Upon arrival, Alvin gave us the most beautiful ocean mountain sunrise view, He listened to us and went beyond, which I really appreciate. and there were even fireworks one of the nights that was stunning out on the water. Not sure what it was for, but we loved it. And then Brittany and Peter at front desk being printed out some business paperwork in a large print format that I needed and he did such a great job. They were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Anne and Kiki so kind with such a beautiful smile and took care of us so well. You can ask for custom-made eggs at your table free of charge along with the buffet and the cappuccino was good. Black coffee was OK. Kiki was the most amazing server. Fantastic location walkable to the boat tour that was an encounter that was amazing and to the casino pick up for our sky rail tour. And right there at the Esplanade for the quaint city of CAIRNS amazing location, location location

My wife and I stayed in an executive suite on the 9th floor. We hadn’t stayed here before and definitely will again. The room was spacious and and very clean with great views of the inlet. There was a fantastic breeze on the balcony, so we stayed for a while watching the reef charter boats coming back from their day at the reef. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and air conditioning was up to the task of cooling the quite large room considering the very hot weather we’ve been experiencing lately. We had evening canapes and drinks in the executive lounge where there was a good selection of nibbles and beverages available. Breakfast the next morning was excellent with a vast array of international tastes catered for. Check in was easy and executed by a very professional gentleman named Peter.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Cairns. Some of the staff who made our visit memorable include Alexandra, Saulo, Margaret, Yukina, and Anne Sansom—thank you for the warm hospitality. We were also happy to see rice and Japanese soup served at breakfast, which was a comforting touch. The hotel’s commitment to sustainability is commendable, especially with the refillable water stations that reduce the need for plastic bottles. And of course, the sea views from the property are simply beautiful. A lovely place to stay when visiting Cairns.

Having been here last year we came back to give them another chance. We upgraded to the highest fl.being the 9th.with lounge in an executive king, definitely not worth the upgrade the lounge we only had b/f on 1 morning the rest we’d go in just to get drinks,it’s the poorest lounge we’ve ever seen only having the bare minimum.I asked for a water view which we got but on 1 side we got the street,I should of asked for the marina side much better view. B/f was served from 6:30-9:30 which is too early on holidays not much of a sleep in,most hotels finish at 10:30.The location is good close to other restaurants & staff were friendly.House keeping only bothered to wash our glasses once & never replaced the bath salts I used once.Sorry but we aren’t planning on returning.

We honestly don't ever give an excellent review. But, we truly loved our stay at the Hilton Cairns. We had a club room with lounge access. There are club lounges and there are club lounges to be honest this was average to good. We loved the outlook, the comfort of the room. They gave us check in a about 11 instead of 3. Not sure what is was but we both have been telling people to stay there. The location is excellent also.
