Excellent experience at a beautiful resort with unmatched location for view, beach access and all the fun on Medano Beach! It all starts at the front door upon arrival as Marino has greeted us the last 19 years. He is such an essential member of the Villa del Arco team with incredible professionalism and genuine commitment to customers. He is also a wonderful person!! The resort has not lost a bit of its quality over the years, looking as well manicured and maintained as I've seen it. Always improving and upgrading!! Compliments to the GM Robert Perez who models what customer service is about. He is a very humble leader who we saw a few times around the property solving problems and only acknowledged being the GM when I asked directly. Great example of a customer-focused leader! Our family just returned from another incredible stay at Villa del Arco in Los Cabos, and once again, it exceeded all of our expectations. From the beautiful grounds and spacious accommodations to the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere, every part of our vacation was unforgettable. What truly makes this resort special, however, is the exceptional staff who consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel like family. At Neptune’s Restaurant, Jimmy and Eddy provided outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable with their warm personalities and excellent recommendations. At Patron’s Restaurant, Abraham, the bartender, crafted amazing drinks and greeted us with a smile. Gloria made each morning special with her welcoming attitude during breakfast check-in, while Dimitri provided attentive evening service that made every dinner memorable. Ivette prepared some of the best omelets we’ve ever had—always fresh, delicious, and made with care and she’s always smiling and so friendly. Bernabe and Catherine at the Taco Bar and South American Grill had exceptional hospitality, and genuine friendliness. The Spa was one of the highlights of our trip. Sanya and Naomi gave us incredible massages that left us feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. We also want to thank Reyna, Lety, Luisa, and Dona for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service throughout our spa experience. They truly made us feel pampered from beginning to end. The facility was beautiful and as my mom put it, “we felt like celebrities”. Our days by the pool were made even better thanks to Eduardo, Equievel, and Diego. Their attentive service, positive attitudes, and constant attention to every detail ensured we never had to worry about a thing. They constantly came to check on our needs and to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. It’s the people at Villa del Arco who make this resort stand out. Every employee we encountered treated us with kindness, professionalism, and sincere hospitality. They made our family feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for throughout our entire stay. Thank you to everyone who helped make this vacation so memorable. We are already looking forward to our next visit and can’t wait to return to our home away from home in Los Cabos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at the pool, and a big part of that was thanks to Edwing. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy taking care of the guests. He went out of his way to make sure our family had everything we needed, checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive, and always greeted us with a smile. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in providing great service, and Edwing definitely made our time by the pool even more enjoyable. His kindness and positive attitude didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you, Edwing, for helping make our vacation that much better. We hope to see you again on our next visit!
