The entertainment team is the best!
We enjoyed the Entertainment Team at Karaoke and water aerobics. Monse, Ariel, and Adrian are a pleasure to know and experience.

Specatcular experience
We have had a great time, we played volleyball with Adrian. We enjoyed the karaoke as well. Monse and Ariel sang well. We also played a great game of poker with Adrian. It was alot of fun!!

Had an amazing vacation!
We had a lovely stay at Hacienda Encantada. We booked the All-Inclusive and had an amazing experience at every restaurant. We were upgraded to the Ocean Suite thanks to Jose. He was extremely helpful during our time here, helping us with our reservations for dinner and recommendations for activities. The property itself is beautiful, with many amazing views at various locations. Highly recommend going to the chapel. Only thing I would change is the times of certain bars. Many were closed during inconvenient hours. The property is quiet and great for families. Housekeepers were very tentative and kept our room clean and stocked with fresh towels. Overall, a great price for everything included. If you’re looking for a beautiful beach-side resort, Hacienda Encantada is the place for you.

Fantastic Resort
