Carmen is always smiling and she’s very attentive to everyone she has contact with! She had our table several times over our week’s vacation, at both El Patron and El Buccaneero II.

Love Arco 💕💕💕
This review is long overdue. 😎 We absolutely loved our stay at Arco this past January. We have been staying at Arco each year for almost a decade and love 💕 it each and every visit. It has become home away from home. When we arrive from the airport by shuttle to the front lobby door it feels as if we have never left … The units are always spotless and housekeeping does an amazing job always with smiles on their faces. Usually one of the first familiar faces we recognize in the lobby is Mr. Andre Trinidad ~ thank-you for being such a good friend over all the years. Sitting poolside is wonderful but what really enhances the time there are Carlos and Javier. They are both very special and work very hard to keep us happy and content. The restaurants were excellent and the the food absolutely delicious. One of our favorites is Neptune. The renovation of El Padron is lovely. The views from the Sea of Cortez are outstanding while enjoying dinner and sipping on Tequila. It was so very nice to see Silvia at the hostess stand of El Padron. Can’t believe she remembered us from years back. Loved our stay at Arco and already have made our reservations for next year
