Staff were excellent, especially Claudia and her daughter Claudia at breakfast at Maria’s, Daniel at the Pergola pool and so many more. Smiles and good prompt service from all.

Great resort and service
beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. The rooms and facilities were well maintained, which made the experience enjoyable from the moment we arrived. I especially want to recognize Tania Santillán for her excellent service. She was very kind, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. She made sure we were taken care of and helped make the experience even better. Her positive attitude and willingness to assist really stood out.
