About the Hotel

Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

Reviews for Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

Warm climate, warm people, and a great visit!

Some resorts of this level can be beautiful, but cold and unwelcoming, but that’s not the case here at the Hacienda Encantada. From your warm welcome at the lobby to the wonderful cart drivers that take you from location to location within the Resort . One realizes very quickly that this is not a typical resort. Every employee says Hola with a big smile on their face. I cannot say enough about the hospitality of the Mexican people. And although their English is very limited, the cleaning staff always smiles brightly and each unit glistens like brand new. I have to give a shout out to three exceptional employees. Number one Marco, one of the cart drivers who rescued me when I was trying to bring in my heavy golf clubs from the gate into the residence. He came running when he realized my bag was heavy and carried it all the way to my room with a smile on his face and a wonderful conversation. Next, I commend Oscar and Omar who served at El patio. We were there almost every day, and they welcomed us like old friends. It felt wonderful. The only negative things I’d have to say about the place was the prices at El patio seemed relatively steep when compared to the other prices at the restaurants on location. But the view is second to none, gazing towards Land’s End, watching the waves crash on the shore & the cruise ships coming in, and ever so often, spotting the splash of a breaching humpback whale… well one could forgive the large tab. The other negative thing was the miniature golf course. At $25 US a pop this is WAY over priced! And the empty course, and we were here for quite a few days, showed that the cost was too much for most. If they were charging $10 US per person, I think the mini golf would be nonstop busy. Or better yet. I really don’t feel they should charge at all. Pickle ball, tennis courts, pools, are all free of charge as they should be at any resort and I think they should add mini golf to that as well. But that’s just me thinking out loud. Would I come back… Absolutely! Gracias Encantata !!

Beautiful resort

This place has excellent service but no beach, however free shuttle to downtown Cabo with free all inclusive at their resort downtown. They do charge for extras even though you have all inclusive

This resort is wonderful! Great service & ambience. The staff are friendly & helpful. They could do a better job with communication but we have enjoyed a fabulous time.
