ME Cabo

We had an amazing stay at ME Cabo by Meliá Adults Only, and a big part of that was thanks to Humberto Aura, our concierge. I was there with my daughter celebrating her birthday, and Humberto truly made the entire experience feel special from beginning to end. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, polite, and always one step ahead. Every restaurant we went to already knew it was her birthday—there was always a dessert, a candle, and a moment that made her feel celebrated. It meant a lot. He handled everything effortlessly, from reservations to special requests, and made everything feel easy and seamless. He even helped us switch to an even nicer room with an amazing view. You can tell he genuinely cares and goes above and beyond—he elevated our entire stay in a way that’s hard to put into words. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are great, and the food across all restaurants was consistently very good. The staff overall was attentive and made sure we always had what we needed. But honestly, Humberto made the difference. If we go back, we will absolutely ask for him again. He turned a great hotel stay into a truly memorable experience.

Very good good views the staff is great and the views are great

Got a great deal - stayed for four nights with my 18-year-old daughter. We had a great mommy daughter trip! This is a party hotel butit was not disruptive and in fact it was kind of fun with the DJ at the pool. The beach right in front is also really nice. Great service. The rooms are super nice and comfortable. I’d like that it’s next-door to sandbar where you can get very affordable. Excellent massages.!

The hotel seems to be designed primarily for U.S. guests, and unfortunately, our experience was a little bit disappointing. On the first day, we arrived at the pool around 3 PM and were told there were no towels or available spots left. We then went to the beach bar, where it took an hour and a half just to get a beer. On the second day, it took us four hours—and asking three different times—just to get an umbrella. When we finally got one and went into the pool, it was taken away while we were in the water. Food and drinks at the hotel are EXTREMELY expensive. We expected higher prices, but this was honestly unreasonable. We were aware that the hotel had a party atmosphere, but Friday and Saturday were excessive. We expected music from around 3 PM to 10 PM, but it started much earlier and went on longer. The music catered almost entirely to an American crowd—mostly electronic—and the environment felt more like a party venue than a hotel. Unfortunately, hotel guests seemed less important than outside visitors coming to drink and party. We paid for the ME+ package and received almost no real benefits. The only thing included was transportation, which would have been cheaper to arrange separately. On top of that, no one explained any of the benefits to us. We made our reservation by calling Meliá Hotels International directly, where we were advised not to include breakfast because members supposedly get a 2-for-1 deal. However, once at the hotel, we were told this did not apply since the bars and restaurants are outsourced. Overall, this was a not very good experience, and we will not choose Meliá Hotels International again.

Stayed at ME Cabo and honestly, the experience was elevated because of our concierge. If you’re booking, do yourself a favor and ask for her. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. It wasn’t just service, it felt personal. Every time I needed something, she responded almost instantly, like speed-of-light fast, and always had the right answer or solution ready. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond without being asked. Checking in, making sure plans were smooth, giving solid recommendations, and just making the whole stay feel effortless. You really can’t go wrong at ME Cabo with her taking care of you. She’s a big reason I’ll be coming back.
