The customer service is PERFECTO!!! From the initial check in to the servers at the restaurants/bars, the customer service was SUPERB!! The rooms were really nice. The staff was very accommodating. The rooms were great. The food was great. My family couldn't have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 vacation.

A great hotel on an iconic beach.
Excellent resort in all ways...food , quality of rooms etc Our only complaint..my wife and I are both 78...and we very much like to use railings on stairs..the majority of stairs have no railings...so getting up and down was sometimes more of a challenge than we liked.

Love the Spa at Playa Grande
Had a relaxing massage done by Astrid, it was wonderful. Since the entrance all the staff is so amazing, warm, polite. The facilites are clean and in great conditions. An extraordinary experience every time, highly recommended.
