Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa

We just returned from a week at Villa del Arco, Cabo. This was our 3rd time staying there and probably our 10th-12th time in Cabo. It was a great experience again! Check in was a breeze. No high pressure sales techniques to get us to a “welcome breakfast”, which we appreciated. We loved breakfast every day. Never too crowded and the service we received from Gilder both at breakfast and at the Buccaneer for lunch was TOP NOTCH. Our waiter, Diego, at the pool was so great, we made sure to sit in his area most days. The beach vendors- honestly they were worse than usual - same thing in town. There were more obnoxious vendors in downtown Cabo than there were tourists. It’s getting to the point where we may consider trying San Jose because going to town for the day has lost some of the attraction due to the CONSTANT pestering from vendors. The room (1 bedroom suite, garden view) looked right out on the hot tubs and was ground floor (Rm 3105) - perfectly located near the pool and restaurants. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and our housekeeper, Modi, was so sweet and did a great job. We love this resort and will definitely return.

This is our third time at Villa Del Arco and we've loved it every time! Such a friendly place for families -- the staff is uniformly helpful, efficient and thoughtful. Joel by the pool was wonderful (both this year and two years ago when we were here- he welcomed us back "home"!). And Emmanuel at El Patron made us feel like royalty -- always the perfect quality and amount of service. The restaurants are top notch, swimming in the ocean is a unique benefit of this resort, and the pools are relaxing and fun. I hope we'll be back "home" again soon!

We are finishing another lovely stay at Villa del Arco at Cabo San Lucas. We’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. The staff here is great. In particular I’d like to compliment the Activity staff on this stay. Albert, Bryan and Chloe conduct an array of activities, including water aerobics and, my favorite, a daily stretching class. When their day poolside is finished they also are featured in the evening music and dance shows at next door Villa del Palmar. What a talented bunch of people who work incredibly hard! Albert, Bryan and Chloe were each friendly, accommodating and cheerful. They were such a nice enhancement to our stay.

Rooms were nice and clean. Service was amazing around the pool with Eduardo. Vicente, Gloria, and Emmanuel were fantastic in the restaurants. We loved it.

Albert was THE bestest in all the land With crafts , Latin water dancing and To find out he was a dancer every night at the shows was awesome Pay him more or you will lose him’ He is beyond talent and everyone loves him. Laurie
