Bad experience, bad management
I would never stay here again. They did not mention the tax fees, the price that was promised was not given. At checkout they held us longer when we had to get our flight. The manager for the properties ( bald man) was so rude. Could hear him telling his staff to “get us out of here” because we didn’t want to buy. They told us we’d get a $50 taxi and instead made us go through an hour of trying to buy when we had said no multiple times.

The Service makes the Difference.
My wife and I stayed for 13 days and have and have enjoyed our experience. We took advantage of the all-inclusive package and have had spme great meals and drinks. Your service has been outstanding and we've enjoyed your special attention to the details.

Great accommodations, food and service! Beautiful scenery with lots to see and do! The restaurants are awesome and there is always availability. We really loved the service provided our concierge whose name was Jose(Pepe)! The staff all made our experience a memorable one, we really liked the service provided by Eduardo at the Tequila/Taco bar! He provided us with outstanding service! And very accommodating! Would highly recommend this resort!!

Don’t Miss Out On Dining Here…
We were staying at Marina Fiesta but visited the Mexican Restaurant, La Trajinera to enjoy dinner. It was absolutely fantastic! Our waiter Adrian was so friendly and helpful. He gave us his recommendations, and they did not disappoint!!! He was very efficient and pleasant. Thank you to the staff for making our anniversary dinner one to remember!

Rooms are amazing but they messed up are reservations. All the staff were super helpful and nice. Especially Roman the bellman.
