Wonderful Time at Hacienda Encantada
Our stay at Hacienda Encantada was wonderful, highlighted by an upgrade to a Master One Bedroom Suite in the phase 1 building. The suite featured stunning ocean views above the adults-only pool, making the experience truly memorable and well worth it for the views alone. Food at all the restaurants we went to was average or above average. Mestizos for dinner was a remarkable experience. The food was outstanding! Employees were friendly and very accommodating. Among the standouts are Antonio and Leonardo – Carts, Claudia, and Hector – waitress/waiter, Omar – pool waiter. Our few negatives include having to sign a bill when on the all-inclusive plan and wearing a wristband. I do understand the need for the wristband that identifies which plan, we are just not used to this at the other AI resorts we visit. Overall, a wonderful experience and a repeat visit likely.

What a great trip
I had two weeks at this beautiful resort! The staff are exceptional! The rooms were spacious and clean. The entire property is wonderful. The restaurants are great. Our bellboy, Antonio collected our belongings on our last day and helped us with our checkout. He even reminded me to get my phone and charger before I left the room. I'm so grateful for him.

Beautiful resort with Impeccable service!
This was a wonderful experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were stunningly decorated with great amenities. Each of the restaurants on the property served outstanding food and the service was equally incredible. We would definitely recommend and stay again if returning to Cabo! We visited the last week in April. The resort was pretty empty and quiet. We loved the quiet. It was apparently off season. The one con was the Baja Lobster restaurant at the Marina. The food was awful. Do not recommend.
