Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

I originally posted a review after our first visit in 2024, but unfortunately I can’t seem to find it. However, it’s never too late to share our experience again! ❤️ Let me begin by saying that Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach is absolutely beautiful! From the moment you arrive, everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. The service is truly exceptional, and they make you feel as though you are the only guests at the resort. That level of personal attention is exactly why we keep coming back! During our 2024–2025 stay, so many amazing employees went above and beyond to make our vacation unforgettable. 🌟 Luis Merlin — Jefe de Bares Luis made our stay truly remarkable! He went out of his way to make sure every bar and restaurant had ginger for us and continued to make sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. His attention to detail and kindness meant so much to us. 🌟 Luis — Lobby Bar Absolutely amazing service! Always went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed. 🌟 Carla — Pool Server Super, super service! Always friendly and attentive. 🌟 Raymundo — Pool Bar Excellent service! 🌟 Joel Santoyo — Pool Concierge Excellent, excellent, excellent! Joel was absolutely remarkable and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The combination of the gorgeous resort, amazing food, beautiful rooms, and—most importantly—the incredible people who work there is what makes Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach so special to us. No words. It is just amazing!! Pablo and Moises were amazing and provided out of the world service. It was my parents’ anniversary and Moises performed a magical fire desert experience!
