We had a fantastic time at this fabulous resort. Staff were amazing and very much helpful specially Jose Jimenez from Call center and Misael Chan. We highly recommend this place. Room was comfortable with breath taking view and very clean.

Just returned from a 7 day stay at Hacienda Encantada. Overall we had a lovely stay and while I am not sure we would return to the property (mostly because we are timeshare owners & like to try out different spots), it was an overall solid stay. A few highlights: Staff: extremely friendly and hospitable. Juan at the main pool Patio restaurant was the highlight of our trip. He took such great care of us every day and was always ON IT. He was truly AMAZING!!! Isabel at Il Forno provided great service as well. The spa: amazing and a lovely, well worth it experience. They always have deals going on for each day, and I took advantage of an 80 minute massage for the price of 50 minutes. You also get to take advantage of their sauna, steam room and jacuzzi when you book a service, which made it WELL WORTH IT. Rosa at the desk was extremely helpful and Leticia provided an exceptional massage. 10/10 experience. Golfcarts: I was traveling with parents in their 70's who have a hard time walking around, so having to take a golf cart everywhere was necessary. The carts came quickly and the guys driving them were so great. They will take you anywhere and were so so helpful! ***You can definitely walk if able, but everything is spread out and several things are an uphill walk!! Definitely doable, but good to note.*** Some areas of opportunity: Chairs at main pool: not enough! We got to the pool every morning around 7AM and were lucky to get the last of the "good chairs" by the pool. There are plenty of chairs up overlooking the ocean, but not right by the pool which is what we prefer. If you want a chair by the pool, get up early and go get it. Food: overall the food was fine. We enjoyed the lunch at the patio pool bar and Il Forno had delicious pizza (this is coming from a NYer!). We did the premium all inclusive for the last 3 days we were there and the dinners were very mediocre. I find this to be the case at most all inclusives. Service was also slow, although everyone was extremely professional and polite. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Mestizo and found this to be the best option. It also had amazing views!

We went to Hacienda Encantada Resort & residences. Had an amazing time. We hung out at the Tequila taco bar every night after dinner. As soon as Mauricio Ramos the bartender saw us walking up he’d start making our cocktails. As soon as we sat down our drinks were placed in front of us. The rest of staff was friendly, fun and made you feel like part of the family. We couldn’t wish for better service. Definitely a 5 star.

The pillows are good. Francisco & Isabella are exceptional. Your other employees should be like them. We will come back & they need to be here!!!

My husband & I having been vacationing in Cabo for over 35 years and have stayed at many resorts in the area. By far Hacienda Encantada is our favourite resort and we have had the pleasure of staying there several times over the last 6 years. The location is terrific with beautiful ocean views & stunning architecture. The resort has a very Mexican decor, with lovely tiles & pottery. We enjoy all of the many restaurants at both Hacienda & Vista Encantada as the food is always very fresh & well prepared. However the main thing we so appreciate about the resort is the outstanding staff there. Each & every staff member that we encountered offered superb service, were polite & friendly in a very sincere way. We must acknowledge the excellent service we received throughout our 2 week stay from concierge Elder Periban, front desk at Vista Encantada. He is so professional, polite, sincere & extraordinarily helpful at all times. He made my birthday very special 2 years in a row and I will never forget his kindness. He assisted us with our transportation back to the airport which was with a new company when we had concerns about pick up times. Elder is a huge asset to the resort! Other fabulous staff members who have provided very good service to us for the past 2 years are Juan de Dios & Isabel Barragan. A new waiter who provided good daily service to us at the Phase 2 pool is Antonio Carrillo Cesena. We were happy to see the Kory Ortiz Vital has been promoted to Capitana at Vista Encantada breakfast restaurant and she is another outstanding staff member who provides tremendous customer service.I also must say that it was a pleasure to have our favourite bar tender of many years Alex Sosa make us fabulous drinks again at the phase 3 bar! All in all we had a perfect holiday at Hacienda Encantada for 2 weeks in April to celebrate our anniversary & my birthday, Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made this possible.
