Best family vacation
The location was perfect and the vibes were immaculate. Our double room and shared living room was huge and matched the traditional Mexican west coast style we were hoping for. The food was yummy and the drinks were delicious. Although the drinks were more in the expensive side they did have 2 for 1 value deals during the afternoon which made all the difference. The staff were so attentive and I felt like they really went above and beyond to make sure my family and I felt welcome. The pool staff and management were top notch. Aristeo, the head waiter was so accommodating, detail oriented, and always remembered us! He always made sure we had the best cabana and seats by the pool. He was amazing!!! Ingrid,Julio, Oscar, and Omar were our servers and bartenders through out our stay and were truly delightful. We kept talking about how we felt like we had the best service!! They all made sure we felt safe and taken care of. They did not skip a beat and run a tight ship. We can’t wait to come back again next year. HaciendaEncantada definitely exceeding my expectations with the wait staff, the food, and the views of the beach. Best family vacation hands down!!!

The El Patio bar has the best team. Oscar, Omar, Ingrid, Julio, Ceasar, and Aristeo. They made our stay so welcoming. The drinks and service are amazing and they have been working very hard. A.P.

Bike tour not great
We did a bike tour but the leader didn’t help us adjust our bikes or instruct us on how to use the bikes. I guess he just assumed we all knew how to make the adjustments. When he took off to lead us on the tour he didn’t look back to make sure everyone was doing ok. Part of the tour is off road and like mountain biking. I think the information on the tour needs to state that. Two people in our group had to go back because they were not comfortable with riding trails. It is a short tour, much less than an hour.

Senor Blend was the best server we’ve had! He was so sweet and helped us explore the amazing culinary menu and had wonderful recommendations! We would refer him to anyone! 10 stars!
