We are giving up on Playa Grande and Villa del Arco. They’re all about ripping you off!!!
1. Don’t get me wrong, Sulem, server at El Patron was EXCELLENT!! 2. Room is ok except there’s no dishwashing and clothes washer detergents and when we asked, woman said NO, “you should have a full roll!” WTF!?!, we don’t and I’ll upload the picture. It took a long conversation with a supervisor to get a resolution to the above problems. Another WTF?!? We bought this time share 23 years ago and been coming here every 2-3 years, banking weeks however, the management of these resorts (we own at Playa Grande too and that one sucks more than this) has gone way downhill. Read my other reviews of Playa Grande. THIS IS OUR LAST VISIT TO CABO. WE ARE GIVING UP THE LAST 7 YEARS BECAUSE OF THESE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES. SEE KY ITHER REVIEWS IF YOU WILL.

Villa del arco room 2602 best location the room was always clean.We just had a problem with the lighted mirror didn't work right and the blow dryer in the main bedroom did not work right. Fernanda and reuben and nicole are concierge and they are amazing and very appreciated. When disappointment was at the pool, there was no elite member section.So if you want to get a chair overlooking the beach, my husband had to go down there at four thirty or five in the morning to get a chair.And I don't think that's right. Are pool servers Javier and Freddy and Deago are awesome. The bell people Mariano,Oscar and Paul are the best! Liz is great We see her and she talks to us in insure everything is good!

Great Service
Gilder Aguilar provided amazing service at El patron the entire time we were there. He was attentive and kind and prompt. This was our second trip to Villa del Arco and it was wonderful to see Gilder again

Fabulous Poolside Service!
We had THE BEST service at the pool! Javier is AMAZING! He was incredibly attentive and remembered the small details like what we drank, names, etc. Sit near the oceanfront at Arco. You’ll find him there! 1000/10 for him!
