ME Cabo

I know it sounds stupid but I lost my hydroflask water bottle. It has some significant sentimental value to it & of course on a Tropical Vacation where you might be drinking in excess, WATER is a critical component to a well rounded experience. I lost my bottle & went all over town to the restaurants & other locations I had been late one night. The Security Supervisor “Adan” spent hours of his time after I had notified him of my lost item & my search for it, not only to speak with me & understand what exactly he was looking for but he also went into the camera footage & was able to Track me & my Waterbottle. Ultimately I woke up to a lovely Text message from the Group Coordinator for Me Cabo “Renee” who informed me the staff here had diligently taken their time to not only find the waterbottle but also find a way to contact me to let me know they had recovered it. As small as it may seem, the massive efforts the Team here at Me Cabo put forth to find a Hydroflask waterbottle is beyond me. The service & my experience have been top Notch. We came on a mother daughter trip. We couldn’t get service around the pool. For 4 days. We had to flag someone down each time our sushi rolls were filled with bugs- we sent them back and the staff didn’t even ask why - no refund. I was served toast for breakfast with an old tortilla in the bottom of the basket from someone else’s meal. The restaurants were closed early. Lobby bar closed early. Hard to return to this when you pay a high price and don’t feel you got the attention , service , or quality from a higher end resort.

I absolutely loved my stay at ME Cabo! The hotel has such a fun atmosphere and great energy, and the location is perfect. It’s very central, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore different restaurants, bars, and places around Cabo and come back to enjoy the hotel. The beach club and pool area were definitely some of my favorite parts of the experience. Everyone took great care of us, but I especially want to recognize Juan at the swim-up pool bar. Every time I came back to the pool, he took amazing care of me. He quickly remembered the drinks I liked, always had great recommendations, and made sure I had everything I needed. What really stood out about Juan was his personality and level of service. He was genuinely friendly, attentive, and great to talk to, while also knowing how to give you space to relax and enjoy yourself. That balance is not easy to find, and he made us feel very welcome every day. ME Cabo was a big part of what made our Cabo trip so much fun. Great location, amazing atmosphere, beautiful pool and beach club, and excellent service. A special thank you to Juan at the pool bar for making our experience even better. We will definitely be back!

We chose this hotel after seeing serveral online reviews for different hotels in Cabo. This Hotel did not disappoint. The hotel and the views were stunning. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. We did ear at every restaurant it had to offer including room service and the food was delicious. The hotel was immaculately clean, our room was as well. They made my daughter's birthday so special by surprising us with a birthday cake. I would return again.
