An amazing experience with top level food, drinks and facilities. I rate this property better than Le Blanc! The formal Mexican, the French restaurant, the Steakhouse and Italian restaurants are a must. La Isla for lunch with their sea food was great. Their spa treatments were on point!

We stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach for a week and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort is beautiful, the food was amazing, and the service really stood out. A few people deserve special recognition. Mario, the pool concierge, was incredible throughout our stay and really helped make our time by the pool feel easy and enjoyable. Pablo and Ana at Chianti were also fantastic, and Michel and Valeria at Havana took great care of us as well. Their warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism made a big difference. The food across the resort was excellent and one of the highlights of the trip. The only real downsides were that the drinks did not always seem especially strong, and we did have an issue with a broken suitcase, but the resort repaired it, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a great week and would happily recommend Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality resort experience with excellent food and outstanding service.

Great stay here! Alejandro and Salvador made breakfast memorable as they took great care of us. The spa team including Margarita were great as well! All the staff were truly wonderful and I lived in luxury the 3 nights I stayed. I do wish there were more activities for adults but overall a very relaxing stay. Can’t wait to return!!

We arrived around 11 a.m. and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room right away. There was a minor issue with the first room, but the staff resolved it immediately and moved us to another room with an even better view. We stayed for four nights. One downside was that the main buffet was closed for two of those days, which was a bit disappointing. We also ordered room service several times during our stay. It usually arrived within about 30 minutes, but the quality varied. One morning the French toast was quite overcooked, and on a couple of occasions some items we ordered were forgotten. The highlight of our trip was the Kids Club. Our 4-year-old son wanted to go back every day, which says a lot. The staff were incredibly warm, patient, and engaging with the children. One of the team members even remembered his name, which made him feel especially welcome and comfortable. A special thank you to Gaby, Manu, Salma, Regina, Rebeca, Emilia, Jenny, and Jitzel for making his vacation so memorable. For families considering this resort, it's worth noting that the children's water play area is located inside the Kids Club rather than in the main pool area. Our son really enjoyed it, but some parents may want to know this in advance when comparing resorts. We would also like to recognize the restaurant reservation team. They were very accommodating and helped us secure earlier dinner times whenever possible, which made a big difference when traveling with a young child. Despite a few minor issues, the service throughout the resort was excellent. The Kids Club team and restaurant staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, and their efforts were a highlight of our stay.
