ME Cabo

Our stay at ME Cabo was amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to Paulina Luna Del Rio. Within ten minutes of checking in, Paulina was there to help with anything we needed during our stay in Cabo. I was in Cabo for a wedding, and Paulina arrange for a hairstylist to come directly to my room for both the welcome party and the wedding. She even asked about the event times, styles I liked, and how far the venues were to make sure she booked the hairstylist to arrive at a perfect time. She also helped us with transportation, was quick to respond to every message, and made sure everything during our stay ran smoothly. Even after we checked out, I realized I had left my welcome party and wedding dress in the room, she immediately went to find it and helped me figure out the best way to get it back, we discussed whether to send it in a taxi to my friends hotel or shipping it to my home address. She helped me with sending the dress in a taxi to my friend’s hotel and managed all the coordination. Paulina went above and beyond. Her kindness, professionalism, made our trip smooth. Thank you, Paulina you’re amazing!

Our hostess Paulina was so helpful And our server was amazing. Drinks allows full and cold. The lamb burger was amazing. The shrimp were perfect

Humberto took care of us for 5 day and was the best! Anything we needed he took care of. He also anticipated all of our needs and we did not need to think here we just unplugged you handled everything.
