Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

Every day of our trip we spent by the patio pool, and we had the pleasure of having Juan take care of us each day. He was so attentive and quick with all our requests, and had the best attitude everyday. Give Juan a raise!!

Fantastic views, accommodations, and most of all, over-the-top customer service. A MUST stay in Cabo San Lucas. Enjoy the whales from the resort December through March. Perfect timing to stay. We will return!!

Daniel Bolanus from the Pergola Poll was top notch. He never missed a beat with serving multiple families by the pool. Excellent service and very friendly.

A beautiful location on the Sea of Cortez, about 1-2 miles outside of Cabo. Shuttles can take you into Cabo. Large secure resort with lots of pools, outstanding views and friendly helpful staff. Golf carts transport people around the grounds. Rooms are very nice with Spanish decor. Very clean. Many restaurants within.

We had a terrible experience at check-in. Although the ladies who actually checked us in were delightful before checking into our room, one of the staff members actually yelled at my wife. She nearly tripped, trying to force us to sit down and talk about timeshares. After three very difficult attempts, my wife finally said “we really just want to go to our room” the staff member yelled at her. “Don’t be rude…ahhh stupid” absolutely unbelievable. We visit Mexico 3 to 4 times a year and are always looking for our return place. We normally choose the breathless resort. Nothing like this has ever happened to us. When my wife asked for her name she was also very rude and proudly waved like yeah you are stupid. When spending thousands of dollars to stay at a place this is not the treatment you want. Dozens and dozens other resorts. We are not sure yet we have five days if we even want to stay with this type of treatment. below is a photo of the lady who is very proudly rude to guests.
