Was ok nothing special
Havana Club Steakhouse – Mixed Experience We were looking forward to dining at Havana Club Steakhouse, but unfortunately our visit fell short of expectations. The service felt inattentive — our table appeared to be deprioritized. It took well over an hour for our food to arrive after ordering. When the meals finally came, my baked potato was cold. Additionally, there was a mix-up with our orders: the server brought incorrect items and had to remove food from my plate to transfer it to my child’s plate at the table. This was our experience during our stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún. We hope management can address these service and kitchen coordination issues to better match the restaurant’s premium positioning.

Was at Torri restaurant and the cook Ivan was amazing show was great and food was great I ate everyone else’s that they didn’t eat.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
