I visited the sensortori resort Tenerife for the first time and be coming back next year the place was outstanding and couldn’t fault it everything was clean and spotless and food there was to die for must came back a stone heavier from trying all different range of food there. The staff very friendly and always helpful. Recommmed this place.

Well firstly yes the lighting system in the rooms is complicated (not sure what they were thinking with that) but everything else is superb. The kids club is one of the best we've experienced, the staff there were amazing and had different themes every day, every pool was lovely and staff from reception to restaurants were great. I've noticed people like to complain on here but for people reading this, the Sensatori is a really great hotel and everyone has their opinions but what do you expect from TUI in Tenerife. It's never going to be challenging hotels in Dubai or other lavish locations but for a family hotel with great weather you really can't go wrong. Even debating booking for next year and we never like to go back to the same place twice. Good tip is, you can decline room service the night before and they pay you €20 for the privilege which helps with the bar bill at the end of your holiday plus very environmentally friendly

Myself, my mother and my 1 year old son stayed here for 1 week. I was delighted when we arrived at the hotel. It is beautiful inside and the room was quite spacious with a large bathroom. Having a number of pools to choose from is a real bonus. There is plenty of room to sunbathe. The family pool was brilliant as it was warm and sloped. Perfect for my little boy. We paid extra to have my son in nursery for 3.5 hours per day. I was a bit apprehensive as I haven't left him before. He had such a lovely time however and I felt comfortable leaving him with the very friendly nursery staff. He smiled when he saw them! They were extremely efficient with recording events and he even left with a booklet of the things he had made. I would definitely recommend this for a few hours. The only slight complaint that I would have is the service in the restaurants can sometimes be hit & miss, depending on how busy it is. There were a number of times that we ordered drinks that never appeared. Overall a fantastic holiday, and I would return! I wouldn't hesitate to go here.

The hotel complex is amazing. Entering the large lobby is impressive and has a beautiful view of the atrium and the ocean behind. There are 3 large outdoor pools, the 2 smaller ones are even heated which was really nice since May is not the hottest month. The meeting staff of the hotel is super friendly warm and welcoming and they always tried to help us with any request. During the event not all details went smoothly but for the most part we managed to achieve a good end result for our participants. The rooms are very spacious and all of them have a balcony. The 10 year old hotel is niecly kept clean but on the furniture you can tell that it has lived. All in all a very positive experience but nevertheless the hotel cannot live up to other 5 star hotels in the luxury segment.

We stayed in Red Level and it was probably the best hotel we have stayed in. It truly was 5*. The hotel, gardens, pools were all immaculate. The rooms were superb and the Clarins products were a bonus. All the staff at Red Level were amazing and the reception staff couldn't do enough for you. I would definitely recommend this hotel and have already told everyone about it back home!
