About the Hotel

Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa feels secluded, even though it’s still considered part of Cabo’s Marina Golden Zone. At the far end of the area’s development, quiet, tranquil beaches await, and a string of infinity pools cascade down the resort’s hillside. Hacienda’s traditional Mexican-style suites start at 800 square feet – book a Family Suite for twice that much space – and are outfitted in earth tones with handcrafted furniture and textiles from Guadalajara. Guests who want to venture afield can enjoy their all-inclusive privileges at Golden Zone restaurants, accessible by complimentary shuttle.

Great stay

Our stay was perfect, and the icing on the cake was all the great service Billy Wagner and Sebastian. If you visit, you must ask for them! The rooms were fantastic. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Hotel in Los Cabos

This was a fantastic hotel! The room and resources (pool, pickleball court, volleyball court, and Church) were very nice! We were offered golf cart rides to any place we needed when they were available, making transportation much easier (Thank you Emmanuel). The equipment for the courts were great and lots of fun to use. As we were here on Easter, the Church held a beautiful service. The pools were great as they offered both kid friendly and adult only pools, making it enjoyable for all ages. The restaurants near the pools had great sushi, pizza, drinks, etc. The service in every restaurant was fabulous. A special shout out to Adrian in La Trajinera, a Mexican restaurant, and Rafael at Las Marias, the breakfast spot. They were so kind, attentive, and the service he provided us was great (Thank you Adrian and Rafael!). It was also very close to the Marina as they offered a free shuttle to the center of it. Our concierge, Jose, was very patient and helpful when planning excursions and making reservations, making our itinerary perfect. I highly recommend this hotel as its service, rooms, people, food, and overall experience was highly enjoyable.

Adrian at Las Trajineras was fantastic! He was an amazing server, sweet and knowledgeable. The food was the best out of all the restaurants. The ambience was wonderful inside!

Disappointing service and people

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Way too many people for their ameneties. No seats at the pool unless you get there at 6am. Restaurants are slow and the food is so boring. They just care about making money, not taking care of their paying guests. AVOID the timeshare meeting. JUST SAY NO! They will lie about everything to get you to sign up and then take your money and never respond back. Don't waste your money or time! Trevor the manager is a great sales man but a liar. They say that you have 5 days to think about it and have nothing to lose but then when you cancel before 5 days you loose everything! STAY AWAY! Disappointing the way they treat people.
