Great location. Very nice rooms love that it’s close to town and not an all inclusive

From the moment you exit the airport shuttle, you are greeted with smiling faces. A team of gentlemen welcoming you to Playa Grande and Cabo San Lucas and offering to assist you. Once through the door a cool breeze from the air conditioned grand entry while aromatic and therapeutic smells intrigue your senses and pull you in. Checking in was a breeze under our reservations and the suite we share is breathtaking. The view of downtown always has something to offer the viewer. Cruise ships frequent the harbor so small tender vessels and water taxis will be busy in the marina. During our 1 week stay our entire suite was kept looking and feeling like it did on day 1. Our bedding was fresh with multiple pillows of different stiffness, bathrooms were refreshed and restocked using care around personal items. Down to even cleaning the dishes in the sink. The grounds were kept immaculate with an extreme eye for detail. The large koi pond is a site within itself but feeding time is truly something special! The pride and care the employees have for their place of employment and work they do is unmatched. Get involved! Meet new friends! The staff and entertainment team work very hard everyday to provide a fun and inclusive environment and it truly only works if everyone participates. Yoga on the beach, water aerobics, volleyball and more! Everything is right in one place. No need to leave the resort if you didn't want to.

The Briggatine at Playa Grande is an Amazing restaurant. I had a wonderful Fillet Steak 7 ounce cooked medium and pink. It was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I really enjoyed it with a delicious Chimichurri sauce. The sauté grilled mixed veggies were flame roasted along with grilled asparagus, garlic butter mashed potatoes made for a perfect meal. Our waiter was Jorge and he was very friendly & helpful pairing our meal with a perfect red cabernet wine.

I hope this review reaches you before you book this JOKE of a “resort”. (We come 3 times a year to Cabo and LOVE Cabo. We are no rookies) This trip we decided let’s try this Playa Grande place. You read the reviews about the inclusive packages DO NOT BUY THEM THEY ARE ALL SCAMS AND SCAMMERS WORKING TOGETHER. This hotel is 14 years old and FALLING APART, trip and fall hazards everywhere the rooms look like you’re back in the 80’s… if you want a bottle of water it’s room service only $18. Also just the complete rudeness from hotel staff (besides valet out front those guys 10/10!) Alcohol isn’t included in the inclusive packages (no biggie we are not drinkers, but it wasn’t told to us! We saw another family getting very upset over what was another EXPLOITATIVE LIE… We were told we could ONLY buy 3 days of the pkg and not our whole 7 day stay and the price went from $949 usd to $749 usd (for 3 days… food only… 2 people…?! Never have I ever even stayed at a hotel across ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY that would not offer free water to their patrons. Hospitality management needs to step in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY DO YOUR RESEARCH READ THE REAL REVIEWS ON GOOGLE!!!! Reports have been filed with FITURCA. (Tourism Board) Keep scammers and liars out Cabo!
