Romantic night at Riscos
Amazing night Riscos with our server Alex Senrique made everything so beautiful! So attentive and professional food was fabulous view extraordinary! Sunset at 6:00 perfect!!soup to dessert chocolate cake and black forest mousse outrageous!

A restaurant above the best.
This is a magnificent resort with outstanding staff, great ambience, good attention to detail and the customer service second to none. I MUST mention the Mexican restaurant on site Le Trajinera. This was the very best meal I ate at the resort. The food was full of flavour, beautifully presented and just the correct portion size. The ambience is good even though the restaurant lacks the views others have. Id rather have great food and see the views throughout the day. I cannot recommend it too highly. Our waiter was outstanding, knowledgable and attentive. I cant wait to return.

Great stay in the Villas
We had a wonderful experience at Hacienda Encantada. We stayed in the 2-bedroom villa, which we loved. The staff was outstanding. Elder did an amazing job at check-in, telling us everything we needed to know. We travel a lot, and this was our best check in experience ever. Adrian, our waiter at the Mexican restaurant, was terrific and made for a wonderful dining experience. Thanks to Cesar Patricio at the Sky Gym for welcoming me every day and helping me with my workout. I am so glad to be able to continue my workout routine while traveling. Out butler Estefania greeted us every day with a warm smile and offer of assistance. i do have one suggestion for improvement. We purchased the premium all inclusive package. I drink non-alcoholic beer at home, and i was very disappointed that the resort does not have non-alcoholic beer. Also, i'm a vegetarian and the vegetarian options listed on the menu are limited, however I learned that the chefs will prepare dishes as vegetarian if requested.

Excellent meal at Los Riscos with tremendous staff, Hector, Daniel, Chef Alex and Capitan Ivan. 5 stars! Thank you for a wonderful evening

Great Attention
Awsome! Delicious food and excelent service :) .You must try the brownie and ask for Adrian's attention. All the personal is kind and do their best for You to enjoy your trip.
