Excellent experience overall
Ramon from the pool service area was amazing!! He was supremely attentive and very friendly. I recall him serving us last year and I was happy to see him out there again this year!! We will definitely be back next year, and really hope to see Ramon out there again!

Worst experience and deceptive sales strategy
Very deceptive sales strategy. I booked it through Delta vacation and paid almost $3000. Hotel market them as all inclusive but when you arrive onsite you will find that it is not all inclusive and you have to pay extra. Paying extra is fine too, but you will find marketing people around trying to sell you vacation packages and overpriced meal upgrades. On top, worst customer service. It was very hot when we arrived. They had AC turned off and did not even asked for water. Be very careful and double check before you make reservation at this property.

Always top notch when we head to Villa Del Arco. The staff is always putting us first and makes us feel very welcome every year. Most of them remember us year over year. A special shout out to bell boy Mariano! He greats us with a smile and is always excited to see us! I enjoy our talks while waiting for a taxi.

Our favorite stay still!
Villa del Arco continues to be a favorite resort in Cabo San Lucas for our family. Overall a good experience and stay, most staff members are friendly and attentive. The rooms are starting to show wear and tear but overall well maintained property. We used the all-inclusive meal plan for the days we stayed there so it made it easier to dine even without reservations. The only negative I have is the upselling we received by our server at the Neptune Restaurant, he offered us their featured drinks once we ordered he proceeded to tell us they were premium drinks therefore not included in our all inclusive plans. When our bill arrived our drinks were $60+ for two mediocre margaritas! I wish resorts would stop this nonsense and make an all inclusive plan, just that, ALL INCLUSIVE. Stop nickel and dimming customers, it’s obnoxious. The resort is centrally located and a great place for families to vacation. This was our 20th year visiting CSL, home away from home.
