It was my birthday 14.05.2024 and i used to have my breakfast in Delhi restaurant then i found a lovely lady called Dina brought me a frappe Caramel as a gift (free) and sang birthday song to me. I was really happy and appreciate what she did....

Definitely not a 5 star hotel

Very Busy hotel, room wasn’t ready until 9:00 pm although I am a gold member. Broken coffee machine in the room (they replaced it). Room service was slow. No gold member benefits, excuse was that I did not book with the hotel directly. Also the roof terrace closes at sunset.

Went there for business. Excellent location in front of the Nile and Zamalek. Great choice of restaurants inside the hotel Great team, always smiling, with a great sense of service, looking for and providing solutions. Good conciergerie.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. The Fairmont Gold lounge was an added bonus with great food and beverage options without the crowds. Kris the bartender was especially helpful and made excellent cocktails. We enjoyed the spa area and the hair salon was extremely convenient and affordable to have your hair washed and dried. Overall this place is highly recommended when visiting Cairo as it t is a compound where you can feel safe.
