Good experience, not great
Great customer service except from the lady at the restaurant reservation desk. After I finished the check in, I went to the reservation desk and it was not availability in many of the specialty restaurants and the only time available in some of the them was at 9:30 pm which is inconvenient when you flight with kids. Another little detail there is not Mariachi everyday at La Joya Mexican restaurant. The lady from the reservation desk said that it was there everyday. Breakfast buffet was great. The room and pool were clean. Beach with sargassum, but condition could change everyday. Next time I would prefer to go to the neighbor hotel Hyatt Ziva.

Amazing family vacation!
We stayed at this hotel for five days, and it exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the food was consistently delicious with plenty of variety, and the entertainment each day and night was fun, engaging, and well organized. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible staff. Every single employee we interacted with was warm, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great vacation. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you goes to Alejandro Jimenez from the outdoor restaurant. He went above and beyond to make every meal enjoyable. He was always kind, attentive, and greeted us with a smile, making us feel like valued guests every time we saw him. His exceptional hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for amazing service, excellent food, a fun atmosphere, and staff who genuinely care about their guests. We can’t wait to come back!

Torii restaurant
Isaias, a delightful chef, made our experience at Torii restaurant truly memorable. His friendly and fun demeanor added to the overall enjoyment of our dining experience. If you’re visiting the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Resort, make sure to take the time to dine at Torii.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
