We had the most incredible stay at Fairmont Nile City, and they truly made my husband’s birthday trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite with a full Nile River view, and wow it was absolutely amazing. The suite was so luxurious, and the view was beautiful. I had emailed the front desk a few weeks before to let them know we were celebrating my husbands birthday and they surprised us with a beautiful cake and decorative set up. The service was honestly next level. Every single member of staff was kind and helpful, but Ahmed deserves a special mention — he was exceptional in making sure everything was perfect throughout our stay and was very attentive. Karim and the manager (apologies I didn’t catch his name) at the front desk was also fantastic and really added to the experience. Housekeeping were fantastic! The touch of fresh flowers changed every day in your room was so sweet. The food was outstanding, especially the in-room dining. Not only was the food gorgeous, but the service of setting up a proper table in the room was such a lovely touch and made it feel extra special. The location is also great — around 40 minutes from the airport and 40 mins from the pyramids, so it’s perfect for sightseeing. We were also surprised by how much the hotel has: restaurants, a casino, cinema, shopping mall, even a Starbucks — everything is right there. I’d 100% recommend this hotel for a special occasion or just a luxury stay in Cairo. We’ll definitely be back!
