A different resort with great things to say about the people
Great people, nice resort. Could use more handrails because there are a lot of stairs. A coffee bar that doesn’t take cards (just cash). Small things but doesn’t take away from great service, great people who really are trying and going over backwards for you!

Fun times with Ricardo!!
We had a great week here and the friendly employees were a big part of that experience. One of our best waiters was Ricardo. Although he was new to the job, he demonstrated great people skills and competency. He was quick with a big smile and friendly banter. He is a natural!

Playa Grande Resort is the Place to Stay
Playa Grande is a wonderful resort to visit. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Our first day at the pool we were greeted by Ricardo, the poolside waiter who was so friendly and kind. He was working so hard to take orders and bring the food. Every day we saw him, he made a point to come see us and see if there was anything he could do for us. Food was very good also.

Great place to vacation
Very clean, good food, incredible service.Ricardo, a waiter, was extremely friendly, welcoming and fun. Hoping to see him again on another visit. Would recommend this resort. It is nice to feel welcomed by the people in the service industry, that work so hard, yet remain pleasant to the customers.

Beautiful views, great service, a great resort!
This resort is not only beautiful, but very clean, the views are gorgeous and the service staff outstanding, very professional and ready to assist in any way! One in particular is one of the concierge staff - his name is Gerardo Silva. Gerardo bent over backwards to help us in more than one situation, and did it with patience and courtesy! He is a true professional and it's nice to know that if you have a problem or need help, that someone like Gerardo will go to bat for you! The resort is lovely and so relaxing...I feel it's a cut above the rest!
