Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

The 5 course Stargazing Dinner at Los Ricos was absolutely stunning! Perfectly timed courses with the sunset and gorgeous views of the Hacienda Encantada resort, as well as downtown Los Cabos! The food was excellent and well portioned. My server, Adrien, was very friendly, discrete, and knowledgeable and was sure to do everything he could to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this dinner for anyone who enjoys sunsets and delicious food! We even got to see some kind of SpaceX rocket light up the sky! Truly a special experience!

We have had so many wonderful people in just a few days at Hacienda Encantada. Edgar, a bellboy/ golf cart driver is always happy and available to assist us. Killian served us a magnificent meal last night at Mestizo,( the cold cucumber mango soup was sooo refreshing and flavorful. The service from Killian was impeccable. Our concierge, Manny, addressed all our needs as we checked in and acquired all our preferred reservations. Cesar in the Tower Gym is so welcoming and has helped us with understanding our exercise needs with the beautiful equipment available. Finally, Miguel at the ElPatio Restaurant got our complicated order just right with a simple pleasant demeanor ( the Tuna and watermelon salad plus the Ceviche were to notch). Oh, and our team at breakfast ( Arturo y Humberto) went above and beyond to serve a lovely meal. Service at H E is 5 star in our opinion!

Tania, the Pool Concierge, is the best we’ve ever experienced ! Tania goes out of her way to ensure that your experience at the Hacienda is the best ever. She is friendly, organized and we are grateful we had the pleasure of getting to know her! Our whole group thanks Tania is absolutely the best!!! We can’t wait to see her again next year!

This is our second time staying here with my sister and her husband and it was so great again. Guillermo was so helpful as always and always makes our stay so pleasant and carefree. He is always checking on us and if we need anything he goes above and beyond. The residence we stayed in was just as beautiful as last year as was the entire resort. We love it here and the price we paid was very good. The solitude and peacefulness cannot be beat. A secluded location is what I love as well. The rooms and entire residence feel like home. The private pool and jacuzzi are a bonus for sure! We used then every day. So beautiful and has everything we need. This is our sanctuary away from the rest of the world. This is where we come to escape the constant go go go of everyday life. We can't wait to come back. Thank you again to everyone here and especially to Guillermo for taking care of us. .

We visit this resort twice a year and have always enjoyed the longevity of the staff and the amenities.
