Such a great resort! Five different restaurants with delicious food. Such great service from friendly staff. Not one negative encounter with any staff. The rooms were slightly dated, and could use some remodeling but nevertheless it was very nice! Comfortable large bed, AC worked, nice big TV with multiple channels and a balcony with a Beautiful view of the ocean. The greatest comment I can give about this resort is that the service was amazing. From the pool employees to the restaurant to the Desk clerks everyone gave a great service. I’d like to give a special shout out to the General Manager at Isla Contoy, Alejandro. Also the general manager Honario at the buffet restaurant. Also, servers Gabriela, and Andres Vinamar also from the buffet restaurant. The bartenders at the pool Fernando, Josue and pool attendant Alex Galmich. All these employees were EXCELLENT in their service and hospitality! They were all very welcoming and helpful, making us feel so comfortable and appreciated.

They don’t enforce the no smoking in all their restaurants. We were sitting at the le cevicheria and somebody lite up a cigar. When a staff member walked over, instead of asking him to put it out they gave him an ashtray. There was also smoking on the beach. Room service was just ok. We left notes (in Spanish) asking for diet coke and shampoo (non in the shower) after 3 days of asking we finally got shampoo never got the diet coke. The other disappointment was 3 out of our 5 days stay they had one bar/restaurant closed for special events. Fiesta America used to be one of our 3 go to resorts

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
