Great holiday at Hacienda Encantada

We had a great vacation at Hacienda. The staff works very hard to meet your every needs. The property is well maintained and the accommodations are comfortable and clean. Great to see the adults only pool has been renovated and it looks so much better. If you enjoy watching the whales, this is definitely the place to be! I will definitely return again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing waiter, Adrian, and an excellent meal for 8 at La Trajinera, the Mexican restaurant at the Hacienda Encantada resort. Loved the lady pianist who delighted our table with wonderful dinner music on the outdoor patio.

Another lovely experience at Hacienda Encantada. I want to give a shoutout to Oscar at El Patio for taking such great care of us. He was polite, friendly, a hard worker, and always had a smile on his face. Thank you thank you, for making us feel so welcome. We’ll miss our daily Palomas ;)
