Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa

We arrived February 5 and stayed until February 19th. Over all the four of us had a great time. We enjoyed our 5 all-inclusive meal plan days and the lovely coffee service in each morning around 7am. During our stay we celebrated two Birthdays. One lovely cake was served to the 4 and 5 star elite and ownership folks. It was so kind of the team to celebrate my Birthday with such a terrific surprise! We also had two marvelous gourmet meals at Neptune that we shall never forget. All of the restaurants at VDP Cabo and Villa Del Arco were top tier with the exception of the Italian Restaurant Bella California sit down section at VDP Cabo. The food was not prepared as ordered from the menu and the service was not great either. The server was rushed, did not have very good knowledge of food choices and the wait time was too long. Overall the quality of the meal didn’t justify the price. The pizza oven at the bar was so amazing and the staff was friendly, talented and the food was hot and plentiful. That was the reason we decided to give Bella California dining room a try on another night. On our all inclusive days, we were served by an amazing gentleman named Edgardo. He was one of the best staff in the food service area both for the Super Bowl Party and for other lovely meals. He had a kind, generous and friendly personality that radiated with joy! Our breakfast meals were also served by a very capable fellow named Emmanuel Vega. These were two very nice, professional men who really exemplified service with a smile. The beach and pool staff at Arco Medano Beach were great too! We can’t wait to get back to our outstanding property and its excellent staff, concierge personnel and beautiful grounds. We highly recommend Villa del Arco Beach Resort and Spa in Cabo San Lucas to anyone who wants a top tier vacation experience.

Amazing time, once again, at Arco! We have been there many times and this was the best by far. The staff was amazing! The work of Chay, Esquivel, Diego, Andres, Eduardo, and Carmen, among others in the wait staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and did great work. Meli was wonderful at the spa. We brought friends this time and they said this was their best vacation! Thanks Villa Group!

The resort was very nice with wonderful staff. The variety of food was great with all food very enjoyable. Our special thanks to Flavio and Gloria who we met during the great buffet breakfasts. They were so friendly, helpful and much appreciated!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Wonderful service. Very very clean. Nice atmosphere. Great food. Hope they keep the same high standard.
