Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

The hotel is really nice and centrally located to shops and night life. It’s Mexico!! The room I had was an “upgrade”, very spacious and was able to walk right out to pool and beach from the ground level. Only thing was that the room smelt a little mildew-ish. The beach was beautiful and the pool was nice when not that many people inside. The fact that it was all inclusive was great, and the food was pretty decent. We enjoyed ourselves everyday. Thank you Grand Fiesta for this wonderful experience. Also you can walk the beach all the way to the light house. Just be careful of rocks and wear swimming shoes. Water is really turquoise blue and colder down that end. ***Oh and there’s no seaweeds on the beach because the hotel is protected based on the way it positioned, so that sealed the deal for us!

The service and facilities are absolutely outstanding! I barely asked for anything as my every need was anticipated. The food is delicious. Rooms and beds are fabulous. Would definitely recommend it. Will be going back.

Had a wonderful time in this resort. It was my first time traveling with family and the staff made us feel very welcoming. They were very helpful. Food was amazing. The shrimp ceviche was very good, must try. Bartenders were on the spot. The resort was built back in the 90s, the rooms are a bit outdated but in all honest the pools, the restaurants, the drinks, and the beach and the friendly staff make up for all of it. I do have to say it’s very well cleaned. Definitely, a wonderful resort to stay and enjoy.

From the moment we arrived, the standard of service set this property apart. The staff are the real stars. Every single person we encountered — whether passing in a corridor or asking for help with something specific — was courteous, warm and genuinely willing to assist. Special mentions are very much deserved: Carlos in Concierge was outstanding, he moved us in and came over to speak to us anytime he saw us in the lobby. The ladies at reception were professional and welcoming throughout. Dolly in Sales and Paola and other staff in the restaurants were also brilliant. It is rare to encounter such consistently excellent service across an entire team and it really does elevate the experience. The food exceeded all expectations for an all-inclusive. We made a point of visiting all the restaurants during our stay and every one of them impressed. The seafood restaurant became our go-to for lunch — we loved it and returned most days. The quality, variety and presentation were great. Beach service was equally impressive. The staff delivering food and drinks to your sunbed were fantastic — quick, friendly and a genuinely fun touch, the wings are delicioso. The beach itself was kept impeccably clean and the waters were beautifully calm, making it ideal for swimming and relaxing. The lobby bar served properly branded spirits — Jameson and similarly quality options — which is something that matters and is not always guaranteed at all-inclusive properties. No unbranded substitutes here. The 24-hour service was a welcome bonus. On evenings when we returned late from excursions, it was reassuring to know that food and drinks were still available. A small detail, but one that shows the hotel's commitment to genuine hospitality at all hours. Honestly, there is very little to find fault with here. The beach, the food, the drinks, the rooms, the service — it all comes together beautifully. I would return without hesitation and recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone considering it. Do not let the high rating surprise you; it is thoroughly deserved.
