Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

Dishonesty at the front desk. Not enough lounge chairs at ANY of the pools. Rooms are in poor shape. On the plus side, the maid service was really good.

We spent 4 weeks at hacienda encantada. During our stay we met some employees that really stood out. Maribel our housekeeper kept our room clean and stocked which made for a very nice place to stay. All of the bellman and cart drivers were very attentive and I really enjoyed having conversations with them. Antonio and Roman are 2 that really stood out. The staff at el patio were amazing! The pool concierge Tania Santillán was always ready to assist us with a smile. The capitán Aristeo was very cordial and kept things running smooth. He even helped deliver food and towels to guests. The servers Oscar, Omar, Julio,Juan and Miguel made sure we always had any food or drink we wanted. I also want to compliment the cooking staff at el patio, the food was very good and they were always smiling. We look forward to next time!

We had a phenomenal time. The resort is fabulous, the staff are great (especially our waiter Enrique). We could not recommend this place enough. We can’t wait to come back.

What a great week at Hacienda Encantada! We were greeted with welcome margaritas and help with our bags from Humberto. He was eager to help and always helpful and fun to talk to. The daily drinks and lunch served at the Vista pool were great. However, the service provided by Isabel and Caesar was even better. Water volleyball at the Phase 3 pool was always a fun competition and Uriel was great with all the guests. The service provided by Margarita as we enjoyed the Phase 3 pool was outstanding. Gustavo helped make our last night memorable while dining at El Eden. Our butler Guillermo has helped our family for the last 6+ years. He was fantastic and always so helpful. The entire staff always goes above and beyond. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The resort is as beautiful as the last time we were here. Even though it is Spring Break, the resort was very full but also very relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The one staff that stands out during this vacation is Jose (Pepe) the concierge. He answered all our questions and requests about our room and restaurants with a pleasant and friendly attitude. He truly made us feel welcomed and are happy to be part of the resort.
