Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

Our visit to La Joya Restaurant at La Fiesta Americana Coral Resort in Cancun was excellent. Our servers Danny and Alfredo were excellent and went above and beyond for our dinner reservation. We highly recommend Uddin at La Jolla for the amazing food, great service and excellent mariachi band that plays while you’re dining.

Excellent food and service everything is amazing

We had the most amazing time at this resort! It was our second time going, we went last year around the same time. We will definitely be coming back many more times over our lifetime. The geographical location, a.k.a. the heart of Cancun, is One big factor that we really like about this resort. The beach is perfect, not too many waves, beautiful, white sand, Clearwaters, even during sarrgasum season. It’s not too far from the airport, and is in a very touristy area so it feels very safe. Some reviews complain about the rooms, not being modern enough, but I don’t understand that. The rooms are all marble, a nice walk-in shower with l’occitaine products. There is a massive TV, you can’t cast to it unfortunately, but we brought a device with us so we could watch whatever show we want. If I’m not mistaken, every room has ocean visibility, so there Are no bad rooms. The bed is comfortable and feels nice and luxurious. The maids come every day, and they do turn down service at night also. The value is amazing, we booked through Costco which gave us a great discount plus a Costco gift card and a resort credit that we used in the spa. we went with the all-inclusive package, so we felt like we didn’t have to leave the resort the entire week that we were there- great value! This resort is also extremely clean well kept. This is a family resort, but all of the children are very well behaved and not noisy or anything like that. Definitely looking forward to our next stay! Now let’s talk about the food, everything we tried was amazing! There are so many restaurants and places to grab snacks at, and there’s 24 seven room service! You can even order food at the pool or beach… Or if you wanna get really fun, you can get or dinner on the beach and have some of the most delicious tacos! if you go to the steakhouse late enough, you get to see dancers perform which is a treat. The hibachi restaurant is also quite a show! All of the restaurants are amazing and all of the staff want nothing more than for you to have the time of your life. You really feel like royalty when you stay at this resort! And the whole resort smell smells amazing, they have aromatherapy boxes on every floor. There are also the most stunning floral arrangement all throughout the resort and beautiful plants outside. Can you tell I’m in love with this resort?

We had a wonderful stay and wanted to especially thank two team members who made our experience even better. First, a big thank you to Berenice at the front desk. We had two separate reservations for two rooms while traveling with family, and she kindly helped arrange for the rooms to be next to each other. That made everything so much easier for us, and we really appreciated her attention and care. We also want to thank Manuel Morales for his outstanding concierge service. He went above and beyond helping us with a lost item after our stay, and we were incredibly grateful for his responsiveness and support. His kindness and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you to the whole team for the hospitality. We truly appreciated the service and would be happy to stay here again!
