Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

Loved our stay, everyone was polite and friendly - Isabel at Maria’s is fantastic, you must sit at her section. She’s attentive, remembers your name and your favorite drink. Even though we don’t book an excursion ,Axle would’ve been our guy. We met great people that wee are also staying here. I enjoyed it looking for a place to stay. Come check it out.

I love the friendly staff and everyone was attentive to our needs. The wait staff, Isabell and Teresa were very helpful during our morning breakfast times. The cart drivers were prompted and eager to assist. We will definitely be back.

I would be remiss not to give a shout out to the incredible staff at this resort. From the moment we arrived at the resort, we were met with a hospitality that I found throughout the entire stay. A few particular people stand out to me - one being Ingrid our server down at the pool. Constantly checking in on us, making sure we were hydrated with water and no shortage of drinks from the bar. We also had an incredible time talking with the concierge down at the pool, Alan and Bryan. Alan went out of his way to ensure that we were taken care of with reservations, including assisting us with booking private transportation when we left. And finally, our server we kept coming back for every morning at Las Marias was Isabel. She is the example of exceptional customer service. By the 3rd day she knew what we liked to drink and always made sure our cups were full. Going out of her way to open your chair for you at the table before you sat down coming back from the buffet. She is always on her A Game and when you dine there you NEED to ask for her. Overall, the resort was so beautiful and I miss the views of the beautiful ocean and the Cabo Arch. I can't wait to return!
