Topnotch poolside service
We visited the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach with five families altogether with young children for a short trip. Food, cleanliness and service were all great. We found an area in a small nook serviced by Alex Galmich a couple of days into the trip and it made it so much more enjoyable. It was pretty much the highlight of our trip. We were in close proximity to the bar, pool, beach and restaurants but it didn’t make any difference in the service that Alex provided. He first helped us by moving some chairs and the umbrella but it didn’t stop there. He was attentive and paid attention to all the minor details as he walked by servicing the other guests. Buckets of drinks were refilled with ice when he noticed it had melted. Drinks were essentially free flowing! He was super friendly and everything was done with a smile.

Amazing resort
I have been to many resorts in Mexico. This has been a great experience. The hospitality, food, beach location and pools are all amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful. Chantal and Ivan are so wonderful. You will find them at the adult pool. They are so friendly. They definitely wanted to make sure we were happy. The pool and beach had plenty of lounge chairs. Pool was very clean. Was also able to eat at all the restaurants. Good was great. Thanks for an amazing vacation!

Kidz Club rulez!
We were lucky enough to be at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach over Easter, and the Kids Club activities were absolutely outstanding—truly a highlight of our trip. They organized a full lineup for Easter Sunday, including face painting, basket making, an egg hunt, and a piñata, and every detail was so thoughtfully done. The kids were completely engaged the entire time and had so much fun. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Regina, Rebecca, Emi, Salma, Mana, and their wonderful team leader were incredible. You could tell how hard they were working behind the scenes and during the activities—they were warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making it a magical experience for the kids. It’s not easy to pull off something this organized and joyful at a resort, but they absolutely nailed it. We’re so grateful to this team for making Easter so memorable for our family

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
