Villa Del Arco
I spent 5 days at Villa del Arco. My husband had an overall great time. One negative thing that we experienced is checkin is at 4, however they literally make you wait until 4 to checkin. I do believe our room was ready, however if you are not an owner you do not get into your room a minute early. I also didn’t like that on every transaction they place a 15% tip, I like to tip on my own, which I still did. We would return, and I would like to mention Emmanuel, he was great at breakfast, and housekeeping did a wonderful Job.

Phenomenal service & experience!
Beautiful place, great food, amazing service!! Joel at the pool area was phenomenal! Made our days so enjoyable by keeping the drinks, snacks, and more drinks at the ready!

Service and food was outstanding. From the time we arrived to the time we left, people were friendly and very accommodating. This made our vacation very nice.
