Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

Fabulous time at Hacienda Encantada 7-Day All Inclusive first week of January 2026! Three things stood out for us at this All-Inclusive Resort: Amazing Food - never had a bad meal! Breakfast was a lovely buffet each morning. Lunch would be a-la-carte at the Sushi patio restaurant, or a-la-carte at one of the pool-side restaurants. Dinner was a-la-carte at one of at least several international-style restaurants on site. Ther dinner was always 4 course and we had some of the best and most creatively presented meals that we've had in a long time. Kudos to all the chefs at this resort - food was 5 star! Unlike any other all-inclusive resort we've stayed at and we were very impressed! Quiet and Uncrowded - we didn't not have to reserve poolside chairs early, just arrive and sit down. Most days just a handful of guests sitting around the pool. However, if you are looking for evening entertainment this is not the place because there isn't any. It seemed most people looking for something to do in the evening would take the hotel's free shuttle, 10 minutes down the road into Cabo San Lucas. Views - this sprawling properly has wonderful views of the ocean, the sunset, the sunrise, and the rocky coastline, etc. No bad views here.

Cesar and Abagail at the patio wet bar were the most amazing people ever!!! Cesar made us a homemade drink that became our favorite thing ever!!! We love this place and come back every year!!! Horray!

AMAZING I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Cesar is the best bartender ever and the rooms are so clean. Everything is the bomb!!! Love love

I have had breakfast at La Maria’s three mornings in a row. The views are gorgeous, the staff is friendly, attentive, and happy. I found it easy to eat gluten-free. The omelette bar had good choices and fabulous chili sauces in 3 levels of spiciness. A delicious selection of gluten-free baked goods and don’t miss out on the cottage cheese and beans. I had both of these every morning. They use real eggs, for those who eat gluten-free. This breakfast spot is also great for viewing the whales.

This resort was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff was lovely and made a point to remember you every day, whether it was your favorite cocktail by the pool or a food allergy at the restaurant later that evening. Oscar at the patio pool was especially wonderful, with his kind demeanor and funny little quips here and there. I would absolutely return to this resort and have already recommended it to friends and family!
