Theft
$20 dollars was stolen out of my wallet when it was left inside my purse, closed inside of my backpack, in my room. This card was placed in my room and although I didn’t follow as directed I did not expect to be robbed by staff members.

Everyone at the resort was great, very welcoming and friendly. Julio at Bar Patio was the best! Make sure you stop by and get served by him.

Outstanding resort!
Our family stayed a week in a residence her and was blown away! The resort is absolutely gorgeous and the staff made our stay memorable! Our Butler Guillermo was amazing! He made sure we had an amazing experience. From giving tips and tricks to making dinner reservations for our family at some of his favorite restaurants in the resorts. He helped make our stay one we will never forget!
