Staff that Genuinely Care
We go to Hacienda Encantada every year (for the last 5 years) as a girls trip. Even before that, I have been going for over 13 years. The place is amazing and beautiful and my "happy" place. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with our rooms and we were not off to a good start. Luckily for us , we met Tania Santillan, the Pool Concierge, who totally made our trip. From the very moment we met her, we knew she was serious, a professional and genuinely cared about her role and her guests. She became our saving grace and turned the trip around. She made reservations for us (even though she is in charge of the pool), she checked in on us daily to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything and she made things happen. We definitely made a connection and know we will be in good hands next year when we come back. Thank you Tania for your genuine care! It's also important to note that the bellman, the shuttle cart drivers, were also amazing and the best of the best. They remembered your name, they always had a smile to offer and were always ready with a suggestion, a story and a genuine care for their guests. They made us feel like we were the only ones there. They were all great but a special shout out to Roman (NEVER forgot his customer names), Efrain and Luis. THANK YOU for making it a great trip for us! Can't wait until next year!
