Our Favorite Place
We just love it here. The beauty of the art, the ocean, the flowers, the pools, the food, the staff, the friends we make. We really love the help that Tania Santillan and Aristide provide, the service of Juan Ramon, Omar, Ingrid, and Juan Luis, and Benjamin's excellent food. November is wonderful weather. There is a lot to do in Cabo. It is also very nice to relax at HE and listen to the waves, relax at the pools, lay in a hammock, or enjoy the mini golf on site. Very clean, large rooms, patios, views.

Blend is amazing
Blend went above and beyond the call of duty from the moment we sat down. His knowledge of the entire menu was outstanding—every question we had was answered with confidence, detail, and genuine enthusiasm. He offered thoughtful recommendations, explained dishes clearly, and made it obvious he truly understood the menu inside and out. Service was flawlessly executed all evening. Drinks were timed perfectly, plates arrived exactly when they should, and every small detail was handled with care. Blend checked in just the right amount—always attentive but never intrusive—and consistently made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. It’s rare to experience service at this level. Blend’s professionalism, hospitality, and commitment to creating a great dining experience made our night exceptional. We left as very happy customers, and it’s all thanks to his outstanding service. Highly recommend!

Top notch service!
This is our second time visiting Hacienda Encantada. The service has been excellent! Gustavo Camacho was our server at the taco bar/buffet and he was very attentive and accommodating to our large group. Thank you, Gustavo! We had multiple breakfasts and Thanksgiving dinner at Mestizo. All the servers did a fabulous job. Daniel and Eleazar were very efficient and polite and they did such a great job with our large group. Luis was the host and he was so kind from the moment we stepped into the restaurant. Thank you to the staff at Mestizo!
