Amazing Kids’ Club, Happy Kids, Relaxed Parents
Amazing kids’ club—the highlight of our family vacation! We stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun for five nights in October 2026 with our three children. The food was great, and we had a wonderful stay, but the kids’ club was the absolute highlight for our family. As parents, being able to leave our children somewhere they felt happy and we felt confident they were safe made such a difference. The staff took wonderful care of them, and the variety of activities throughout the day kept them engaged and having an amazing time. Specifically, Miss Regyna, Selma, Rebecca were awesome. It gave us the chance to relax and enjoy some time together, knowing our kids were enjoying their vacation just as much as we were. Anyone traveling with three children knows how valuable that is! A huge thank-you to the kids’ club team. You made this a real vacation for the parents, too! We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to families.

Hibachi with Edgar was phenomenal! He did so good, the food was the best meal we’ve had, and he accommodated my vegan diet! 10/10

A lovely experience
Great: Service - always prompt and friendly everywhere in the hotel. Special kudos to Didi at the adult pool, the entire staff at the lobby bar, and the servers in the sushi restaurant. Lobby bar - top shelf alcohol and personal service Ice cream - near the lobby bar; addictive Housekeeping and turn down service - top notch Gym - fully equipped Spa - expensive ($100 US for a 50 minute massage) but worth it with access to the lovely wet areas Adults only pool - music but not so loud to interfere with conversation Lobby - breathtaking Not So Great: Jacuzzi in adults only pool area - not warm Food - not really up to par for this quality hotel with notable exceptions including the breakfast buffet and the sushi restaurant which were both great. The French restaurant at $100 US each was disappointing if only because it was obvious they were hurrying to get us out the door.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
