A wonderful time for our Family While Enjoying Excellent Weather in Cancun
It is an Excellent All-Inclusive resort with great staff and amenities! I would rate 10/10. We got a Sea Facing Room with Excellent View. Room Service kept the room tidy and clean each day. The Staffs are working throughout day and night to provide excellent Service. Please Tip, they deserve it as they are working so hard to provide service whole heartedly. We booked though Costco the All-Inclusive plan , it is definitely worth and used the Transfer service by W2M- BDM , which was great. Atmosphere is great for Adults enjoying the parties, teen enjoying Karaoke nights and Kids have fun in Kid Club. Pool time is very nice and food-drink service near the Pool is amazing. While we were there construction was there but not much noise. It is in such great location in the hotel zone , bus and taxi services are always available. It has nice beach and pools , great restaurants , we thoroughly enjoyed our time having fantastic food in the in house restuarents ( Isla Contoy, Mexican La Joya. Chanti Italian, Beach Side Lounge). We stayed 5 nights and enjoy all the shows that are going on there each night. I WAS NOT A FAN OF ALL INCLUSIVE ATALL BUT THIS RESORT CHANGED MY MIND!!!

Delicious food and fun experience
We sat at a Teppanyaki table, similar to Benihana. The chef was excellent and fun, and the food was delicious! We got to be friends with the travelers around our Teppanyaki table for a wonderful well-rounded dining experience. As a heads up, we bought a small bottle of sake with our meal, but we did need to have a credit card with us in order to pay for that at the table. We will definitely come back to this restaurant .

Awesome experience & delicious dinner 5 ⭐️
Service was great & the food was delicious! Very tender steak. We will only be at the resort 4 days, & are planning to come back for another dinner here. Arnold was very helpful & all the servers were fantastic. Our Chef gave us a very fun show & food was grilled to perfection

All-Inclusive Experience
Edgar at the Torii Hibachi was excellent! The entire resort is top notch and they provide anything you would ask for. Highly recommend.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
