Amazing!!!
We had a very amazing trip!! Everybody in this resort is so special!! Some of the notable people/friends. are Gabriel and Amelia at the Barolo Italian restaurant. We especially love Juan and Oscar at phase 1 pool. They are amazing each day all week! Hard working Amigos! One of my all time favorites is Effy, or Efigania who is the lead chef at the phase one pool bar! Best food at the resort because of her unwavering efforts to achieve awesome food each day!! Claudia up her breakfast buffet rocks! , Carlos at check-in and Jessica at check-in seriously ROCKS!!! We love this place and continue to come here every year for the last 15 years, and many to come! And finally, thank you to all the gardeners and maintenance people that keep this resort absolutely beautiful. Love you all at the Hacienda!! Kevin and Eileen Brady

Wonderful and we had beautiful rooms with great views
Carlos at the check-in reception was amazing. He was able to get us a great room and explained everything in detail. Also, this was the first time we worked with Jasmine and she communicated well and was able to get us great rooms

Hacienda is amazing and we got great service while checking in from Blanca and Carlos! Highly recommend! Very beautiful property and lots of activities.

Family vacay in Cabo
We had a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet at Maria’s is the best. Please ask for Claudia and Joshua, they are wonderful and very accommodating. Be sure to get to the adult pool for the tuna tostadas and fish tacos and Mystizo for dinner. The roof top pool is amazing. We will definitely be back.

Adrian gives the BEST service!!
We’re here on our honeymoon and Adrian was an absolutely phenomenal server. He hit every mark, gave great recommendations, checked on us often without being overbearing, and brought our food and drinks out quickly. He even surprised us with a very special memento to celebrate our honeymoon, which made the experience unforgettable. If you’re ever visiting La trajinera, I highly recommend asking for Adrian if you can!
