25th anniversary get away to paradise
We celebrated our 25th anniversary at Grand Fiesta. An incredible experience from beginning to the end of our trip. We were upgraded to a master suite with a gigantic patio and an absolute gorgeous view of the ocean and the swimming pools. The room was absolutely beautiful. Room service and house keeping was top notch. A surprise bottle of champagne and chocolate cake showed up in our room the second night of our stay to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the swimming pools and 3 swim up bars each and every day. Unfortunately, the sargassam kept us away from going into the ocean. Rene, our fantastic pool side server from the Sunset Beach bar kept our drinks flowing and even made a special trip out of his way to pick up the delicious shrimp cocktail a couple of times for us from a different part of the resort. The crab rolls at the Isla Contoy were quite tasty too. Each and every employee that we encountered throughout our stay greeted us with a smile, a hello and made us feel so very welcome. We were spoiled at the Havanna Restaurant by Inaki & Michel. Inaki's meal suggestions were right on the money. His service was impeccable! Hard to believe that he has only been there for 1 year. The entertainment of the couple who did the Argentine Tango was fabulous. Adelayda and Pablo at Chianti went over the top with celebrating us for our anniversary with a Cafe affeogato special show. Perfect in every way. Made us feel special. The pasta carbonara was delish too. We listened to a talented violinist in the background while at Chianti playing andrea bocelli. Victor at the Vina Del Mar restaurant was top notch too. He even remembered our type of drinks and coffee we liked. We also had massages and thr hydrotherapy treatment one day. It is a must to try. Weather was hot and humid, but the drinks and refreshing pool solved that problem. We will definitely be back to this resort. Grand Fiesta is blessed to have Rene, Inaki, Adelaide, Pablo, Michel, Victor and Carlos on their team!

One of the best all-inclusive experiences we ever had - the service, the facilities, the staff, the food, the entertainment - all impeccable! Highly recommended (and go see Vitalino’s show in the Japanese restaurant, he’s hilarious)

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
