Amazing and definitely not long enough.
Jonathon at the Palomar nightly shows was Amazing. He went above and beyond to help us find a seat every night we went to see a show. Very nice man that made us feel special. Vincent at Arco the Mexican restaurant was also amazing. He made us feel like family when we went to the restaurant for lunch and dinners. You have 2 special people that work for you that made a BIG difference in our stay We will definitely be back

Amazing Service
Patron Bar bartenders, Manuel and Carlos, were so fun to be around. They knew their drinks and helped us with local things to do as well. Ask for them if you stop in at Patron Bar, Villa del Arco. Thanks guys!

Great holiday Beautiful resort
Our visit was flawless, the room was comfortable with nice linens. The maids kept our towels replenished and even occasionally did our dishes. The bell boys were lead expertly by their Captian, Paul Hernandez who always greeted us with a smile and prompted us when our shuttle arrived. The entire staff was very quick to respond to requests. If I had one complaint it would be our room location, we were in 1207B and had no view at all, surprising because we booked almost a year before our visit.

Villa Del Arco Great atmosphere Rooms in excellent condition A bit pricey The service was excellent. Especially a server named Elizabeth, at the Patron restaurant.. very attentive always a pleasure.

Excellent Service!!
Javier & Edwin are the BEST waiters at the pool! They both go above and beyond to make you feel like your family is the only one there! They have great personalities and excel at their jobs! Kudo’s to both of them!!
