ME Cabo

Booked a stay here for me and my girlfriend for another friend's birthday weekend. My girlfriend and I were traveling from different cities so we flew separately. My girlfriend was stopped at immigration and not allowed into Mexico. I explained the situation to the concierge at the hotel and he told me I could cut my stay short and they'd refund me for the unused nights except for one penalty night. i agreed. as I was checking out, he then told me they could not refund me but would give me a credit for a future stay. ok, fine. I made the mistake of leaving before actually receiving a voucher or refund. I was assured the credit would come in an email. it never came. the concierge stopped responding to emails. i tried to chargeback through my credit card but Me Cabo fought the chargeback and it was determined that because i did check in, that no refund or credit was due even though i only used one of the 5 nights that was booked. had the concierge not lied to me, i may have chosen to stay and not cut the trip short. This was my first time trying Me Cabo (I normally stay at the Cape). I will be staying at the Cape from now on. Me Cabo can go to hell.

Staff attention to detail is the best i have experienced. Marianna helped us create a unique experience and jose (restaurant manager) was amazing. Best luxury vacation i have experienced

I am well traveled and this was as good as anywhere. 5 star service ask for Paulina as your personal concierge they give you for whole trip. Thanks to the entire staff

I love this resort! It is close to the marina, shopping mall and restaurants! It provides all the amenities necessary for fun and relaxation. The most notable experience was enjoying the Tamara Beach Club. The DJ and playlist is chill vibes just steps from the hotel and the food was delectable! I highly recommend ordering the salmon. The manager, Leo and server Benjamin were the two of the kindest locals we have met. They were extremely attentive to our needs and made us feel special remembering our names. The pool is Ibiza vibes with a daily DJ and a pool with a swim up bar. They have incredible signature cocktails and our bartender Camarena was kind and generous! The restaurant Taboo is on the premises which is the reason we ended up staying at this hotel. The restaurant is incredible with a DJ, live music, Tulum vibe decor and the most delicious Mediterranean food! If you are looking for entertainment, positive energy and an inspiring atmosphere this is the place for you!
