We had an amazing time, we had a couple of days that we wanted some adult time and my son was very well taken care of by the nanny service. One at night and the other one the entire day and he went swimming, to the kids club, watched movies, played cards he was very happy with them. The pool is very nice, the food is very good, the buffet breakfast a plus, the burgers in the afternoon yum! We didn't have the all inclusive because we went out a lot to eat at the local restaurants. The beach isn't allowed to use, by that I mean going into the sea.. but no problem we don't enjoy that we only went walking and sat down for a bit then we just used the pool and jacuzzi. Very good service by everyone. The only restaurant we didn't like and had terrible service was the one at the entrance near the bar.

The service from all of the people working at the resort was outstanding & beyond expectations. The resort was a 5 minute walk to the harbor/marina area with tons of great local restaurants that provided exceptional value & quality for what you ordered. The room was outstanding, clean had had everything we needed. The staff took great care in everyone, spoke english very well and always had a smile. I had never been to Cabo, but I will be definitely going back to the resort. The only negative about the resort was that the fitness club manager was very rude, he and his gang of 4 employees, wife & friend hoarded the equipment with no consideration of the guests in the gym. Even when confronted, he did not care what anyone thought. This has been reported to management but I have yet to get a response.

We enjoyed the visit this year. Our unit has new items: cook top, microwave, curtains, and great soundproof sliding glass doors. Thanks for the improvements. We feel bad that the Pacific beach is declining, but we love the view.

We had a wonderful time at the resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with mom and I and three teenagers. Plenty of room and the view of the Marina was great. I think we spent more time on the balcony than in the room. We did not eat on premise, instead choosing to eat in town at a wide variety of places. We bought breakfast food and snacks and beer at a local grocery store for the room. We did use the ridge pools three separate times. It's pretty crowed and service is slow but the fact that it is adults only and has the swim up bar made up for that. One thing that surprised us was being charged for Wi-Fi. Paying as much as we did for the room you would think they could throw in the wireless. All in all a great experience. We would stay there again.

You will be hard pressed to find a resort as clean and well maintained as this one. They pay attention to every detail. I watched as a worker used a broom to sweep a few leaves from UNDER a tree one day. They don't miss a thing here. The Sunday Bruch is to die for, don't miss it. Food anywhere on the property is wonderful. I especially appreciate the daily maid service. Not many timeshares provide that! As wonderful a place as this is---and we love it here---we still feel they neglect their timeshare owners and instead cater to the All Inclusive/Hotel guests.
