Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

Not the best resort I've stayed in. The Location of the resort sits so far back from the main road that you are required to use their expensive taxis or Shuttles. If you do use an Uber you have to go to the far corner of the resort and meet your Uber on a dirt road. So ghetto and degrading. Atmosphere- The resort is very hilly and you have to walk up a lot of hills to get to anything or wait for a golf cart ride. July is very hot and humid. Rooms- The best part is the rooms. They have nice AC, quiet and kept clean. Value- The all inclusive is optional which was so nice to have that choice. Service- we signed up for the Presentation to learn about the resort. They said it was only 90 min. It's 2 hours then another hour for them to give you your free gift because they stall and pressure and lie and refuse to let you go without selling you some sort of package. I felt like I was staying in a prison sometimes. Everytime we went somewhere they would ask us where we were going and how we arranged that, who we paid, etc. etc.

The resort is amazing! We like that you have an option of doing the all-inclusive option for specific days so if you plan to spend most of the day away from the resort on specific days, you don’t have to pay the all-inclusive amount on those days. The rooms are very spacious with a large balcony. There are plenty of pools available. Our main complaint is how complicated it is to get an Uber. They don’t allow Ubers to park closer than the front gate which is a quarter mile from the lobby. You have to find a golf cart to take you to the front gate which adds significant delays to any Uber ride you plan to take. Our Uber driver said this is the only resort like that in the area.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. My wife and I were constantly amazed by the kindness of every single staff member on the property. Isabel in particular was incredible. She was the reason we ate at Las Marias every morning. She greeted us by name every day, and checked in with us even when she wasn't our waitress. Isabel was our favorite person at the resort by far - she needs a raise!! Food was delicious everywhere we went on the resort. Pools were often near empty, even in the middle of summer. The rooms were clean and beautiful. There happened to be a wedding in the courtyard outside of our balcony while we were there so the noise level was maybe higher than normal, but any noise always wrapped up before 10pm.

We joined our friends last minute at this beautiful resort! The grounds, the food, the staff and the ambiance was all amazing! We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse suite that was to die for…….beautifully furnished with a completely stocked (and restocked) refrigerator (beer, water, soda). We did the all inclusive and it made our stay much more enjoyable! Our favorite waiter was Omar from the adult pool bar. Not only did he remember daily our names and our drinks, he also anticipated when we’d need refills on beverages and food!

Great food and service Omar down at the adult pool is the best. Always checking in and brings everything on time. Nos encantan Omar!
