Great trip to Hacienda Encantada
Great visit to Hacienda Encantada. The property is wonderful, friendly and helpful staff throughout the resort, good accommodation, fine variety of restaurants, probably prefer this resort over our home resort. A special callout to concierge Johana who made sure we had the dinner reservations we requested and arranged our transportation back to SJD, very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful retreat in Cabo close to many activities
Beautiful location 10 minutes from downtown with views of the ocean and multiple restaurants, bars and pools to enjoy throughout the property. With premium all inclusive package we enjoyed exceptional meals and drinks as well as complementary transportation to sister property in the heart of downtown marina atea. Concierge, Johana, set up all of our dinner reservations as well as a great trip to San Jose del Cabo for the Art walk Thursday night.

Hacienda Encantada - Entertainment Team :)
The entertainment team at Hacienda Encantada truly made our stay unforgettable. They’re fun, energetic, and incredibly friendly—always encouraging everyone to join in and have a great time. I especially enjoyed playing pool volleyball with Adrián, Mexican bingo with Ariel and Montse, and the movie and song trivia. Every activity felt lively and well-organized, and the team made sure guests of all ages felt welcome. They bring such a positive vibe to the resort, and it really elevates the entire experience. Highly recommend joining their activities!

Two weeks of pure Paradise
I was there for 2 weeks this november. The first week we had six people including a couple of men. The second week it was all girls. Everyone raved about the beauty and serenity and of course sunrises and sunsets. Our pool concierge, Tania, was very helpful with setting up snorkeling tours. And she routinely came by when we were at the pool to see how we were doing and served us some fun hors d'oeuvres.

Great Food
Blend was an excellent waiter at La Trajinera. The meal was delicious and was prepared exceptionally well by Chef Laura.
