfect. I wouldn’t not have enjoyed the beach with my family as much without his great service. All the staff is top notch and this resorts is hands down the best in Cabo. From a welcoming arrival to spectacular housekeeping to great pool service, everything is wonderful. Take a night to enjoy churros and Mexican coffee by the fire pit. Great stay and we will be back!
