Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

This resort and spa in the heart of Cancun is truly an incredible retreat! From the beautiful setting and crystal, clear Caribbean waters to the amazing food, drinks, and exceptional service! This resort has everything you could want in a vacation. From our very first day, Irving Yair at the beach taco bar made us feel incredibly welcome. We arrived just 20 minutes before closing, and instead of making us feel rushed, he encouraged us to sit down, relax, and enjoy. With our toes in the sand, and waves just feet away!! We endulged with incredible skinny margaritas, lobster tacos, carne asada tacos, and chicken quesadillas! It was the perfect beginning to our stay! Irving Yair and Nah Kaox provided such warm, personalized service that we truly felt like we were the only guests there. The next day, Alex Galmich. took exceptional care of us at the main pool, treating us like VIPs all day long. What impressed us most was watching him give that same genuine, five-star attention to everyone around him. The level of service that he provided was some of the best we've experienced vacationing in Cancun! We also wanted to thank servers Chantel and Pool Consierge Hugo for their amazing and personable customer service. The resort itself is beautiful, immaculate, and has a sophisticated yet playful chic vibe that makes it incredibly easy to relax and recharge. We still have three days left, but we couldn't wait to share how wonderful our experience has been so far. Ms. Daniela Quiterio in the Sales Dept and the entire resort staff have already made such an impression that we're planning our next visit! This is definitely a 5 star resort!! Book and Enjoy!

My family and I had a gresttttt experience at Torii Restaurant. Our server Romualdo and our chef Ricardo were amazing. The food, drinks and service were exceptional. Highly recommend.

Toro was wonderful! Chef Edgar was so talented funny and made it so much fun! Romualdo was so helpful and attentive and very caring. The restaurant was so carful about our allergies and made this such a wonderful experience . We will definitely be back!
