Chef Ricardo was wonderful and had such a great personality and care for the food. Everything was very thoughtfully done. Highly recommend.

Great views, fantastic atmosphere, definitely a must visit!
Went for dinner to celebrate birthday and Carlos was fantastic! He planned a surprise birthday cake and song. The experience was top notch, the service, food, view, would definitely recommend! Carlos went above and beyond, will be back again.

Solo vacay
I’ve been loving this resort! I came before a conference here in Cancun, and it’s been the best getaway in paradise. As a solo female traveler, I feel safe in the resort and all the employees are super nice and accommodating. All the food has been great too! A highlight was getting serenaded by the mariachi band at La Joya restaurant. They take song requests and they’re absolutely amazing! I highly recommend checking out this restaurant as the food was delicious too.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
