Concierge service
This is a beautiful resort located on the coast of the Sea of Cortez about 6km north of downtown Cabo San Lucas. The resort property is beautiful in itself with plentiful lush gardens all around. There are a number of on-site restaurants offering spectacular views and a variety of food types. The staff is warm and friendly, and attentive to ne needs and desires of the many guests. I want to call special attention to Jose, a member of the concierge staff for his warm and inviting personality as well as the attention he pays to each guest in doing his best to make their stay a wonderful experience. From making recommendations and scheduling off-site activities, to recommending restaurants and making reservation he is a pleasure to work with and a definite asset to the resort's staff.

Trip to Cabo for 50th Birthday
We stayed at Hacienda Encantada in Cabo for my brother’s 50th birthday, and overall, the experience was fantastic. A special thanks to Karina at Maria’s for making our breakfasts wonderful - she is funny and sweet. Also to Jaime, Ramos, and Lalo at Il Forno by the Italian pool for the great lunches and lounging atmosphere; they were fun and friendly. Our housekeeper Rosa R was absolutely wonderful and kept our room spotless. The only minor hiccup was at Terraza Maria’s. My brother was asked to leave the restaurant to change into shoes from sandals - a restaurant policy. This wouldn’t have been a big deal at all; we’re happy to comply with the policy, but we noticed that almost all the other male guests wore sandals and hadn’t been asked to leave. Not sure why my brother was the only one targeted. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend the resort for a special celebration!

Always a great time here, would highly recommend to anyone! We have been coming here for a few years now and will always come back. Absolutely no complaints, everything is very clean and well organized. Cēsar was an amazing server at La Trajinera, and the food was excellent!!
