Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

We had the best time and truly could not recommend this resort more! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and escorted to our room. Our studio was beautiful, spacious, incredibly clean, and had a gorgeous ocean view. We were also pleasantly surprised by how large the refrigerator was — such a nice bonus! What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond and made us feel like VIPs throughout our entire trip. Isabel at Las Marias was absolutely wonderful and genuinely felt like family by the time we left. She was so attentive to every detail and truly cared about making our breakfasts special each morning. Oscar and Ingrid at the pool were incredibly friendly, funny, and attentive — they made our pool days even more enjoyable. Alan at the Concierge pool desk was so kind and helpful, and Axel, who helped us with reservations before our trip, was also incredibly helpful and responsive. We also enjoyed facials and massages during our stay, and both were wonderful. The facial in particular was incredibly calming and relaxing. And the food! Every dinner was phenomenal. We consistently left the restaurant completely stuffed and very happy. There wasn't a meal we had that disappointed us. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautiful property, incredible food, relaxing spa experiences, and especially the amazing staff made this such a memorable trip.

Our stay here was excellent. Very clean resort. Omar was the best! Super attentive and always making sure we were good to go with drinks/food. Would greet us every time we saw him and always remembered us. He made our stay that much better.

Awesome hotel. Great rates/pricing on tour packages. Provided pickup and drop off on most tours. Hotel was great and very scenic. Staff was very helpful. Axel Rosalio were great in helping us choose which package tours to take with what we liked. Would come back again to the same hotel.

Room was excellent, amazing view, food was very good, we did all inclusive for 2 days. Wonderful pools. Very accomodating staff. Only issue was high pressure sales session, which we did agree too, but when we said not interested Ken stormed off in a huff.

Not as good as last year and we was so embarrased in front of our friend .We paid alot to go to this place and it was a disappointmment compared to last year.i really want a refund so i can pay my friends back.
