Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

This was our second stay at Hacienda Encantada. We had a wonderful dinner at La Trajinera. The food was excellent and enjoyed the wonderful Mexican flavors. The poblano soup is a must and the dishes and sides are delicious also. Adrian and Blen were great and their service was impeccable.

Very solid resort. Disgraceful badgering regarding time share presentations. Numerous calls and attempts to get us to go. Not very friendly on checkin. All they wanted was all inclusive to be sold or time share ruined the vibe. All else good

A getaway vacation with friends turned out to be one of the best experiences. The food was outstanding at all the restaurants and the staff was exceptional. From the cart drivers to the cleaning staff. Will definitely consider returning

The staff was amazing, however management was not helpful at all in solving problems. Our personal concierge/butler even quit her job during our stay for that very reason. Isabel at the pool and Daniel at Mestizo were our favorites and made the experience worth while. The resort itself was beautiful with lots to do, however I would not return due to all the issues we encountered and the management's "inability" to fix them.

This was our first time at this property after traveling to many other all inclusive resorts. The grounds are gorgeous, rooms clean and spacious, styled in old world hacienda style. It is a time-share property so off-season January had many guests in the 60’s-70’s age range. I appreciate quiet but some may prefer a younger demographic. Pool music was upbeat and lively. Employees were attentive and poolside food and drink service was excellent. Pool chaise lounges with thick, comfy pads. Food for all-inclusive was the best overall I have ever had including sushi! I recommend the premium upgrade for no limits on food/drinks and access to spa cafe, Fresca, which has fresh juices, smoothies, specialty coffees, vegan chia seed pudding and yogurt and berry parfait. Shout out to all staff but most memorably: Miguel and Oscar poolside (plus pool manager but forgot his name), Andrea at Fresca and her coworkers, Victor at Los Ricos, and Ariel our Aqua Aerobics instructor. 😊 Will definitely be coming back to this property.
