Amazing
Always a great time here, would highly recommend to anyone! We have been coming here for a few years now and will always come back. Absolutely no complaints, everything is very clean and well organized. Cēsar was an amazing server at La Trajinera, and the food was excellent!!

THE EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING. Very relaxing
ROMAN IS AMAZING! Always energetic and funny! He is very charismatic and always asks how our day is going. He always gives us ideas on places to go around the resort. I am looking forward to coming back!

Great Time at El Patio
Oscar and Juan were great and very attentive during our time at El Patio, in the pool area and in the sun bed areas. They always checked to see if we need anything and very prompt with our orders.

Fine dining experience
Cesar was wonderful. Great restaurant with a fabulous atmosphere. This is a fine dining experience and the staff was so caring and attentive.

Great food, inconsistent service
The food at Barolo, Los Riscos, El Eden and La Trajanera was wonderful. Unfortunately, service was not up to standard and was inconsistent. The exception was Yimey at Barolo; he was personable and attentive. He is our “employee of the year.”
