Beautiful experience
Our stay at this hotel was experience of our life time. We loved everyday. The best part pas kidz club for us. Their staff are amazing and took good care of our 3year old kid while we enjoyed the amenities at this resort. Special thanks to Diana at Kids club has been superb and took food care while dined at adult only restaurants. Our kid loved playing with them. Gaby, Manu, Salma, Regina, Rebeca, Emilia and Jitzel all took good care of at kids club. Thanks a lot for such an amazing vacation. You gave us good reason to come to Americana Grand Fiesta coral beach, in addition to great restaurants, hospitality, beach and swimming pool

Best show food and service at Chianti restaurant
Chianti restaurant was amazing. Great food and The most excellent service from both Pablo and Miguel. They treated us like kings from the moment we arrived. We were extremely spoiled. They even put on a show with the coffee; a must see. Thank you Pablo and Miguel!

Excellent service! Treated like a King & Queen!
Pablo and Miguel were amazing at the Chianti Restaurant. We celebrated our honeymoon there, and it's been the best so far! Very happy with the service they provided, and the food was really yummy! We highly recommend this restaurant.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
