It was A great stay there. WE did enjoy it as much as we can and more, every aspect was just beyond our expectations, i.e. service, food, sleep quality, luxury. The pool was great. the spa. it was all great. Thank you for such a high level, strongly recommended

We had a wonderful time at FS first residence hotel and the service level is above and beyond, the food was excellent and the prices are logical!

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons First Residence in late April 2024. Overall it was wonderful. The first nile boat has great restaurant choices and we had 0 issues getting a table at any of the restaurants. The hotel itself was very nice. Great selection of bars and restaurants, nice pool area, and great spa. The staff was the highlight. We were treated like royalty the entire time. Everyone was extremely wonderful and caring. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Cairo.

Personnel was really helpful and great. Thanks to Korollos especially. Food was delicious. A place of breath in cairo. Really really recommended. We tested both the brasilian and the pan-asian. The place has 4 differents style and you can have good meal.

Fluffiest comfiest bed ever! Breakfast buffet amazing! Breakfast box provided on days with early starts is such a great initiative, wish they did that at hotels in Australia. Room service noticed that I had a pair of reading glasses beside the bed and left me a little cleaning cloth and a stand. So good, really personalised service. Wonderful stay!
