Our stay at the Hacienda Encantada Resort delivered an unforgettable escape, blending stunning ocean views, luxurious amenities, and service that felt genuinely warm and attentive. From the moment we arrived, the property’s elegant hacienda-style architecture and serene atmosphere set the perfect tone for relaxation. A special shout-out goes to Tania Santillan, our pod concierge, who went above and beyond. She anticipated every need, arranged seamless excursions, and made us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated the experience. At the pool, Omar was a standout. Always prompt, he kept our drinks refilled without us ever having to ask and offered helpful tips about the resort. His awareness and cheerful attitude made lazy afternoons by the water even more enjoyable. The food was a highlight. Everything was delicious, with fresh flavors and generous portions. The chicken quesadilla deserves special mention: perfectly grilled, packed with tender chicken and melted cheese, and served with vibrant salsa and guac! We left refreshed, already planning our return. Highly recommend!

Service at IL FORNO restaurant was excellent. Place was busy and Jaziil was just awesome. Had our drink orders places and served quickly. Made sure our meal came timely also. Make sure to ask for Jaziil. It will be worth it

So many things to say - a wonderful place. They take care of you, treat you like family. Excellent with allergies - very accommodating. Shout out to Theresa at breakfast, Daniel at the tequila bar, Noi at the pizza bar and Margareta at the pergola.

Exceptional service and food all around! Margerita, Joshua, Omar and Tanya were incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond making our stay special! Our sushi lunch, ocean view breakfast and pool side service was next level impressive!!!
