Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

Great accommodations, food and service! Beautiful scenery with lots to see and do! The restaurants are awesome and there is always availability. We really loved the service provided our concierge whose name was Jose(Pepe)! The staff all made our experience a memorable one, we really liked the service provided by Eduardo at the Tequila/Taco bar! He provided us with outstanding service! And very accommodating! Would highly recommend this resort!!

We were staying at Marina Fiesta but visited the Mexican Restaurant, La Trajinera to enjoy dinner. It was absolutely fantastic! Our waiter Adrian was so friendly and helpful. He gave us his recommendations, and they did not disappoint!!! He was very efficient and pleasant. Thank you to the staff for making our anniversary dinner one to remember!

Rooms are amazing but they messed up are reservations. All the staff were super helpful and nice. Especially Roman the bellman.

Amazing hotel and wonderful staffs. This hotel has everything (food, view, facilities, wonderful staffs) I felt that I was in my community. Thank you for your detailed assistance, Jose(I called him Pepe) 😄even though it was not his job~~ I already missed their smiles!!!

This is the 2nd time I’ve vacationed at Hacienda Encantada. It is a beautiful place with 3 pools, and a variety of restaurants. The staff is very helpful and friendly all over the property. This trip, we were fortunate to see the whales right in front of the resort. We get the all-inclusive package to include the restaurants and drinks on the property. My friend and I love the water aerobics and other activities at the resort. A special mention for those who made our experience fantastic and memorable- Ariel, Monse, Uriel and Adrian! Ariel and Monse led the Karaoke on Tuesday night and they both have lovely voices. They are encouraging, engaging and lots of fun. I was so happy when Adrian offered to dance the cumbia with me. We also played water volleyball with the entertainment crew and we’re happy to see Uriel has joined the team. He’s got a great attitude and friendly demeanor too. Another thank you to our servers throughout the week. I don’t remember all their names, but service was always impeccable. We loved our experiences at Meztico, both for breakfast and one night at dinner. We met our server Kevin twice, and he is so kind and funny. He made our experience fantastic. We loved our dinner and we felt well taken care of by Armando and the restaurant manager, Moses. The hostess Kenya and Kara were always friendly and engaging. Another mention about our favorite bartender this trip. Abagail was always there with a friendly smile and helpful attitude, even though the bar was incredibly busy at lunch time. Lastly, Ruben was so kind and friendly as a valet. We didn’t need a car, but he talked to us about the property and things to do at the hotel. We didn’t leave the property since we just wanted to relax and enjoy the experience at the hotel. We are sure to return again.
