Hacienda Encantada Resort & Spa

My husband & I, and our closest 76 friends & family members came here in December for 5 - 14 days (varied) and had the absolute best time ever. First off, our wedding planner Zaira & her assistant, Elle went above and beyond with every single detail of our day and made sure it was perfect! Planning a wedding from Philadelphia was hard but they made it so easy! And I was a tad bit of a Groomzilla! They were perfection! The resort is amazing! If you want a beautiful upscale resort look no further than here! Not a party resort but the sister property offers that so you get the best of both worlds! Our wedding photos are amazing because of the incredible backdrops this hotel and resort offers! The list of preferred vendors for this wedding did not disappoint! Everyone we worked with was top notch! Our upgraded one bedroom suite was stunning! Whirlpool tub bedside was perfect! Go premium so you can enjoy the free room service! Housekeeping was also PERFECTION! Our room was cleaned every day and the little touches they did to make our room special really meant a lot to us! THE STAFF HERE IS BEYOND HELPFUL! I CAN NOT PUT INTO WORDS HOW INCREDIBLE EVERY SINGLE WAITER, BARTENDER, HOST deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & a raise! They were so welcoming and hospitable to each and everyone of us! 76 people are a lot to manage but the Il Forno pool handled us well! On Saturday 12/13 we took over the pool, ALL OF US, and they handled us like professionals! I couldn’t thank them enough! We left after 14 days crying because we are going to miss and savor our time there for our wedding until the day we die! It was incredibly magical! The love we left from the staff left us speechless. After reading lots of reviews before booking I was excited for the resort, and once on site every expectation was exceeded. Exactly what a family looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday needs! All of us agreed that we would 100 percent return

The service from Claudia Lovera was unmatched. We looked forward to seeing her at breakfast everyday. Ask for her she will take care of you the entire stay she’s the best!

We had a wonderful stay. Johana, one of the concierges, was beyond helpful with reservations and other inquiries during our stay. Apolo, at the Eden, served up excellent purple pomegranate martinis. Gustav and Humberto served up delicious shrimp tacos etc. Margarita at Pergolas pool was always cheery and served up my favorite shrimp tacos too. Shout out to Claudia at Los Maria’s. Our room was maintained by Luisa. We were extremely pleased with all that Hacienda Encantada had to offer! The gorgeous views were spectacular from each of the many pools and restaurants at the resort. We enjoyed whale watching from our balcony. Can’t wait til next year! Thank you all.
