All Inclusive With a Catch
First off there resort is beautiful, some the staff was lovely and welcoming but when it comes to the all you can eat and drink there's a catch because they monitor everything you order and some things available, are not part out the "all inclusive" vacation. The resort set things up so that it benefits them, like not accepting pesos. Only USD or electronic payment in which you have to pay a back charge fee. And lastly, you are charged a daily access fee... this little info is given once you're at the resort.

A Wonderful Resort in Cabo
A wonderful resort with breathtaking views, including from a studio room. Roman and all other bellmen were very welcoming, attentive, friendly, and helpful from the time we arrived until our departure. Room was kept nice and clean though housekeeping had some slight inconsistencies with types of towels available in the room. However, we managed to accommodate what was available. A wide variety of options were included in all-inclusive made it worthwhile (8 restaurants on the property and spa access plus roundtrip shuttle service almost every 2 hours to the Cabo Marina to enjoy 6 other restaurants at the marina). All personnel were friendly and helpful.

Alejandro was the best bartender. He was kind and helpful. He made my experience a whole lot better.

Omur was wonderful at the pool “Patio” . He served us may drinks and food. He was fabulous! The pool and view were fantastic. All staff were very friendly!!
