The accommodations are awesome, but the prices of meals and drinks have gone up so much. Your staff people are so kind, thank you 😊 The dishes in units are way too heavy. When I’m washing them I’m always afraid I’ll drop them😢 Other than that, we love this place so much.

What a beautiful resort!! Our experience at Hacienda Encantada resort was fantastic. Beautiful views, watching whales and fine dining. Adrian was our server, friendly and professional. Made our evening dinner an absolute joy.

This was my first time at Hacienda. I have been coming to Cabo for over 20 years. I will definitely be returning! The resort was amazing, the food was great, the staff and service was excellent. Pretty much every day at the adult pool, we had Julio taking care of us. He was friendly, fun and we always had a drink in our hands! Can’t wait to go back!

The staff were absolutely outstanding. The servers and housekeepers topped the list. Julio, Omar, Aristeo, and Oscar at the beachfront patio/pool bar would immediately cater to our needs before we would even have to ask. We’re wanting to schedule another trip just based on the fabulous service. We miss Julio!

My husband & I, and our closest 76 friends & family members came here in December for 5 - 14 days (varied) and had the absolute best time ever. First off, our wedding planner Zaira & her assistant, Elle went above and beyond with every single detail of our day and made sure it was perfect! Planning a wedding from Philadelphia was hard but they made it so easy! And I was a tad bit of a Groomzilla! They were perfection! The resort is amazing! If you want a beautiful upscale resort look no further than here! Not a party resort but the sister property offers that so you get the best of both worlds! Our wedding photos are amazing because of the incredible backdrops this hotel and resort offers! The list of preferred vendors for this wedding did not disappoint! Everyone we worked with was top notch! Our upgraded one bedroom suite was stunning! Whirlpool tub bedside was perfect! Go premium so you can enjoy the free room service! Housekeeping was also PERFECTION! Our room was cleaned every day and the little touches they did to make our room special really meant a lot to us! THE STAFF HERE IS BEYOND HELPFUL! I CAN NOT PUT INTO WORDS HOW INCREDIBLE EVERY SINGLE WAITER, BARTENDER, HOST deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & a raise! They were so welcoming and hospitable to each and everyone of us! 76 people are a lot to manage but the Il Forno pool handled us well! On Saturday 12/13 we took over the pool, ALL OF US, and they handled us like professionals! I couldn’t thank them enough! We left after 14 days crying because we are going to miss and savor our time there for our wedding until the day we die! It was incredibly magical! The love we left from the staff left us speechless.
