Our experience at this hotel has been exceptional! Since our first day Joel and Ivan from the pool concierge took care of us and made sure we were being taken care of. They checked on us constantly. On the pool and beach, José and Alex made sure we had drinks and food when we needed. I’ve been to Cancun many times and this has been my best experience. I will definitely be back to this hotel !

Our 17th time staying there and our best vacation yet!
This is our 17th time staying at the resort. I have to tell you it was truly our most amazing vacation with them. The resort is beautiful, but the real beauty was the people that work there, that’s why our trip was so special. We are beach people so our day begins at the beach every morning and lasts till about five or six. It’s the people like Juan and Antonio that made the Beech special. All you have to do is ask if you need anything. They are so pleasant-and genuinely happy to see guests, enjoying themselves. They are so dear to my heart! They made my day, every day!! This year more than ever we enjoyed the restaurants. Chianti in particular did a special celebration dinner for us.We had no idea what was happening. They made us feel so special. We had chef Pablo that night, Elias and Moises. They decorated our table with rose petals and made this flaming special drink at the end. It was dinner and a show. It meant so much to us to think that they would do that for us. We really enjoyed La Jolla the Mexican restaurant and I have to complement their manager. I’m sorry I cannot remember his name but what a wonderful man and what a fantastic restaurant he runs! I’m also a big fan of the Gem Spa and I can highly recommend Patricia she’s wonderful. I’ve used her for years and she’s lovely. Again, thank you Juan and Antonio. Richie and I looking forward to seeing you next year. This review comes from my heart, and I hope anyone looking for an amazing resort books with them.

We loved our dinner with Vitalino at Torii! You definitely have to book a dinner here and don’t forget to ask for Vitalino.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
