Went for a wedding. Location was nice and the beach was awesome. Some staff members were great but others did not seem pleased to help. The upsell tactic and greasy timeshare vibe did not do it for me. Do not get the alcohol upgrade (preferred) as it is not worth it.keep track of additional purchases while there. I was getting double charged at checkout. Would not come back.

Was there back in 2011 and it seems like the property changed locations. I believe the old Dreams is now Ziva. Bed and pillows were extremely hard. Felt like I was sleeping on rocks.,I could also hear everything that was going on in the room next door.

Very good experience. The workers were all so friendly and helpful! Knew us in a first name basis! Very impressed! Beautiful resort!

Dreams Sands has an unbelievably great beach and ocean. White, smooth sand, clear, calm ocean. We were able to walk out to the buoys and still have our shoulders above the water. When you get to the beach look for Alex. He is a concierge and absolutely amazing. He will save you lounge chairs and is incredibly helpful. He makes sure his area is spotless and everyone is happy. We were so lucky to meet him on our first full day there. He made the trip so much better. Over by the pool look for Gershan. He make a "Gershan Special" that is fruity and delicious. I highly recommend it and he is very good at his job. The teppanyaki tables are a must. Get in line 30 minutes before they start taking reservations and you will get a table and the best meal you will eat at the resort. It's dinner and a show. The outdoor restaurant was good. I recommend the calamari - yum! The rest of the restaurants and the buffet were just ok. The service from everyone was amazing from the front desk staff to the entertainment team. Everyone was very helpful and had a smile on their face. It was a great trip!

Smoking area poorly chosen and at front of the hotel where everyone walks through. Did not receive all preferred club benefits. Waiters, housekeeping, etc very friendly and helpful
