Great service
Great food and an excellent atmosphere. The rooms were clean. Highly recommend. Our serve BLEND was amazing at the La Trajinera.

Would recommend!
The resort was beautiful. We stayed at El Encanto in a 1 bedroom suite. It was very roomy well kept and clean. The timeshare sales were a bit much and overwhelming when we first arrived and continued until about day 4 when they finally left us alone. The restaurants were all good. The staff however were AMAZING!! Every person we encountered from the gentlemen who picked us up in the golf carts, the servers, housekeeping and the pool staff were all super friendly and attentive. Juan, Oscar, Miguel, and Omar at the El Patio pool and bar were awesome!! Isacc at Il Forno pizza bar was great too! Overall I would highly recommend.

Humberto Vjeda was the best at his job! When we arrived he brought us to our room & we continued to see him get to see how hard he works to make people feel comfortable & happy. Im so glad we stayed just because we got to meet Humberto Vjeda!!
