Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

We love Hacienda for so many reasons! The views, the quietness, and the convenience to marina. However, the staff make the experience extraordinary! Luis, our familiar face, at the moment you arrive makes you feel like home. Daril the cart driver pays attention to every detail! Margarita, the waitress at pool 3 has the most beautiful and welcoming smile! Gustavo, at Vista bar - amazing drinks and conversation! We love you all - see you again soon.

Clean restaurant, quiet atmosphere, delicious food, and great service from Adrian. Grilled watermelon salad was one of our favourites, went back a second time for it.

This is my happy place. Our seventh year in a row. And Juan Vazquez made our trip excellent! He is the best at el patio!

Most of the stay was absolutely amazing. The grounds are beautiful, clean and immaculately landscaped. More beautiful than any place we have ever been. Food was to die for and service was fabulous. Some of our favorite servers were: Margarita at the pizza oven pool, Claudia, the hostess at the breakfast buffet. Eduardo, who was our server at both the taco bar and at the Italian restaurant. All of these 3 were amazing servers. They knew our names and greeted us always. Libia the concierge was always a great help. Room was a studio and was adequate. A microwave would have been nice. All inclusive was expensive but worth it due to the high prices at the resort restaurants. Being able to take the free shuttle to the marina and dine at the 5 all inclusive restaurants there was a bonus. Was a bit irritating to have to fill out the receipt for EVERYTHING that we had, even the free shuttle. All inclusive should be all inclusive and not filling out paperwork for every bottle of water that we drank. Apparently there is an alcohol free all inclusive plan that was cheaper and we would have purchased, but it was not offered. The “timeshare” 90 minute presentation was the absolute worse that we have ever experienced. BY FAR!!!!! It took 5-1/2 hours and was brutal. Most of what we were told was not even remotely true. Every person that told us that we were finished and could get our “certificates” was not truthful. It just brought another person to offer a different deal. After that happened 4 times, we got angry and we said “WE ARE DONE!!!” If they would have offered to pay us to become owners, we would have said “no way, you have ZERO CREDIBILIT” Do not waste your time going to one of their sales pitches. It is not worth wasting an entire day for.

Second time to Hacienda Encantada and loved it again! The resort has fantastic views of the ocean, pools, accommodating rooms, and the staff is amazing (we particularly had a great trip because of Julio at El Patio in Phase 1)! Amenities (onsite and offsite shuttle services) and activities (trivia and San Juan tour with Ariel/Monse/Adrian) and Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates with Roman (sp?) added to the fun of our trip! Many thanks to all the wonderful staff and housekeeping who were so attentive and prompt with requests!
