Amazing time at Playa Grande
Amazing place and the staff are wonderful. Julio, AnaHi, and Iris in the lobby bar restaurant are amazing. Also, would like to mention that Jorge from the Brigetine restaurant was polite and friendly. The pool staff were also amazing. We had a wonderful trip and will definitely be back. This is our second time visiting Playa Grande. It’s an amazing place to visit. They have amazing staff at the pools during the day for a full packed day of fun with games that allow everyone to play. Also, there is 2 nights of fun with a beach party and a Mexican fiesta.

Good family trip
We got the all inclusive option, which made this a super stress free vacation. Super laid back, and due to economy fewer crowds. Felt a bit like a cruise ship on land with spacious view rooms. Super convenient location next to marina for all activities.

Phenomenal
Anahi at the sports bar was phenomenal... she made our visit extra special. We can't wait to come back to playa grande and have Anahi as our server again.

The rooms smell of mold
Our family has vacationed at Playa Granda many times! Our lasted trip in November was for our daughter’s wedding! We were met with the smell of mold when we entered our room. The smell was coming from the air conditioner, bathrooms and all the furniture. Once we got home all of our clothing and our luggage smelled of mold. Several other guests complained about the smell as well. I’m allergic to mold and ended up very sick. That will be our last visit to Playa Grande. It was never like that on our previous visits. Sadly we will find another resort to stay next time.

Recent stay
Raphael at the front is very friendly . He makes visiting feel like your home. Great hotel. My only complaint would be the beds are very stiff.
