Great experience! Very nice beautiful resort very kind people great food. I would definitely go again!!
Resort was beautiful. The staff were so very very nice, the rooms were clean, very accommodating with the microwave and refrigerator for waters, and low noise levels. All the restaurants had excellent food. I want to especially say NAYELI at the South American Grill, and Emmanuel and Julio at El Patron, and the guys at Buccaneer, all were so very nice and helpful in serving our tables all week. And nice to have sister hotel in walking distance to use for some all inclusive places.

Very pleasant vacation spot
Great location on Medano Beach. Very clean and well maintained. On arrival, bell boys were great-especially Mariano. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area and resort.

Horrible
When I arrived in Mexico, I was approached at the Airport by a representative that works for the hotel named Gerardo Guerrero. He told me if I took a 90 minute tour at the resort he would refund $115 of the $165 I paid him which was to cover a taxi for me and my family to and from our resort and a glass bottom boat ride for the 5 of us. We agreed and stayed in contact. After fulfilling our end of the deal Gerardo told us he would no longer cover a taxi ride back to the airport at the end of our stay. His exact words were “the return back to airport is on you own.” He did return $115 of our initial deposit but we had to book a separate taxi to the airport port that cost another $150. We were completely scammed by this guy. I would NEVER do business with them.

Villa Del Arco beach activities
Beautiful beach front resort. Great paddle boarding and kayaking. Villa employee, Omar Sanchez, runs the beach activities and takes great pride in his work. He makes sure everyone on the tours are safe and having a good time. Yesterday we saw some whales up by the marina while paddle boarding. What a thrill that was!! Omar made sure we kept a safe distance away while watching them. A couple of times the wind has come up while out paddle boarding and Omar has gotten a very tired person on the front of his board and taken them to shore. Omar is always very professional and friendly.

Always a fantastic stay- great resort, location staff. Huge shout out to Esquival at pool bar- great service and so fun.
