The condo that we stayed in had an ocean view and was very clean. Thank you Karen in housekeeping. All the staff was helpful and friendly like Marcelia that greeted us when we arrived. The food was delish and we went to a majority of the restaurants on site including IL Forno where Ingrid had served us a few nights. She was amazing! Spent a few days at the La Perla Pool bar/restaurant where the sushi was fresh and was taken care of by Juan De Dios. Juan made sure our drinks werent empty. The property is beautiful and quiet. I can't wait for my next visit to Hacienda Encantada in the late fall.

We visited Hacienda Encantada in October. We love it there. They're are a few workers that deserve special recognition: Isabel, Server at the Phase 3 pool is the Best. Juan, Bartender at the Vista Bar was excellent. And last but not least, Mauricio always treats us special and helps us in many ways. Thanks guys/gals for making our trip so special.

Overall a great resort with a great staff. I will say they weren't honest about how long the time share presentation would take, which is the only reason I didn't give a 5 start review. Special thanks to our bartender at el patio Luis Martinez who was attentive, very friendly, and made great drinks, he really enhanced our experience. Overall highly recommended.

The amenities and all inclusiveness was great. I had a great time with all of my lovely friends. Even when I made a mistake and left my things, the hotel staff was more than willing to help me out for finding my items. 10/10 resort I will recommend to all my friends in the future.

we enjoyed the amenities and all inclusive benefits. the room comes with a butler, has a good view, and is clean. everyone is hospitable. my friend left his phone in the van and they turned around just for him. robeca is also very sweet. good promotions are also included.
