Second time to Hacienda Encantada and loved it again! The resort has fantastic views of the ocean, pools, accommodating rooms, and the staff is amazing (we particularly had a great trip because of Julio at El Patio in Phase 1)! Amenities (onsite and offsite shuttle services) and activities (trivia and San Juan tour with Ariel/Monse/Adrian) and Yoga/Tai Chi/Pilates with Roman (sp?) added to the fun of our trip! Many thanks to all the wonderful staff and housekeeping who were so attentive and prompt with requests!

We had a great vacation at Hacienda. The staff works very hard to meet your every needs. The property is well maintained and the accommodations are comfortable and clean. Great to see the adults only pool has been renovated and it looks so much better. If you enjoy watching the whales, this is definitely the place to be! I will definitely return again. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Had an amazing waiter, Adrian, and an excellent meal for 8 at La Trajinera, the Mexican restaurant at the Hacienda Encantada resort. Loved the lady pianist who delighted our table with wonderful dinner music on the outdoor patio.
