Gracias Los Riscos!
Our group of five lifelong friends had a sunset dinner last night at Los Riscos. Our server Hector and captain Ivan made our night incredible. They ensured every detail was covered and went above and beyond to make the experience a very special one. Drinks by Salvador were top notch and violin music by Kemely gave Bridgerton soirée vibes that were the icing on our limon mousse. Chef Alex delivered a beautiful meal with spot on steak doneness that we will never forget. Meanwhile, each morning of our stay we had coffee and breakfast at La Trajinera. We loved the table at the end of the terrace which allowed us to view the whales. Best of all was the service from Arturo and hostess Claudia. By the end of our trip, we were best friends. PS, get the omelette!

Blend Nelson Martinez provided first-class service, he was professional and gave us excellent recommendations. We enjoyed every moment. This was undoubtedly the most beautifully prepared and presented meal and the view was second to none and included the company of playful whales and fireworks in the distance. Quiet relaxing more upscale resort with great staff
We bought in 2007 and have been coming to HACIENDA Encantada in Cabo almost yearly. The grounds are clean with many activities to get involved in. When we arrive it is like you are coming home with welcomes, hugs and excited faces that you are there. Luis (bellman) and Trinidad are two of our favorites. You should check out their website for your next vacation. Manual (Manny) has been with Hacienda for a long time and he is part of our Cabo family. He is the head of the concierge staff and we can tell the staff has stepped up their game even more with a great leader like Manny. Tonia the pool concierge is always there to help you make reservations or give you recommendations, she always has a smile on her face and greets you. Let’s discuss the best servers around, we spend most our time in Phase 1 pool area and Omar, Oscar, and Christian are three of our favorites. You don’t have to wait to get a drink in your hand or them asking if you need anything. They deserve a big raise😀. Before we leave we reach out to Kenny in reservations to make our booking for the next year, he is responsive and always willing to help. Thank you to all of you for making our vacation the best.
