Incredible stay at the Villa del Arco!
We had the best time as always! This was our third time to Villa del Arco. Our server Edwing at the pool made it the best trip yet! He was incredible! Always making sure everyone was well taken care of and brought his fun energy that made everyone feel great. He truly made our trip special! The entire staff at Villa del Arco are great. We will definitely be back again! Thanks Eddie for the best time ever!

Wonderful Time at Villa del Arco
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Villa del Arco, but we did have some hiccups that were more than rectified by Ephram, the Hospitality Manager. We liked the food at most restaurants; it was good to very good. It would be nice if the website alerted guests that Bella California and the Pizza Bar were closed at Villa del Palmar. Suggestion for your restaurants: turn down the lights in the evening, maybe add some candles. The breakfast at El Patron was especially good when we ordered off the menu. We want to acknowledge the Hostess, Gloria, for her attention to detail and to the wait staff: Liz, Carmen, Emanuel, Elizabeth and the Manager, Jose. Also, thank you to Jimmy and Pedro for a nice dinner at El Patron and the Carbon Grill Restaurant. We especially loved the pool at Villa del Arco and would like to recognize Edwin and Andres for keeping us hydrated and fed. Thank you. They make us feel like family when we visit
November 2025 Villa del Arco The service there is absolutely over the top. From check in at the front desk to the end of our stay, I can’t say enough about how everyone made us feel. We did have several individuals that stood out extremely amazing. -Arrival specialist, Aranza -Front desk night mgr, Rey Castillo -Front desk day mgr, Melissa -Front desk day mgr, Aberham -Room service attendant, Aurora -Room service attendant, Miriam We already have our reservations made for next year 2026. We just can’t say enough about our time spent at the Villa del Arco and are super excited to visit again next year. Thank you for all the fantastic memories you created for us.
