Our week at Hacienda Encantada was truly one of those family experiences we will remember for a very long time. We visited at the end of August and beginning of September, during the slower season, and that made the stay even more enjoyable for us. We love peaceful family time, and the quieter atmosphere gave us exactly what we were hoping for. What stood out most was the people. Every person we interacted with made a difference in our stay. Antonio, our golf cart driver, was always kind and helpful. Mr. Adrian, the activities coordinator, took great care of us. Maribel from housekeeping was wonderful. Martin and Angel at Il Forno were excellent, and Margarita was also incredibly warm and attentive. There were many others as well, and every interaction felt genuine. This trip was especially meaningful because we were celebrating my 50th birthday and my wife's 45th birthday. The staff helped turn what was already an important family vacation into a week that felt truly special. Everything was taken care of. The service, the property, the atmosphere, the food, the attention to detail, and most importantly the people were exceptional from beginning to end. There really is not much more to say other than excellent. Hacienda Encantada exceeded our expectations and gave our family a beautiful, peaceful, and unforgettable week in Cabo. Thank you to everyone who was part of it. We will remember this trip, these birthdays, and the way we were treated with a lot of gratitude and affection. Five stars without hesitation.
