Wonderful Vacation in Cabo
The resort is as beautiful as the last time we were here. Even though it is Spring Break, the resort was very full but also very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The one staff that stands out during this vacation is Jose (Pepe) the concierge. He answered all our questions and requests about our room and restaurants with a pleasant and friendly attitude. He truly made us feel welcomed and are happy to be part of the resort.

Hacienda Encantada is beautiful property and the staff in all areas outstanding. In particular, Enrique, Alejandro, Claudia and the ocean front pool staff- Jesus, Omar, Juan, Julio, Cesar and Aristeo. Lastly special thanks for our Butler Estefania. We’ll be back
