Having me a great time at the resort. We have made several trips to Hacienda Encantada and have always had a great experience. We dines at Los Riscos this evening and had a wonderful meal with service provided by Nelson, our waiter. He made the meal a wonderful experience. Nelson was friendly and personable, helping us choose our menu selections. He made us laugh, kept us fed, and was took great care of us.
