Amazing experience and service from everyone!
I surprised my wife on our anniversary with a spa day and three tenor amd dinner in the spa. Over tue moon! If you're looking for something extraordinary take your queen and ask for Manuel for great service in such a special experience. Thanks for making my dreams for my sweet wife come true!

The marriachi band was fantastico! The sing table side at La joya restaurant which has traditional mexican cuisine. Make a Reservation and enjoy

Wonderful resort
Wonderful experience. We loved all the restaurants and nightly entertainment. The staff was very helpful. Very clean, tidy and helpful staff. The music group at La Jolla was talented and entertaining

Beautiful vacation!
We stayed at the resort dec31-jan7. This is our second time stay, We love the place, kids have fun, pools are warm, rooms are clean, service is amazing. Food in the restaurants is perfect, so delicious. I would like to say special thanks Mr. Carlos at Italian restaurant, Elias and Jennifer at Chanti restaurant, Inaki Louis, Fernando and Monica at Havanna (steak house) restaurant. They did OUTSTANDING service, very professional people!

A must go to in Cancun - Chianti Restaurant!
We had such an amazing experience at Chianti! Elias and Jennifer gave such excellent service and a spectacular show with our Mayan coffee and flaming cake. They made our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun. The chef Pablo Caamal was extraordinary! His culinary skills are definitely worth experiencing! Bravo!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
