Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

Beautiful white sand beach. Hotel had plenty of seating area at the pool and on the beach, and always had clean towels. Service was fantastic, and Chantal was the best! We sat in her section every day because she took such great care of us. Joel on the beach was also fantastic. Food was really good, and highly recommend Steak restaurant, La Joya (Mexican) and the hibachi restaurant. The hotel was not a thumping party, but perfect for some liveliness as well as relaxation. Location is great because it is walking distance from shopping nightlife if you want to go off property. Spa was absolutely fantastic and really enjoyed the water circuit/hydrotherapy. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun for our anniversary, and overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful from check in all the way through check out. Everything felt easy and well run, which made it feel like an actual vacation instead of a project to manage. A couple of honest tips that made a difference for us. Tip your waiter well, especially if you plan to hang out by the beach. The service is already good, but it definitely gets even better and more attentive when you show appreciation. A lot of people talk about waking up early to claim pool chairs with towels. If you want to stay by the pool, that’s probably still true. The beach, though, felt much more relaxed and we never had trouble finding a good spot. The food was solid. We ate at La Hoya and it was fine, and overall the food options were good across the resort. Nothing felt disappointing or like we were settling. One heads up: they will try to sell you on a timeshare or membership when you arrive. They’ll invite you to a “quick breakfast” and say it only takes about 30 minutes. Just know that this can easily turn into most of a morning or part of your day. If you’re interested in a timeshare, that might be fine for you. If not, politely decline up front so you don’t burn vacation time sitting through the pitch. Overall, we had a great stay and I would absolutely recommend this place, especially if you’re celebrating something like an anniversary or special trip. The service, location, and overall experience made it easy to relax and enjoy being there.

You’ll never eat better at an all inclusive resort then you will at a Grand Fiesta property and that includes this one. Pool Concierge’s- Joel, Antonio & Marcos These men spend all day every day providing my family and all families at the pool with perfect hospitality with a smile! The above and beyond to accommodate any special requests and offered advice for where the best spots were for sun or shade whatever your preference. Marina Team - Antonio, Orlando our Captain and Mark his crew chief! We booked a private bait tour of Isla Mujeres though Antonio and it was spectacular thanks to Orlando’s mastery of the sea and Marks guidance both on board and in the ocean while snorkeling. My family felt safe at all times and were treated with first class hospitality the entire day! Please consider Fiesta Grand Coral Beach Cancun for your next family vacation it’s worth it!

Whole experience here was wonderful. Huge shout out to Fernando and Pablo at La Joya restaurant at the resort. Great conversation, great service, best recommendations. I’d highly recommend. Food was delicious and service even better. Thanks for making dinner with my kids a special experience.
