Brunch at Marias
All around excellent experience. The atmosphere is perfect. Breakfast at Maria’s was one of the favorites and Karina made it so much better.

The service or I should say lack of and friendliness at this resort was terrible.We waited 44 minutes to get a drink at all Encanto pool bar. Then the servers hound you to sign for your drinks and close your ticket every hour on the all inclusive package. Drink service was slow and poor at every pool bar. Flies and bugs at Italian restaurant were horrible . They kept falling in our drinks and food. Room service is not as advertised. They have a very limited menu of cold sandwiches and the surcharge is ridiculous even though they tell you its included. I have never experienced such horrible service in Cabo before. They have their own set of rules depending on the person. All 14 people in our party experienced the same thing. The food quality was delicious when you could get served. The views from rooms nd pools are beautiful. Just so sad the bar and service staff was horrible.

Another Great Hacienda Encantada Vacation
Always enjoy my stay at Hacienda Encantada. Weather was perfect in late October. Tania Santillana the pool concierge was excellent giving daily treats and helping with any questions. Leticia at the spa gave a relaxing facial and reflexology treatment. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Juan Ramon at El Forno poolside was attentive and always smiling. Looking forward to returning next year.
