Lobby bar staff great, lack of places to eat STINKS!
Lobby bar staff is fantastic, Erlindo, Victor and David are friendly and efficient! However, no restaurants can serve us, no reservations accepted 3 hour wait at each restaurant. Super frustrating with kids. They need an app for booking or a better system.

Vitalino was amazing as our chef. I was skeptical coming into this dinner and he made it comfortable and welcoming. Delicious food!

Went from "Rags to Riches"
My wife and I booked an Ocean Front Infinite Master Suite. They private check in went smooth but nothing special. The private concierge assisted with check in & dinner reservations but after that was never to be seen or heard from again during our 7-day stay,Resort was at full capacity and Mexican first party was completely booked and the private infinite beach section was closed on Monday for a private event. The beach and pool chairs were completely taken by quest by 7:30am everyday & were stacked so tight next to each other if you were fortunate to get a seat. No entertainment.Night shows were poor.Buffet was limited and food cold. Pros: Nice room&room service. Staff Pool Concierges Daniel, Ricardo,Antonio,Joel ,Alex,Samuel,Carlos Amed & Best Bartender Christian.Food & Liquor.Best Restaurant #1 French,#2 Mexican,#3 SteakhouseItalian. After the third day we voiced our disappointments & dissatisfactions with our stay to management and thinks changed for the better and the next for days were perfect. We went fro feeling ripped off to WOW - I wish we could have stayed another two days!! I don't think you need to pay extra $$ for infinite upgrade.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
