Highly recommend La Joya, the hotel’s authentic Mexican restaurant 🇲🇽✨ From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Our waiter, Fernando, went above and beyond with thoughtful recommendations and attentive service. And a big compliment to Chef Miguel—every dish was absolutely delicious and beautifully prepared. If you’re staying here, this is a must-visit! 🌮🍹

Wonderful experience at la Joya, a must if you are staying at the Hotel. Thank you Fernando for the amazing service and food recommendations. Had seabass with cilantro rice, some appetizers and the nest tres leches cake I have ever had. Bravo to the chef and the team. We will definitely be back !

Nicasio made our evening so lovely, including creating festive non-alcoholic alternatives to our wine pairings for our son. The food was exquisite!

Topnotch poolside service
We visited the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach with five families altogether with young children for a short trip. Food, cleanliness and service were all great. We found an area in a small nook serviced by Alex Galmich a couple of days into the trip and it made it so much more enjoyable. It was pretty much the highlight of our trip. We were in close proximity to the bar, pool, beach and restaurants but it didn’t make any difference in the service that Alex provided. He first helped us by moving some chairs and the umbrella but it didn’t stop there. He was attentive and paid attention to all the minor details as he walked by servicing the other guests. Buckets of drinks were refilled with ice when he noticed it had melted. Drinks were essentially free flowing! He was super friendly and everything was done with a smile.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
