Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

We loved our short, post Christmas trip for our family of 5 (mom, dad, 19, 17 and 15 yr old). We have a 2 bedroom infinite suite which was very nice and we liked the extras (free ferry tickets, spa, beach dinner, etc.) but it would have been a great time regardless. Highlights were (in order of importance): the weather, beach, amazing service from all staff, warm pools, dinners, proximity to airport, entertainment. We loved the ferry so close to visit isla mujeres and snacks at the pool. Coffee shop with treats and gelato was nice. Loved the matcha latte!! The buffets were only ok. Long lines for omelette, smoothies. Some hot food was barely warm but that’s not unusual at all inclusives and the staff was working so hard! I just went for fresh fruit mainly. It was busy and people “reserved chairs” but we always found a spot. Just move the towel and water bottle if no personal belongings. We liked the grocery store nearby for more sunscreen or beach accessories. I like to see new places, but if I was to plan another trip to Cancun, I would be very tempted to come back. Our last trip was to Beachs Turks & Caicos and we had a Butler room but this was better and less $$$. The staff at this resort were all phenomenal. They were so friendly, helpful and went above and beyond.

Enjoyed this Mariache band @La Joya. They were on point - big group &they each gave 125% effort on their instruments and singing. We enjoyed this band!

An absolutely incredible resort. The food is fantastic at every restaurant, including amazing desserts, the rooms are beautiful, the Gem spa is a world class spa with amazing massages, the pool is lovely and right next to white sand beaches. Also, all of the entertainment was top-tier, from the awesome mariachi band at La Joya, to the unbelievable fire show, to the great live music.. Truly the best hotel/resort I have ever been to. Highly highly recommended!

One of the best restaurants and hotel in Cancun! We will definitely go back in the future. Love the instruments and live music is awesome.🤩 Band sounded amazing and went around to each table and played for everyone personally. Hotel room was amazing and spacious, and very clean indeed. Around the hotel there are conveniently many stores. The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Room service was great too. The bathroom setup was very nice and spacious. I would very much recommend this hotel to another person who wanted a nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay.
