Another incredible stay!
I just spent 3 weeks at the HE and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The staff is truly incredible and consistently goes above and beyond to make every moment special. A special thank you to our butler, Estefania, whom I requested again for this stay. She exceeds expectations every single time. Estafania is extremely attentive to our families needs and always makes sure everything is perfect. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail makes such a difference in our experience. She truly is the best. I’d also like to give a big shout out to Trinidad, Marco and Manuel. Their warmth, friendliness, and outstanding service helped make our stay even more memorable. The entire team makes you feel welcome and taken care of from the moment you arrive. We are already looking forward to our next visit to paradise.

Excellent Vacay !!!!
Excellent spot with breathtaking views . I was waited on hand and foot by all . Carted everywhere I needed to go . The staff was happy and very friendly . José and Johana at customer service always happy to help . Claudia Lovera happily served me almost daily at Maria's for breakfast and went out of her way daily to make sure I had all I needed . The wait staff at the pool area behind building 3 were excellent and friendly . Particularly, Daniel which would greet you with a happy smile and a chat every evening .I plan on a return trip with my grandkids first opportunity. Thanks to all !!!!! Garth Spencer

Stayed here at the end of February with my family and had a fantastic time. The resort and our room were spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Julio and the crew at the El Patio bar — Omar, Cesar, Oscar, and Aristed. Those guys were outstanding and really made the experience memorable. The food was excellent across the resort, with consistently great options everywhere we ate. We’ll definitely be back soon.
