Amazing 3 week stay
Our experience was top notch!!! Our b butler Clemente was very attentive and always on point. Any request was quickly granted. At the phase one Pool Oscar was beyond phenomenal. Our entire trip was amazing. The house we rented was very nice! Any small issues were immediately resolved. Everything was clean and perfect!!!!

Don't waste your time at this place.
Horrible service the resort is infested with roaches. Kept getting bites every time we went to bed. The bed had random stains. The curtains had stains. The housekeeper ran out of bedding. Tried to eat at the Patio bar and no one would serve us. The all inclusive is not "all inclusive " You will not be able to eat or swim in certain areas. The staff caters the the color of wrist band you wear. The shower drain needs covered or you will wake up to large roaches in your room. Also the shower has lots of random holes and multiple stains by the toilet in the restroom.

Great place...but not if you're a foodie.
Just a beautiful resort with lots of little things done right. It's a bit spread out but their shuttles are numerous and very quick. It is impeccably well-maintained - they certainly don't go cheap on staffing as there are always workers around making sure the guest experience is memorable. The best of the best were Julio at the El Patio bar. Miguel at the El Patio restaurant. Ingrid at Il Forno. Roman the shuttle driver and Isabel at Maria's. Breakfasts and lunches were all good and the food presentation at all meals was first class. The food quality at the dinner restaurants however, left much to be desired. Flavorless, overcooked dishes were more common than anything being actually good. We heard there was some massive turnover in the kitchens recently as their top people were poached by nearby properties so we're hopeful it will improve in the future.

Excellent Resort
This was our 2nd stay at Hacienda Encantada and it did not disappoint. All the stay, especially David at Concierge were so helpful. The resort is wonderful.
