Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

Terrific location, the views are amazing, food is excellent! Not overly crowded but pleasant enough to feel a part of something. Ingrid at Los Marias is a wonderful server

El Patio at Hacienda Encantada is, without question, one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had—and not just because of the stunning setting. The environment is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxed, open-air atmosphere that perfectly complements the surrounding views. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel like you’re on vacation. But what truly makes El Patio special is the people. By the end of our stay, the servers — Julio, Omar, and Oscar — felt less like staff and more like friends. They strike a rare balance of being genuinely warm and personable while also delivering a level of attentiveness that rivals (and honestly surpasses) many 5-star restaurants we’ve visited. They move through the space with what looks like effortless precision, somehow anticipating every need before you even ask. What stood out most was how much they cared—remembering not just our favorite drinks and meals, but our names and little details we shared along the way. That kind of connection is incredibly rare and made every visit feel personal and special. Behind the scenes, Benjamin and Valentina consistently prepare and execute outstanding food. The menu has something for everyone, from perfectly executed American classics like wings and burgers to fresh, vibrant Mexican dishes. The ceviche is light and refreshing, and the Governor tacos (our absolute favorite) are something we find ourselves craving long after we’ve returned home. There are plenty of great dining options at the resort, but El Patio is always our first stop when we arrive and our last meal before we leave. It’s become a tradition we genuinely look forward to, and throughout the year, we often find ourselves talking about the food and the people — counting down the days until we can return. El Patio isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience, made unforgettable by the incredible team that brings it to life.

We just spent 8 day and 7 nights at Hacienda Encantada and really enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed everything from the restaurants, pools, grounds, but especially the staff. Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make us feel welcome and were happy to help with any questions or concerns that we had. I would definitely go back.

First off there resort is beautiful, some the staff was lovely and welcoming but when it comes to the all you can eat and drink there's a catch because they monitor everything you order and some things available, are not part out the "all inclusive" vacation. The resort set things up so that it benefits them, like not accepting pesos. Only USD or electronic payment in which you have to pay a back charge fee. And lastly, you are charged a daily access fee... this little info is given once you're at the resort.

We had the most picturesque setting for a delicious dinner. Adrian gave spot-on recommendations for a great meal on our last night. Don’t miss La Trajinera, and ask for Adrian if you can!
