Second superb visit at Fiesta Coral Beach
Superb service at all levels. Cleanliness throughout the property, delicious food at multiple restaurants, relaxing entertainment in the lounges at night and fun special entertainment including beach fire show and water show. Kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling activities available. Though there are many families, as a couple we had quiet spots around the pool. We never felt overwhelmed by the number guests though the property has 100% occupancy. We will return!

Our experience at this hotel has been amazing! Everyone is so welcoming, kind, and considerate We had to come back to La Joya because of the amazing food as well as the amazing services. Fernando and his team were above and beyond, our food coming out perfectly both timing and tasting. He was very charismatic and we were very lucky to have him as our waiter! The manager Gabriel took his special time to greeting us with our experience in the restaurant made and us feel special.

An unforgettable vacation experience!
My wife and I have had a most incredible week long vacation here. The accommodations, the venues/restaurants the staff, the food and the entertainment has been top notch in every way. We’ve been to Cancún five times over the last 30 years and this resort has exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Our last night, we had dinner at their Mexican restaurant, La Joya. The food was delicious and our waiters, Fernando and Pablo were outstanding. The Mariachi band was delightful. Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach has set the bar so high, it will be difficult to match anywhere in this vicinity. You will not be disappointed. - William Albert

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
