The Patio is amazing!!
We had so much fun here! The Patio is our favorite spot to be, Aristeo does an amazing job running this pool area! All the staff makes you feel like family. Julio and Cesar are amazing bartenders and servers. Best drinks and service around!! :)

Oscar at patio bar
Oscar at the patio bar is great! There wasn’t a time our drink was empty or we were never waiting to give our order. He was on top of it. We came to this pool just for Oscar. He was the best server here! So kind and funny to.

Top notch stay
Great trip as always. If there is ever a bad review of this place, it always relates to the sales people. Had update and as usual, it was grimy from the start. Quickly washed hands after and got on with the trip. The staff, setting, accomadations and mood of this place is always outstanding. Guillermo, Trinidad, Marco, Noberto and Adan always have our backs and each year feel more like family and friends. The service at the beachfront pool is always courteous, on-point and a great way to spend the day. Thanks to Ingrid,Omar,Julio,Juan and Andres as always. The Beachfront manager has been fabulous as well. Thanks again…..and see you soon….like in 3 weeks. Super tough life but will soldier through.

Always a great time at Hacienda Encantada
I’ve been to the Hacienda Encantada several times and always have a great experience. The several different pools, hot tubs, food and activities are all amazing. The resort staff and gym are also wonderful. The personal trainer, Cesar, at the gym is a very fun and inspirational fitness instructor. Looking forward to my next trip to Hacienda Encantada!

Lovely Resort
Wonderful 2500 sq ft villa with outstanding ocean views, excellent restaurants, and wonderful service. Last evening we ate at the gourmet Mexican restaurant and were served by Adrian, a truly professional waiter who made our excellent dinners even better.
