Top Notch Service!
Second time coming to this hotel. I really enjoy ending our nights at the lobby bar. Friday and Saturday they have a fun live band. The Aura Band is so much fun! Super interactive and the members are so much fun once you get to know them! Blanquita had our drinks flowing both nights. Her service is impeccable! I couldn’t believe she remembered us from our last trip. We also enjoyed eating dinner at La Joya. Rodrigo was our server and he was so fun! Can’t forget the great waiters outside by the pool and beach. Marcos and Alfredo were very hospitable. Vanessa was our concierge, she was extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

Wonderful hotel and fantastic kidz club
Vacationing at Grand Fiesta was such a treat, especially with a 4 year old. The food was great, pools were lovely, and beach was beautiful, but most of all, the kids club made a huge difference as our 4 year old daughter loved it! The staff members (Gaby, Manu, Salma, Ale, Regina, Rebeca and Jitzel) were sooo good with our daughter and all the kids. Our daughter woke up every morning wanting to go to the kids club, and we get to relax by the pool.

Easy family vacation spot
We have 2 kids, ages 4 and 1. So vacations are often more work than fun. But our stay here at Grande Fiesta Coral Beach Cancun was as relaxing as you can get at this stage of life. It’s the first time we looked at each other and said, let’s just come back here next time. Special thanks to Gabby and all the great teachers at the Coral Beach KidZ Club who treated our daughter like a celebrity!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
