Amazing Dinner experience!
We came to Hacienda Encantata with all-inclusive from their sister resort Marina Fiesta. We enjoyed dinner two times at Los Riscos because the meals were absolutely amazing! Chef Alex prepared delicious snapper with shrimp. We first had flavorful “unusual” salads, and finished with delicious hazelnut cheesecake. Hector and Daniel served us beautifully and very personably! Being seated on the glass wall, looking out at the sea of Cortez, watching whales and the sunset…. AHhhh!

El Eden at Hacienda Encantada is a must! Huge shout-out to our waiter Feliciano — absolutely amazing service. He treated us like family from the moment we sat down and made the entire experience feel special and welcoming. The mixed fajitas are incredible — sizzling, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Between the food, the atmosphere, and Feliciano’s warmth and attention, this was one of our favorite meals of the trip. Don’t miss El Eden if you’re staying at the resort — and ask for Feliciano!

Margarita and the staff in Pergola are amazing! They are fun and happy! Love to stay there ! Hacienda is lucky to have them in the team!!! I will definitely come back !
