Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

My family (couple, teen, child) had an incredible stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancún. From the moment we arrived, the service and atmosphere made it feel like a true luxury escape. We were greeted with cool towels but a welcome drink would've set them over the top Our absolute favorite meal was at Le Basilic, the French restaurant — the courses were all beautifully done, elegant, and easily one of the best meals we’ve had at a resort. The standouts were the basil ice cream (should be a standing flavor in the Coral Cafe). Isla Contoy was another standout experience; the beachside setting, the flavors, and the whole vibe made it unforgettable. We also loved La Joya and the fun mariachi band. The maître d, Gabriel, surprised me with a pina colada with platano when I was told they didn't have bananas. The service is outstanding. Our kids were in heaven with the buffet. They loved the independence of going on their own, choosing what they wanted, and feeling like little grown-ups. It made meals fun and easy for everyone. The Mexican Fiesta on Mondays is a must for kids/teens. The real highlight, though, was the poolside and beachside service. Whether we were lounging by the pool or relaxing on the beach, we felt taken care of the entire time. Lastly, I must give my regards to the amazing housekeeping staff. They worked tirelessly with a smile every day during cleaning and also for turndown service. The 24-hour room service was just as amazing as the on-site restaurants. We opted to order the morning of our departure, and they delivered exactly on time. Overall, this resort delivered on every level — food, service, family-friendly comfort, and that effortless luxury that makes a vacation truly restorative. We can’t wait to return.

We had an amazing time at this hotel ...a little disappointed after flying 10 hours that we didn't get a balcony with our room but really couldn't fault anything else. Restaurants were amazing and great selection. Food and drink all day .staff were amazing friendly and very polite 😊 now where do I start about the day entertainment team ....what a team ..big shout out to Jonathan and David who we loved and we're amazing. Kepted us going all day .absolutely 100% from these guys. Night entertainment wasn't great didn't enjoy the bands weren't great .the shows were good and the pool parties but not the bands in the bar .Just make sure you have plenty of 1 dollar bills.

We had the most wonderful family gathering at La Joya in Cancun, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely amazing, every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. What made our experience unforgettable was our server Fernando. His service was beyond exceptional, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our group, anticipating our needs and making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. Fernando turned a great dinner into a truly special memory for our family. We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back!
