The members of the group were awesome! Very talented and knew a wide variety of tunes. Super friendly and wonderful voices!

A truly disappointing stay so far
We are currently half way through our stay at GFACB and can honestly say this is our most disappointing stay in Mexico we have ever had. We were so excited to stay here and it has been such a let down. The service is almost non-existent. Servers stand around and walk right past us with offering nothing most the time. The pool service was almost non-existent our first day. I watched a server offer everyone around us drinks for over an hour. I ended up getting up and going to get our own. Our room wasn’t made up today. We came back at 4:00 pm to an unmade room despite seeing service in the hall and being gone most of the day. The food has been good. That is the only positive. All in all, this is disappointing and I wish we had chosen somewhere else. This just isn’t what we are used to when visiting Mexico. I’ve see other guests be treated better as I write this. What an unfortunate experience. We are friendly, we tip well, but something isn’t right here.

Great experience at Fiesta Americana
We had a great experience! The resort is very clean, the service was exceptional, and the food was solid for an all inclusive. Our family especially loved the mariachi band at La Joya restaurant!

Birthday dinner
Thee best dinning experience I’ve ever had! The violinist set the most romantic mood! The waiter’s & waitress were kind, quick to serve and friendly. It was my birthday and Jenifer performed an outstanding coffee show for our whole table. Chanti restaurant was by far my favorite here at Grand-fiesta Americana! Pablo our waiter gave us an inviting a welcoming experience. He even took some selfies with me to help celebrate my birthday. And finally, he brought out our chef Elias to introduce who made our fantastic meals! 10/10! ♥️

A Wonderful Experience
As a family of 6, we had the best time here. So much to do and all of the staff were wonderful. I personally was there to help with my 3 grandchildren while my son was busy working at times and my daughter in law was attending the Hope4Cancer clinic daily. The staff were very accommodating with my daughter in law who required a special diet. The girls at the Kids Club were amazing with the kids and kept them very busy at times. They do a wonderful job with the children. 🩷 And a special shout out to Alex, our bartender and waiter around the pool. He treated us like family. We miss him already. I would totally recommend this resort to anyone of any age. It’s amazing. 🤩

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
