The master suites were spacious and well appointed, with comfortable beds. Daily housekeeping was reliable and appreciated. Ground coffee was provided, though it was unclear whether it was included in the all‑inclusive package due to an additional charge. Guests may wish to avoid rooms 3052 and 3053 in the Ridge area, as they overlook a parking ramp and are subject to significant nighttime noise from nearby music and barking dogs. After the first night, we were accommodated with a room change, which resolved the issue (thank you Luis). Breakfast at the Sports Bar restaurant near the lobby was very good, with attentive service. The Calima buffet, however, was inconsistent in both food quality and service. RCI members should be aware that room requests with views may be lower priority. The all‑inclusive option offers good overall value, particularly for guests who consume alcoholic beverages. It was disappointing that dinner was not permitted in the Ridge area (for Ridge guests only), as a prior stay included an enjoyable dining experience with views of the marina fireworks. Construction is ongoing and expected to continue through 2028, though it did not significantly impact our stay in Building G. The property grounds are attractive and well maintained. Front desk staff were helpful, particularly in facilitating our move to a quieter location. Dinner at the Brigantine restaurant was excellent. Service was outstanding thanks to Rodrigo, and the Mexican coffee and steak were especially noteworthy

Our maid, Graciela surprised us each day with towel art and flower petals all very beautiful. Everyone there makes us want to return as soon as possible!

We love playa?! It’s close to the marina. Can walk everywhere. The staff makes it so fun. Hector the waiter was our pool waiter and we never had an empty drink. Service is excellent! Rooms are clean. Atmosphere is fun! We’ve stayed two years in a row and will go back! So affordable. We stay for 8 days and it’s not long enough

Only there for a day before we had access to the house we were staying at in Cabo. Honestly, didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. We were upgraded to one of the new suites which was very nice. Have a few things to work out like the phone in the room not being connected and with lots of construction going on got lost finding our room a few times. With the construction, I think in a few months it will all be spectacular. Staff was very friendly and the views were amazing. Would definitely come back.
