Incredible resort
An absolutely incredible resort. The food is fantastic at every restaurant, including amazing desserts, the rooms are beautiful, the Gem spa is a world class spa with amazing massages, the pool is lovely and right next to white sand beaches. Also, all of the entertainment was top-tier, from the awesome mariachi band at La Joya, to the unbelievable fire show, to the great live music.. Truly the best hotel/resort I have ever been to. Highly highly recommended!

Great experience!
One of the best restaurants and hotel in Cancun! We will definitely go back in the future. Love the instruments and live music is awesome.🤩 Band sounded amazing and went around to each table and played for everyone personally. Hotel room was amazing and spacious, and very clean indeed. Around the hotel there are conveniently many stores. The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Room service was great too. The bathroom setup was very nice and spacious. I would very much recommend this hotel to another person who wanted a nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

Very amazing experience! Will come back again! We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Fiesta Americana Hotel and truly enjoyed every part of our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcomed right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, well maintained, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms and great amenities. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the service was consistently excellent and the experience felt upscale without being overwhelming. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and elegant, perfect for both a vacation and a special getaway. We were very impressed with the level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property. We would absolutely recommend the Grand Fiesta Americana and would love to return in the future.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
