Julio( Dodger Fan) provided great service every time my wife and I went to the sports bar! I am a Giants fan and he was able to make us very happy! Please ask for Julio when you visit Playa Grande!

I don’t remember both of their names but these two ladies were in the restaurant every morning and were the nicest people (one lady was named Anahi)! They cracked jokes, taught us some Spanish, and were very personable. They even remembered each of us so when one wasn’t there they asked where we were. Those two ladies were just overall just great people. I loved talking with them and I looked forward to eating breakfast every morning because of them!!

Javier was amazing! He was very attentive to our needs. He was one of the best waiters I’ve had!

We had a great two weeks at the resort. First week in building N then in building O, the renovated buildings. We like what has been done to the rooms. The only problem we had was that we were unable to call directly from room to room in spite of being told first to dial "2" and the room number and when that didn't work to use "62" first. Other than that it was the usual great vacation the we have come to expect. The entertainment crew that Roberto put together worked their tails off for the guests: Leylani, Rodrigo, Isaac, Orlando, Edgar, Sara, Aimee, Miguel and Nahum are top notch. Our favorite pool waiters: Julio Ceasar, Daniel, Mariam and Rodrigo gave us excellent advice and service. Was the tan paint on the exteriors of the renovated buildings left over from Pacific Dunes? Still like the original colors better.
