Feels like home away from home
This resort is truly a favorite of ours. The food and service is unmatched. Alejandro Rocha at the bar pergola gave us the best service we have ever had anywhere. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Would 100% recommend this place especially for families!

Just returned from another great stay at the beautiful Hacienda Encantada. If you haven't been there, go. This resort is not only a beautiful property but is one of the friendliest places you'll ever stay. Special shout-outs to the incredible staff; Daniel Bolanos at the Tequila bar, Oscar Herrera at the phase 1 pool, Adan with the Bell services, and Elmer at the Vista check-in.

Are stay here at Hacienda Encantada is amazing. Our waiter Feliciano is the best, great customer service, which is often lost these days. Attentive to our needs before we even new it.

Great Resort
Blend and all the staff that helped us during our stay was great. Everyone was so hospitable and nice! The food was amazing, and everything is so clean!
