Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

The place is so stunning and elegant. Our server, Blend, was amazing. We enjoyed the food and the service was fantastic!

Friendly and amazing staff. The management is terrible and will avoid accountability at all costs. Our room had visible signs of mold infestation, not to mention a dead moth underneath the bed and a lizard that got in through HVAC. When we asked to speak with the front-desk manager, we were told to come back when she wasn't as busy. Despite multiple attempts, she never once contacted us directly. We weren't offered any compensation besides a room change. Their buffet is breakfast only. If you don't have a dinner reservation, be prepared to wait at least an hour to be seated and to get your food. They aren't equipped to handle their capacity, which leaves staff completely overwhelmed.

Phillipe was a phenomenal employee and person. He made our stay at the hacienda encantada very memorable . He was very knowledgeable, great at showing us around the resort, suggesting day trips and things to experience while we stayed there.

We had a last-minute chance to get away and ended up at Hacienda Encantada—and we’re so glad we did. Beautifully maintained grounds, a pool and views that were exactly what we needed in December, and the most attentive staff. Extra thanks to Oscar at the patio for taking such great care of us. 🌴✨

Karina and Rafa were the absolute best servers for our morning breakfast! We looked forward to seeing them every morning! So helpful, happy and friendly. Started our days with the perfect vibe!! Ramon was our server down at the pool. We visited the pool at least once a day. He remembered us remembered our preferences always took care of us always nice. It was just lovely to feel like we had friends at the resort! The resort itself was lovely. The grounds were phenomenal. The flowers were gorgeous we walked everywhere because it was so pretty. They had a shuttle available all the time, but we never took it. We just preferred to enjoy the flowers. The gardenias, the Bougainvilleas , it was like being in a little bubble away from the rest of the world. Get ready for spectacular views. One morning we were at the table closest to the ocean and watching the sunset was otherworldly really a special moment. I will share that there were a couple bad reviews. I read before we embarked on this vacation, our very first time to Cabo. And we are not young. We are in our late 60s, and so I was a little bit concerned, hoping that there wouldn’t be messed up and problems and stressful things happening. It didn’t it was a very easy relaxing week. We took a sunset cruise. My husband went parasailing. I had a facial. We took a tour boat for $16 a person over to the arch where we could swim at lovers Beach, which was really really great getting in the ocean was definitely a highlight We loved Cabo and we will definitely be back!
