Great week away at the GFACB!!
My wife, my 8 year old son and I were at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach from April 24-May 1. We enjoyed the resort and their offerings. Food was great, tons of beach chairs available and the service was also great. A few of the staff who truly made our experience memorable were.. - Alberto Sanchez & Julio at the Havana Steak House. Alberto and Julio were our servers on 2 separate evenings and they did a great job making sure we were happy with our meals. - Gonzalo and Fernando at the sunset swim up bar took care of us for the week whenever we were thirsty. These guys are awesome. They always made sure my family had drinks and made me lots of oho-roho's and icebergs while I was enjoying the Mexican sunshine. They were very personable and a pleasure to speak to. Give Gonzalo and Fernando a raise!!! Yair was our server at the pool and he also did a great job making sure my family was fed when we wanted to order food to our beach chairs. - Luis and Roberto at the Tapenyaki restaurant were also amazing. Roberto the manager got us in when we didn't have a reservation and he made sure we had a great experience. Very nice guy. Luis was on the grill that night and he put on an amazing show for my wife, 8 year old son and I. The food was amazing. I would argue the steak was better here than it was at the steak house. Our favourite restaurant at the resort. Especially thanks to Luis and Roberto!! - Selene at the lobby bar was a super kind and great server. She is very personable and took great care of my family while we were in the lobby bar. Super smiley and always working hard - Selene is awesome! - Lastly - every morning I went into the Cora Cafe to get a coffee for my wife and I. Miguel, Lucia and Maria were all so friendly and helpful and gave us great service every morning. Very kind and great service at the Cora Cafe. Overall my family and I enjoyed the resort. The location was also amazing. We would return! Thanks so much to the staff at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach!

We had the beach cabana dinner, and Miguel and Eddie were great. The food and service were excellent and it was a beautiful setting.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
