A BIG shout out to Isabel!
A BIG shout out to Isabel ( Las Marias restaurant) who always greets us with a smile and enthusiasm. She always exceeds our expectations with attentive service and hospitality. She is exceptional at her job and the Hacienda should be so proud to have such an incredible employee.

Wonderful restaurants!
I especially enjoyed, their Mexican restaurant. Theand waiter we had was Adrian, he was wonderful. He suggested entrees and appetizers I ever would have chosen and they were excellent. Also Joshua at the Mexican taqueria. was a joy. He introduced me to shots at tequila with grapefruit and oranges In addition to limes. You've got to try oranges!

Exceptional meal, but.....
We were at our favorite resort on Cabo. We went to a wonderful restaurant named Mestizo. We had a exceptional meal. We had a horrible experience. It adults only, the night we were there, they made an exception. A large party with lots children. They allowed their children to scream the whole time we were there. Great meal ruined by a horrible experience .

Expected Better
We bought a studio under the Genesis program. The rooms we were shown were beautiful which caused us to buy. We purchased a year ago but May 10-17, 2026 was our first time staying on the property! We expected more from the room; a better bed, a king size bed, cool air conditioning. The cost to fly, the room cost, daily fees, all inclusive fees, shuttle/taxi fees to get to the resort and to the airport…Plus we pay monthly for the Genesis program. All these costs is a lot. For this reason
