Blend was an excellent waiter at La Trajinera. The meal was delicious and was prepared exceptionally well by Chef Laura.

We had a wonderful time spending our honeymoon at the resort. Adrian our waiter at La Trajinera was world class, he really made our dinner a very special time.

We met Roberto at both the patio wet bar El Eden. He represents Hacienda the way an owner would eant to be treated. He remembered us and our drinks. He was such a pleasure to have around. Smiling face, and he made us feel special. In life there are ducks and eagles! Roberto is definitely an eagle. In a place like this, being members we want to be treated special, and Roberto does that very well.

Met an old college buddy in Cabo for a week and we stayed at Hacienda Encantada. Despite a lot of tequila and cervesa, we managed to stay out of trouble. Bar Tender Cesar made sure our cups were always full and poolside concierge,Tania, made the trip memorable with excellent customer service. Tania went above and beyond to make our vacation exceptional. Each evening, she helped my friend and I secure wonderful dinner reservations, always taking our preferences into account and offering smart, thoughtful recommendations. Tania also made sure our transportation to the airport was seamless and worry-free. Throughout our stay, she was consistently warm and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcome. Her intelligence, understanding, and attention to detail turned our trip into a truly memorable experience. I highly recommend seeking out Tania for her outstanding service!

We just returned from an amazing week at the Hacienda Encantada in Cabo, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The property itself was beautiful, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible bellboy team. From the moment we arrived, they were beyond helpful—always friendly, always smiling, and always one step ahead of what we needed. Whether it was luggage, directions, recommendations, or just a warm, smiley welcome every time we walked through the lobby, they made us feel genuinely cared for. Their energy and kindness set the tone for our entire trip. It’s rare to encounter a team that consistently goes above and beyond, and they absolutely did. They were a big part of why our week felt so seamless and special. Special shout outs to Trinidad and Efren.
