Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

We had the best time at this resort! I picked it because we were looking for a place with great food, a good Kids Club (for my daughter who is about to be five), and beautiful water/beach. This place lived up to it all. It's a bit dauntig to have to make reservations at all restaurants right away, as youn also want to factor in the activities/find out the evening schedule for shows, but the food was wonderful with a great variety, and good cultural experices. Each restaurant is unique. I don't want to ruin the surprises of some of the shows at them, but these were special. There were good musicians in the lobby, and the silent disco was fun. Most of the evening shows don't start until 9pm and although my daughter stays up late, that is a bit too late to start, but we also understand people need time to eat dinner. We did get to watch the water show from our balcony though. It was very good! The Kidz Club was amazing!! Special shout out to Salma who was so attentive and made my daughter feel very special. You can tell she loves her job. All the Kidz Club staff were amazing. We broke our pińata purse and Jessica helped us glue it back together:) We then left it under our seat on the plane back and were so upset. I emailed them for instructions on ho to remake one, and they sent us the nicest, personalized video from the Kidz Club staff. They really do go above and beyond, taking extra time to do this aftre working long hours. Also, Yishel in the activity services was wonderful, and noticed it was almost my daughter's bday, and brought her a Barbie and card. Bingo and Karaoke were great too. It is nice that the beach is so close. There isn't room to take a walk on the beach, but it's convenient. We did have a noise issue our last ight with a group next door, but the staff were very responsive when we called down. My communication with the resort before and after was so easy too and so friendly. The value/cost was very reasonable for such a nice hotel. The room was modern and always clean, as well as the lobby etc... We would definitely return here and hope to do so!

Excellente. Vitalino is an amazing chef, and puts on a great show! His team is spectacular too. You will not be disappointed!
