The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The welcome and check out experience were both well handled. The lobby is elegant and inviting. The lounge area was in keeping with the overall upscale atmosphere. I have stayed there before and will definitely stay there again when my travels take me to Calgary.

This was my second time staying at the Fairmont Palliser but my first time with them as Fairmont Gold. I had an extremely enjoyable and pleasant experience once again. The staff was wonderful and courteous as usual, the hotel and Gold amenities wonderful, but it was the Gold Lounge representative, Neha Dh., who really made my family's stay memorable. She went above and beyond at every step and treated us like her own friends and family. She was delightfully courteous, considerate, and attentive to our needs and requests. We are very happy that we got a chance to meet her during our stay, and look forward to staying at the Fairmont Palliser on a future trip to Calgary. Thank you for a great experience.

The service was so excellent. Every staff member treated us so kindly and really went the extra mile with treating our kids wonderful. Neil the doorman would give our kiddos dinosaur tattoo stickers and it made them so happy. Ken would always greet us by name when he would park our car. Everyone there was stellar. We loved our housekeeper too. She was so friendly and our kids really liked seeing her every day. The room service breakfasts were definitely a highlight of our stay, as well. We also enjoyed the pool. We hope to come back one day!

We highly recommend getting Fairmont Gold package of services, which were truly amazing. The staff was constantly going the extra mile to make us feel so welcomed. The penthouse lounge facilities made all the difference, we ended up spending a lot of time there!

We stayed at this Fairmont for 2 nights with Gold Experience. I must say their service was excellent! They will try their best to accommodate and make you comfortable. A special shout out to Neha D. for an exceptional experience. She really went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and an unforgettable experience. My aunt is vegetarian and there weren’t much vegetarian options, she requested the kitchen to cook something for her especially. Really appreciate Neha’s thoughtfulness. She was also had a great attitude as well! Thank you so much Neha D.! The pillow and beds were fluffy and firm as well. Would recommend staying here!
