Miguel Venegas was the best waiter!
My family sat at the adult pool our entire stay. Miguel was kind and memorized our orders after the first day. He brought buckets of beer and water for us without having to ask and was attentive the entire time we were there.

We had such a wonderful experience dining at IL Forno at Hacienda Encantada Resort. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our evening special. Our servers were warm, professional, and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The hospitality truly stood out and made the entire dining experience even more enjoyable. It’s easy to see why so many guests compliment the amazing service at IL Forno. The combination of delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, and exceptional customer service made this one of the highlights of our stay at Hacienda Encantada. We can’t wait to come back!

Family trip
Had a great experience at this resort! Lovely villas to stay in with cleaning service everyday. Also food was great! A favorite included the fish tacos. Also loved all the view spots through the resort and the options of shuttles to go different places. Also a church at the top of the hill for mass was a wonderful experience. I would say not too much nightlife at this resort, but it is beautiful and peaceful and a great place for a getaway. However, best part of the resort was definitely the service! I spent a lot of time at the cliff side pool and was served by Omar who always knew what we needed before we even asked. He was always ready for any request and made sure we were taken care of and comfortable at all times. I am grateful for Omar and how he went above and beyond to take care of us. Would definitely recommend this resort!

Entertainment Team is Amazing!
The Adrian Entertainment Team is amazing! They are kind, enthusiastic, energetic, and fun. They made our pool side experience in Cabo unforgettable. I hope you get to experience the wonderful entertainment this crew provides—they will bring the joy, the laughter and the music!

Bike Tour at Encontada
Twice during our week in Paradise at Hacienda Encontada, I took the bicycle tour with Adrian. Great experience!!! We saw mule deer, desert hare, and wedding ceremony rehearsal.
