Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa

Excellent service throughput our stay. Most notably Ruben, Fernanda, Francisco, and Nichole at the Elite Concierge, and Emmanuel at Buccener, and Andres and Edwing at the pool. Also Elizabeth at El Patron.

Just finished 5 night stay at this resort. 8 adults in 2 rooms each with 2 bedrooms. Rooms - were fairly close to each other, one on the 4th floor facing pool and ocean, and the other on 5th floor facing exterior with views of harbor and town (see pic). We were both in building 2. Rooms were nice with good sized balconies. Bed was on firm side which is comfortable for me. Didn’t have hot water in our shower a few times. Pool - The pool area was nice with views of the famous El Arco. Well at least sometimes when there wasn’t a giant Carnival cruise ship blocking it. Pool closest to beach had some music but not too loud. Restaurants - overall food was pretty good at the restaurants. We went to the 3 restaurants on site and the one along the ocean at Villa del Palmar. We had all-inclusive option and tipped in american dollars. Not all items are all inclusive and if you don’t do AI then they price gouge you. A few in group ordered ‘organic margs’ first night at dinner and they were 18 dollars a piece. Location - a convenient location with quick cab/uber to town. So, if someone chose not to do all inclusive then many options to eat in town. Probably a bit too far to walk to town though. Service - service was pretty good just like other resorts I have experienced down in Cabo. Did get a sales pitch before going to our room and guy called our room the next day and I kindly said no and wasn’t bothered again. Overall, weather was great in mid-November and we really enjoyed are trip to Cabo. Ser

The property and rooms are clean and attractive. The spa was an amazing experience with the staff making you feel comfortable and cared for. With great success, we used the superstar team at the Elite Concierge, including Ruben, Fernanda, Francisco, and Nicole. The team at the Patron had a lot of stand outs too! Gloria, our morning hostess; Flavio, making sure our drinks were full; Miriam the omelet wizard; Leydi at the Palmar for the Tequila Tasting; Reyna in the women's side of the spa; and Carmen, our favorite at the Patron's sports bar. There was only one small negative. The beach lounge cushions haven't been returned to the Elite lounge chairs at the beach. And last, but not least, our housekeeper Angelica went above and beyond in our 2 bedroom that was a bit unorganized.

The Villa Del Arco was amazing all the way though. The Staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and made you feel right at home. Being right on the ocean, the views from all around are stunning. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The food at every restaurant within the resort was 5 star and service was prompt and professional. The facility and rooms are very clean with a night time service as well. We have loved our stay at Villa Del Arco and will definitely be back again.

The El Patron restaurant food and servers including Emmanuel, Gregorio and Elizabeth I mention these specifically because they went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and safe!
