The hotel is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. The food is high quality with plenty of choice including a la carte restaurants. There are lots of activities to get involved with including spinning, yoga, pilates and water aerobics. Ramon is great at coordinating the activities and encouraging our involvement! Would highly recommend.

Second time at this hotel, the food and drinks are excellent. The staff are wonderful. Especially Eder at reception, nothing was a problem and he was extremely kind when I had a medical emergency, thank you Eder! Also the exercise classes I attended were of a higher standard than most hotels. The entertainment staff were great, very welcoming.

Fantastic hotel. Couldn’t have been better. From check in to check out, everything was brilliant. The food was lovely, restaurants all really lovely, the service was excellent, drinks and food choice were great. Day time activities and night time entertainment were so good too. Yoga, Pilates, mediation, spin class and so much more. The bands, singers and beach bar djs were great! We loved it! Romero (entertainment manager) was so great. So polite, helpful and informative. We booked into every activity pretty much. We had such a wonderful stay and will absolutely be back.

Just had 9 nights here and my heart says it should have had 5 stars for all the reasons that others have adequately described. And yes I would come back. A special thank you to Edwardo , such a passionate and professional local guy who really does his best to make your stay perfect, but all staff were fantastic A couple of areas that could improve; 1 The App was tricky to navigate 2 It would be good to have a few notice boards with the diary of activities on 2 other bits of advice if you are coming 1 Google the hotels history and you must do the free hotel tour, this is a seriously famous hotel and pretty much the first building here in CT built in 1973 2 Go down to the beach shack ( free on AI ) from 530 -730 every night for live music with a proper beach vibe and you are out of the wind there too !!! Lastly , there are several CT face book pages, really active and useful for up to date info Enjoy !!
