Great resort, our favorite part was Spanish classes with Alana. The resort was clean and the staff were very accommodating. The beach was very clean. We had wonderful service from Eduardo at the beach. The volleyball was very fun every day.

We always have an exceptional experience at Villa Del Arco but this year was even better. When we arrived Mariano greeted us like old friends, the motto for the staff is “Yes we can!” And it shows in EVERYONES attitude. We’ve been going there for quite some time, this was our first time using their on site 24 hour medical service, thank you Dr Rubio.

Jesus Castro, and the other staff were great. The food was excellent. The char grill on the steaks, salmon and everything we ordered was so beyond expectations . What a wonderful experience. Jesus was so happy to answer any questions about the menu..We truly recommend here.

My friend and I came here for a girl’s trip and did the all-inclusive package. It was great for relaxing. Great food, amazing service. The only thing I’d change is to have music by the pool. There was no music at all and we weren’t allowed to bring our own, so it was pretty quiet. So, it’s not a party place, but if you need some R&R, it’s the perfect place.

We recently returned home after spending ten relaxing days at Villa del Arco. Although we stay there often and always love our visits, this trip was especially relaxing. The hotel grounds were immaculate, staff up early, in the dark, cleaning and sweeping. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly, a gracious hand over the heart greeting along with an Hola! We never miss the Entertainment Staff evening shows, and this trip was no different. The shows are held outdoors, and they’re great for couples, singles and families. A different dinner buffet menu is offered every evening. And this year, the new added show is “Chicago.” It’s very good, don’t miss it. Typically in May you may want to bring a light sweater or jacket as it might be a little cool. But this year it wasn’t needed. Perfect weather the whole trip. Because there are three hotels on the property, there are many restaurant breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. And of course, dining by the pool. If you need suggestions for dining in town, the concierges and bellmen are excellent resources. Taxis into town and other places are price regulated by zones. It makes it easy to know in advance what your cost will be. Whenever we travel, we like to acknowledge some of those that took,such great care of us.
