We loved our dinner with Vitalino at Torii! You definitely have to book a dinner here and don’t forget to ask for Vitalino.

We loved our stay here. The room service and housekeeping was excellent! Turn down service every night. The pool area is lovely, but a bit cramped and you need to play the towel game, which we don't like!! The beach had lots of chairs although a bit cramped as well, and we had no seaweed! Not a big beach to walk but we walked over to the 7 mile beach and walked there. Bar service at the pool and beach was hit and miss. Restaurants were all very good! We really liked the food and service and loved the little bakery for a quick breakfast, lunch or snack, and they made the best coffees. Paid extra for the French Restaurant and it was fabulous. Didn't like that we had to make reservations as soon as we got there for dinner. We don't like to be on a schedule when on holidays and this was a bit of a downfall for us. Hotel is a bit older but it is super clean and well laid out with not a lot of walking like some of the mega resorts. Nice big rooms as well. Entertainment was not very good, although we liked the live bands in the lobby bar at night. The only downfall for us was the amount of kids! We knew ahead of time that this was not a adults only, but would be nice to have a adult only area or pool. Also lots of kids in the restaurants even later at night. Not a deal breaker. Staff at the front desk were very good as well. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing food and service!
Gerardo and Nicasio were amazing at ensuring our comfort and taking into account any food preferences we had. It was a great time and we left full and satisfied!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
