Wonderful Week in Cabo – Incredible Bellboy Team!
We just returned from an amazing week at the Hacienda Encantada in Cabo, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The property itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible bellboy team. From the moment we arrived, they were beyond helpful—always friendly, always smiling, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Whether it was luggage, directions, recommendations, or just a warm, smiley welcome every time we walked through the lobby, they made us feel genuinely cared for. Their energy and kindness set the tone for our entire trip. It’s rare to encounter a team that consistently goes above and beyond, and they absolutely did. They were a big part of why our week felt so seamless and special. Special shout outs to Trinidad and Efren. Highly recommend staying here—and a huge thank you to the bellboys for making our Cabo vacation unforgettable!

First but not last time visitors
Can’t say enough about the fabulous experience we just returned from at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo. The grounds are impeccable with so much attention to detail. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The views amazing! We ate at all the restaurants on site and each was different but all so delicious and again many with stunning views! The staff at the restaurants were so attentive- Antonio, Pablo, Karina, Vania, Joshua, Brenda- can’t say enough about their friendliness, and desire to make our experience the best - and they succeeded. All the staff we came in contact with were above and beyond which is probably why most of the people we met vacationing there were repeat visitors. We will be back!!!!!
