Amazing Experience
Spent our 25th anniversary trip with grand fiesta americana Coral Beach. Everything was so wonderful from the attentive staff, including Jahdiel at the Buffet and Antonio, Martha, Jorge at Isla Contoy, and Marco at the bar downstairs! We were very impressed by everything. The way the resort is kept clean. People will go out of their way to take care of you and how wonderful the whole staff interaction experience was. The views, the ocean and the pool are all stunning and it truly was a trip a lifetime! Thank you! Just Amazing! Will definitely come back!

Special food in Sushi Bar 😍
The food was very amazing ! I had never eaten like this perfect Nigiri.😍 And our friendly table manager Yanderi, she gave us her recomendation! It was Spicy Crunch Roll and Spicy Scallop Smelt. I was surprised to her insight because when we get to this restaurant, we ordered more wasabi(because we are falling into spicy thing) and that time she came to us and recommended the spicy menu :) And her recommendations were grrrrreat!!!😍 This is first time in Cancun for me and my husband, but this restaurant made us very happy.😍

Dinner and Show!
This is our second visit to the Grande Fiesta. We had wonderful experiences both times. We had dinner at the Hibachi restaurant with Deiner who was our server. He was beyond lovely at dinner. Taking care of our every need. Wilbert was our chef. His performance was spectacular! Such a perfect last dinner for us. Literally dinner and a show.

Great singers and violins. They sang Hermoso Carino beautifully. Everyone was friendly and engaging with the kids. They loved it!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
