BILLING ISSUE,did not stay there
cancelled my reservation on 9/24,apparently,accounting received the cancellation on 10/22,very rude staff to deal with when asking about my refund & hung on me few times saying the refund will take 2 months from 10/22,? in this day & age,is it possible?

Los Riccos experience
Blend was exceptional as a waiter, the food at Los Riccos was perfectly prepared and delicious. Blend listened to our wants and needs including allergies and dislikes and went out of his way to make everything was wonderful. Highly reccomend this restaurant.

Great staff
The staff at this resort are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have a lot of food allergies, and they were all great. Jazziel and Esteban at I’ll Forno ensured that everything was perfect for me and they totally understood what was needed. We had a great experience with most of the restaurants, except for Los Roscoe, which should be avoided. This is a gorgeous resort.

Oscar in the Patio
My best part of my visit was the fantastic tasting Governor Tacos and Happy Hour at the Patio Bar. But what made it rememberable was the VIP service from Oscar. He was always on top of our drink order regardless if we were at the pool or lounging in the day beds. He even assisted with a communications barrier between us and the maintenance crew. Ask for Oscar! You won't find better service.
