Great times good vibes; kids friendly…
We had a great experiment at La Joya Mexican restaurant; aside from the food, the mariachi were very entertaining; came to every table and sang basically any song you asked them to sing! We moved from Ziva Hyatt (due to room unavailability)and were very suspicious of grand firsta at first since we compared everything to Ziva… after just one day at grand fiesta and an open mind we have to say we recommend both places; they are different but both very nice very kids friendly ! The move was a bit of a headache but it’s walk in distance and safe area!

Great experience
Amazing property! Great girls trip! Our experience at the sushi restaurant with Deiner Gilberto was incredible. He was engaging, fun and went above and beyond. The mariachi band at La Joya was also so entertaining! Thank you!

Amazing dinner experience
We had an amazing dinner experience at the sushi restaurant. Deiner Gilberto was our server along with his team. He was very attentive and gave us recommendations for dinner. His recommendations were spot on and he also brought us stuff that was not on the menu. But the highlight of the night was the special Mexican drink he introduced us to, Carajillo! He made our girls trip and my friends birthday extra special. Thank you Deiner for making our last night special.

Great All Inclusive
A fantastic girls trip to Cancun. Our last night dinner was at the sushi restaurant, and it was amazing. Deiner Gilberto made our night very special! Special drink for our last night! Carajillo

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
