Exceeding Expectations
After reading lots of reviews before booking I was excited for the resort, and once on site every expectation was exceeded. Exactly what a family looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday needs! All of us agreed that we would 100 percent return

Such a great time. Lovely atmosphere and incredible service.
The service from Claudia Lovera was unmatched. We looked forward to seeing her at breakfast everyday. Ask for her she will take care of you the entire stay she’s the best!

Enjoyed our stay immensely due to the friendly staff, food and drink, pools and views!
We had a wonderful stay. Johana, one of the concierges, was beyond helpful with reservations and other inquiries during our stay. Apolo, at the Eden, served up excellent purple pomegranate martinis. Gustav and Humberto served up delicious shrimp tacos etc. Margarita at Pergolas pool was always cheery and served up my favorite shrimp tacos too. Shout out to Claudia at Los Maria’s. Our room was maintained by Luisa. We were extremely pleased with all that Hacienda Encantada had to offer! The gorgeous views were spectacular from each of the many pools and restaurants at the resort. We enjoyed whale watching from our balcony. Can’t wait til next year! Thank you all.

Amazing resort. beautiful grounds. outstanding staff and service
Beautiful resort. Like an oasis retreat. Quiet and tucked away from the major tourist traffic. Food / dining was amazing! Estella kept our suite very neat and well supplied. Housekeeping and grounds staff kept everything very clean and welcoming. Our concierge, Johana was very helpful. Always willing to answer questions about anything. We want to give a shout out to a few servers for extra wonderful service - Claudia and Rafael saved us outside tables Every morning at Maria's. Oscar was THE BEST at the patio bar. Very nice and attentive. He always remembered what we liked at the pool. Rosa and Lupita delivered lovely treatments at the relaxing spa. The Whales were the star attraction for us. We enjoyed the views from all over the resort.

Phase 1 pool
Had the most amazing time here. Mother daughter trip. Tania especially in phase one pool and in concierge went above and beyond, she is the sweetest. We lost some of our floaties at the pool which she was able to find the next day in lost and found. She has a beautiful heart and smile and can handle anything with ease that comes her way.
