Family meal to remember
We had the most incredible dinner at Trajinera at Hacienda Encantada Resort & Residences, and Blend made the entire experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, his service was warm, attentive, and perfectly timed — the kind of hospitality that feels effortless but makes all the difference. He anticipated what we needed before we even asked, kept the pacing of the meal just right, and made us feel genuinely taken care of all evening. And the food? Absolutely exceptional. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and full of unique, layered flavors. You could tell so much thought went into each plate — not just tasty, but memorable. It’s rare to have a meal where every course surprises you in the best way. Blend elevated an already amazing meal into a standout experience. We’ll be talking about this dinner for a long time — and can’t wait to come back.

The Best Poolside Experience
Every day of our trip we spent by the patio pool, and we had the pleasure of having Juan take care of us each day. He was so attentive and quick with all our requests, and had the best attitude everyday. Give Juan a raise!!

Hacienda Encantada a MUST Stay!
Fantastic views, accommodations, and most of all, over-the-top customer service. A MUST stay in Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy the whales from the resort December through March. Perfect timing to stay. We will return!!
