Ruined Vacation
We lived out of our suitcases for three days waiting for a suitable room. Apparently, the hotel was overbooked which left us in limbo, so much for being a Member.

Girl’s Trip to Cabo
We had the best time on our girl’s trip! Tania truly went above and beyond to ensure our group had the best time - from coordinating reservations, decorating our room for some birthdays, and countless other small gestures. Her service was impeccable. Trinidad was also so welcoming and helpful - our group loved him! I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Best Girls Trip
The service, food, and just everything was amazing! Not a single bad experience. Tania Santillan - pool concierge - made our entire trip AMAZING! She made sure we had reservations where we wanted and made sure we had the best time/experience. Trinidad also was amazing and helped ensure all of our transportation needs were made! Will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Best place for a girls trip!

Morning Bike Rides @ Hacienda Encantada
The family and I went on a morning bike ride with Adrian from the activies team. Fantastic ride! Awesome exercise, and a wonderful perk of staying here. The property is so beautiful and Adrian did a fantastic job of showing us around this amazing resort!

Wonderful trip
Our experience at the resort was wonderful, all staff were extremely kind and attentive. Our concierge, Tania Santillan was incredible! She set us up with everything we needed and was always available. Ramon, Miguel (pool servers) and Trinidad have been some our favorites as well.
