We’re a family of 4 with 2 kids age 7 and 3. The BEST part about this resort is the Kidz Club. We got some amazing 1:1 time because the kids were so happy there and begged us to let them go there. Brenda at the kidz club is amazing..very sweet girl and always greeted us with a smile. The next best thing was the breakfast buffet. My kids got to eat for free at the buffet so they could rush to the kids club at 10am and hubby and I enjoyed the buffet at peace afterwards. Alexia and Roberto were amazing hosts at the buffet..great smile and attitude. This is why I love México! Third best thing is the so amazing..great view and warm water..enjoyed a massage at the beach followed by a bottle of chilled champagne! Will definitely visit them again!

We typically choose an all-inclusive resort. We enjoyed this resort. The food and drinks were reasonably priced. The rooms were all an ocean view and very nice. Room service. The beach is small but beautiful. We rented a cabana on the beach several times and well worth it. We would definitely go back.

We just returned from a week at the Grand Fiesta Americana Hotel in Cancun with our 7-year-old daughter. The hotel is lovely and meticulously clean everywhere you go. We stayed in a King Family Suite room with an oceanview balcony and Grand Club access. The room was spacious with a large bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. The beach is beautiful with soft white sand and clear blue and turquoise waters. Lots of water sports to choose from - kayaking, paddle boarding, wave runners. The Grand Club staff is fantastic (Many thanks to Adrian, Bernice, Armado!) and they have a wide selection for breakfast each morning (coffee, juice, pastries, bacon, pancakes, eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, etc.) and lighter fare throughout the afternoon and evening hours. Soft drinks, beer, daiquiris, wine and spirits are complimentary. Children's preferences are always considered, so there are options that kids will enjoy as well. (Hamburgers, chicken tenders, quesadillas) La Joya has a great menu and a designated area for kids to play games, and watch movies while parents enjoy their meal. The restaurants on the property are fine, but somewhat limited. There are better options within walking distance to the hotel. (La Trattoria Limoncello is a charming Italian place on the water with amazing food. Carlos and Charlie's is a fun restaurant nearby. Our daughter LOVED it there - balloon hats, singing waiters, guacamole made table side.) The fitness center is first class with a gorgeous view overlooking the pool/beach. The spa is lovely as well. The Passport Book has some interesting incentives, but unusual caveats in the fine print. (i.e. Free bottle of domestic wine, but must be enjoyed poolside between the hours of 11 am-6 pm. We would have preferred to enjoy it watching the sunset on our balcony.) The Kids Club (Brenda) is fantastic. Cooking classes, cookie decorating, dodge ball, movies, kite flying, video games, dress-up, talent show, table games, etc.) It's a great option to get youngsters out of the sun for a couple of hours each day. They offer evening sessions from 7-9 pm on Fridays and Sundays, so parents can enjoy a meal on their own. The staff and service at the hotel are impeccable. We really enjoyed our time here and hope to return again over the summer. Highly recommend to folks considering Cancun as a vacation option.

I was not 100% sure when we booked. The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the beach or our balcony and just watching the ocean. The beach is small and you cannot freely walk past the edge of the property. There are plenty of chairs. The food was really great at the hotel. We preferred it to the other food choices within walking distance. The only thing I would like to see upgraded is the showers. They have a weird dual head that does not really belong. Everything else was very high quality including a very nice gym.

Went there for out honeymoon, it was the best decision. Hotel is absolutely beautiful, service is excellent and the beach is the best you can get. It was not full so we could enjoy the hotel at large. A very good thing is that it is located at walking distance from stores restaurants, the club zone from Cancun and also the pier to take the ferry if you want to got to Isla Mujeres or Cozumel. Rooms are big and very comfortable and since we were on honeymoon we got champagne and chocolate strawberries in our room, which I think it was a very nice touch from the hotel. Totally recommended
