Tori has great food!
Vitalino at Tori was amazing!!! We came here for dinner and had so much fun!! Loved the food and the experience. Would recommend coming here.

Excellent dinner
The teppanyaki show was fantastic — the chef’s performance had everyone at the table fully engaged, and the kids were having an absolute blast. The food was great as well. The fried rice had a strong, garlicky flavor that I really enjoyed. Overall, a fun and memorable experience.

Wonderful vacation!
Our family enjoyed our stay. The facilities, location, food and staff were the best! Some of the staff were so great to us we had to go back to them several times… Francisca, Fernando at Isla Contoy, Victor from the buffet, Andrea and Jacqui from activities and Carlos at valet were all so helpful! The spa was amazing especially the hydrotherapy rooms and services. There were several pools but the chairs gets reserved with towels but no one comes back. Same with the beach chairs. The blue ocean water was nice and warm during the daytime. There were plenty of activities to do but they fill up fast. Ask the activities staff if there are empty spots in case some people don’t show up. The nightly shows and activities were so good, a must see. The rooms were spacious and clean. The shower leaked and it was hard to close. One negative was the restaurant and activities reservation system by the front desk only and spots were limited so we weren’t able to try the other options.

Chef Ricardo was awesome and so was the food! The hibachi was awesome. The only frustration was my daughter couldn't come because she was under 5

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
