Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

The resort exceeded our expectations! All the staff was very helpful. The pools, views, and food were amazing. Activities Director, Adrian Manrique, was fantastic company on our bike rides and pool volleyball games. He’s an asset to the resort.

Such an amazing trip with my wife the staff here at Hacienda in Cantana is top-notch. I have been to three other resorts here in Cabo. This is my fourth time back at this resort because the service the food and the beverages are the best you’ll find in town starting from how courteous the concierge are. Jose was simply amazing the entire time and Juan Ramon‘s service at the pizza bar was the best you’ll ever find. I don’t think I ever had an empty beverage. all the way to the shuttle service Felipe is amazing as well. Super happy we made this decision to go to Hacienda and Cantata once again we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Juan Ramon was our server at the swim up bar near the pizza restaurant and he was absolutely amazing. We went back again just for him! Terrific service and so friendly!

We are locals and went for just one night. They already have a late check in time but then check in process takes way too long. They put us in one line that was taking forever. Then moved us to a guy at a desk that they said was ready for us but he was dealing with a woman complaining about not getting the room she had asked for. We waited! Then they moved us to another desk. Finally we are being checked in. You have to sign 3 pages of fine print mumbo jumbo. Finally checked in after 40 minutes. BUT then they take you to get your “Welcome Packet”. It wasn’t a welcome packet. This is the step where they want to sell you a time share. More wasted time. We got out of it since we are locals. This place is huge. We weren’t given a map or told where to find our room just where to park. We asked 2 workers where our room was and both sent us to the wrong bldg. In total it took us 55 minutes to get to our room. It wasn’t even the room we reserved. We reserved a king not two beds. The floors were dirty, the walls need repair and the room was so humid it was a terrible nights sleep.

Always a good time here, I’ve been visiting for 15 years. The staff is always helpful, this time I had a little extra assistance from Pepe in concierge. There are lots of carts to transport the guests around the grounds. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The ocean view is fabulous.
