Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

My family and friends had a wonderful time at La Hacienda Encantada. The food was amazing and very high quality especially for an all-inclusive. The pool was gorgeous and the whole experience was made even more perfect with the spectacular service. Miguol and Oscar at the patio bar (poolside) were very attentive and definitely helped us get our moneys worth!

Arturo at Los Merias was amazing the service is incredible. Everyday he remembered our drink order and food order. Everyone is so welcoming. Incredible staff everywhere we went. Abigail at adult pool was excellent the drinks and service are beyond 5 stars. We are planning another trip back.

Our house at Hacienda Encantada was perfect for 6 people! Tania booked our excursions and was so kind with her follow up to make sure we had a great time! We did e-bikes and a sailboat that had an amazing crew, Captain Enrique and Pablo, and was private since we had the 6 max people. E- bikes with Isha was a blast and the sunset buffet and margaritas were the end to a perfect day! Everyone here at the resort was kind and so helpful! We would skip the all inclusive next time but I'm sure it's great for others.

Wonderful experience. Overall the food was very good and the service excellent. I wish to single a few people who made our trip so enjoyable and apologize because I know I will miss a few. Yimy at Barolo restaurant was outstanding. Remembered us each time we came in and what our preferences were. Johana our concierge was always there to help and assisted us in meeting our every need. Tania, the patio pool concierge took care of us at the pool and arranged for meal reservations etc. Always a big smile. Caesar at the patio pool bar was great. Friendly and outgoing. Antonio at La Pergola was friendly efficient and made us very comfortable. The entertainment was also first class with the male and female regular performers completely engaging. As always, the young band that performed at the owners get together was great. Leo at Marina Fiesta arranged our stay at Hacienda and as always was exceptional in customer service.

We had such a lovely time at La Trajinera. My mom, sister, and I went here for dinner and everything was delicious. The tortilla soup seemed very authentic and was very yummy. We got the steak tacos, octopus tacos, and the steak which were all delicious. Cesar was our waiter and he was our favorite waiter of the trip. Very sweet with great recommendations. Would come back again!
