Would return to this resort every year!
It was the perfect resort for a family trip, with 2 parents and 4 kids (ages 13-20). Had 2 rooms with a nice layout, big enough for everyone to have space. The hotel was beautiful, and the restaurants were very good, with many different options that pleased everyone. the all-day buffet was most popular for us given that you could go at any time of the day and eat all you wanted. The resort employees were always helpful and always found a way to help us get what we needed. The many pools were perfect for lounging and play. The person who made our trip the most relaxing was our pool-side server, Carlos Coatl. He was there from morning to evening working hard to make sure that every guest had food and drinks at all times. I hope you are lucky enough to find him at the pool for your visit. We highly recommend this resort!

Nice, but better places for Seniors
Beautiful building,,location,beach,drinks,pool& rooms. Ivan in pool area took care of us like we were his own family. Hot tube not yet finished for use yet. This hotel is full of young kids and infants - new parents. Believe it’s how nice beach in Bay Area is. Must make reservations for evening meals, several sites to pick from. Needs to inform location of restaurant sites better. Reservation check in was 40”, too long. As 3 seniors there were many step downs to watch for and they were good at pointing out. Most meals one had to get up and pick up own food, more stairs. Assistant always available. Long hallways to walk to rooms. Bottled water was plentiful in room, pool area, and dinner time bottled water used. Steak house was the best, other food was hard to decided what to eat. Fair, nothing exciting. Staff was excellent. We were there during the unrest times, sheltered in places, aware of what was going on and all went well. With all the good things about this place 3 of us got an intestinal bug after day 3/8. A week later at home still Dr.ing. Unknown at this point, ?ice cubes, faucets water,pool.a lot of bottled water there & kids. Nice place but probably better places for seniors.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
