Great trip as always!
HE has been making some repairs/upgrades to the rooms and facilities that are welcomed. For a 20 yr old resort, overall still pretty nice. The grounds & common areas are a solid 9/10. Our phase 1 room (and the few others we were in) needs new sliding glass & screen doors, otherwise 8/10. Tania Santillan (phase 1 pool concierge) was great! Very friendly, helpful and always smiling! We did have several (waaaay) overpriced drinks at the phase 1 pool - bill said premium tequila which we did not request, or get. Waiter acted like nothing was wrong and did not offer to adjust bill. We just stopped ordering drinks there and brough down our own from the room. Who's the loser here HE?

Beautiful resort. Wonderful people. Great experience! Everyone we interacted with was professional and kind. Jose at the concierge desk was easy to work with and made sure our plans went smoothly.

Came for my sisters Bachelorette party and had the best time. Everyone was so accommodating and respectful. Saul, our bell boy was OUTSTANDING. Christopher at the front desk was AMAZING. Rosa from the spa was SO sweet and accommodating in making our day at the spa so special with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. Our bride to be felt incredible. The property is gorgeous. Our villa was better than we expected and came fully equipped. I will be here next time I’m in Cabo! Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so enjoyable ❤️

Ruined Vacation
We lived out of our suitcases for three days waiting for a suitable room. Apparently, the hotel was overbooked which left us in limbo, so much for being a Member.

Girl’s Trip to Cabo
We had the best time on our girl’s trip! Tania truly went above and beyond to ensure our group had the best time - from coordinating reservations, decorating our room for some birthdays, and countless other small gestures. Her service was impeccable. Trinidad was also so welcoming and helpful - our group loved him! I would recommend this resort to anyone.
