Wonderful stay but….
The week my wife and I spent at the Grand Fiesta Coral Beach was wonderful. The room was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beach was narrow, but was very clean with no seaweed at all. The staff there were very helpful. We booked an Infinite room so we had a private area there. The food was good in all the restaurants, however the temperature of the food at the breakfast buffet was never quite hot enough. You were better off going to breakfast at Isla Contoy where it was cooked to order. The only issue we had was when checking out I did receive a copy of the folio for our stay. We booked through a travel agent so it was 99% prepaid. The only charges would be for incidentals or spa treatments and premiums amenities. They were supposed to slip a copy under the door the night before we left, but they did not. I asked at the front desk and was told that it would be emailed. It has been 11 days since we left and still have not received anything. Our travel agent has been trying to get a copy but has been unsuccessful. Getting a copy of the folio should not be this difficult..

Top Notch Service!
Second time coming to this hotel. I really enjoy ending our nights at the lobby bar. Friday and Saturday they have a fun live band. The Aura Band is so much fun! Super interactive and the members are so much fun once you get to know them! Blanquita had our drinks flowing both nights. Her service is impeccable! I couldn’t believe she remembered us from our last trip. We also enjoyed eating dinner at La Joya. Rodrigo was our server and he was so fun! Can’t forget the great waiters outside by the pool and beach. Marcos and Alfredo were very hospitable. Vanessa was our concierge, she was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!
