The time share people were the worst humans I’ve ever encountered and ruined our trip!!! The only people that made this resort bearable were the bell hops and Norberto. They were friendly and kind to us

This is a really beautiful resort, great views, amazing food and drinks, friendly staff. we had a good time. We'd like to thank Juan Jose from Lola mia, we had our coffees every single evening and he remembered our order every day, and he also was very friendly and with a smile all the time, the coffee shop was our favorite place because of him.… We're excited to come back soon!

Always a wonderful vacation. Food is amazing, opted for the all inclusive food this time. Price was reasonable and it made budgeting our vacation seamless. Only cash needed was for tips and souvenirs. WiFi worked great in the resort.

Food and service is phenomenal Margarita at the pool bar made the vacation even better with her exceptional service, and the staff across the resort is super helpful and interactive. The room was top notch and had everything you could think of.
