Fairmont Cairo, Nile City

Fairmont Gold was good but a bit haphazard and service disorganised in the lounge. Eslam in the lounge was very attentive and sweet. Good value for money with breakfast, tea & dinner included as well as local alcohol with dinner.

We are currently staying in a beautiful suite at the Fairmont Nile City and would like to sincerely thank the housekeeping team for their exceptional service. The suite is consistently immaculate and beautifully presented. The thoughtful touches, including the rose petal hearts and careful attention to detail, have made our stay feel truly special. The team is always courteous and proactive, regularly checking if we need anything and ensuring our comfort. We would also like to acknowledge the Gold Lounge staff for their warm and attentive service. Breakfast in the restaurant has been outstanding, offering a vast array of options including traditional Egyptian fare, Western selections, delicate French pastries, freshly prepared juices, and a wide range of healthy choices. The quality and presentation each morning have been exceptional. A special thank you to Chef Ahmed for preparing delicious specialty items with such care and professionalism. We would also like to warmly thank Mariam at breakfast service for her delightful greetings and for thoughtfully remembering our names. More broadly, it has been impressive how many staff members greet guests personally and take the time to remember names, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We are also grateful to the gym and spa team for their gracious welcome and attentive service, as well as the hair salon staff for their excellent service and very reasonable pricing in both the men’s and women’s salons. Throughout the hotel, there is a clear sense of pride in the service provided. This dedication and professionalism across the entire team have truly elevated our stay and made it a memorable experience.

Particularly great breakfast at l’uvileto! Wide Variety of delicious food in buffet and table service, and good service. Ramy is excellent!

As a travel agency owner I go to different hotels to test it and see if my customers would feel comfortable while staying ! The staff is not friendly. They are so rude and the hotel is not up to the standards! I paid $350 for my full nile view deluxe room and they gave me a regular room in the 1st floor so obviously you cannot see the nile ! I asked to go to a higher floor but they claimed they were almost sold-out while there was literally no one ! Don’t waste your time going there go to Sofitel much better with a much better nile view and friendly staff The staff is very nosey everytime I go down and come up again to my floor I meet someone who asks me what room and what is my name as if anyone can access the floor !( the elevator doesn’t go up without the room key)
