First time, won’t be the last
We joined our friends last minute at this beautiful resort! The grounds, the food, the staff and the ambiance was all amazing! We stayed in a 3 bedroom penthouse suite that was to die for…….beautifully furnished with a completely stocked (and restocked) refrigerator (beer, water,soda). We did the all inclusive and it made our stay much more enjoyable! Our favorite waiter was Omar from the adult pool bar. Not only did he remember daily our names and our drinks, he also anticipated when we’d need refills on beverages and food!

Decent stay.
It was a good experience overall. The food was definitely overpriced for the quality, which was decent but not exceptional. They don’t allow Ubers to pick you up. So that brought down the rating, because taxis charge you up the butt. The highlight of the trip was Julio, the bartender at the pool bar. He was a great vibe, provided outstanding service, and always made sure we had drinks in hand. Julio made the experience even better. 10 out of 10 service from him.

Always amazing in my opinion! Food is sooo great! Alejandro, our main ‘goto’/butler press, and Juan, our main server at the cliffs were exceptional as always! See you again in February!

25th anniversary trip
Everything about our stay at El Encanto at Hacienda Encantada was wonderful. From the arrival drinks (mango margaritas) the room, the restaurants, the view, and all the staff. We stayed in a 1 bedroom luxury suite that had a king-size bed, a separate living room with a sofa bed, a full kitchen, a private whirlpool, and panoramic balconies. Big thanks to Margarita at Il Forno for the amazing service all week and Martin the bartender for the great drinks! I would highly recommend this resort and can’t wait to go back.
