A luxurious week in the sun
Our week here on an all-inclusive basis was sheer decadence! It’s pricey, but we got a great deal booking well ahead. The range of restaurants and the quality of the food was out of this world. A big difference here vs past all-inclusive experiences was the relative ease of making dinner reservations via the onsite concierges - Jose and his colleagues. We found all the staff to be friendly, welcoming and helpful. And we loved our daily pickleball games. We didn’t use the onsite spa. Our only negatives would be music played too loud at all of the pools, and the usual issue of guests hogging sun loungers by putting their towels out and then leaving for extending periods. The hotel has a policy prohibiting this, but then fails to enforce it.

Fantastic experience
Fantastic service ,staff are all very welcoming and happy to help with anything, the resort is beautiful and I love that a quick shuttle ride to the sister resort at the marina is where all the action is and then back to peace and quiet at the Hacienda when ready.

Love Mexico and it’s people
Have gone to Cabo San Lucas for many years. We’ve watched it grow from the early 80’s. Some not so good, some great . But we love it so much we actually bought some pre paid vacation time at Hacienda Encantada ( sister resort, Marina Fiesta) We went three times in 2025 and are planning a January or February 2026 return. Great people , great food and atmosphere. Not as inexpensive as it was before but we consider it still a bargain. 👍

Beautiful Hacienda Encantada.
We had a great time at Hacienda Encantada as always. All of the service people are so helpful and work so hard. Tania, the pool concierge, does a wonderful job. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the views are amazing. I highly recommend this resort for a wonderful vacation.

Awesome resort in Cabo San Lucas with amazing restaurants!
This was our second time visiting this resort and we love the restaurants, people that work here, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our favorite restaurant on site is Los Ricos and our waiter, Hector was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the menu.
