Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

One of the best restaurants and hotel in Cancun! We will definitely go back in the future. Love the instruments and live music is awesome.🤩 Band sounded amazing and went around to each table and played for everyone personally. Hotel room was amazing and spacious, and very clean indeed. Around the hotel there are conveniently many stores. The staff at the hotel were very nice and friendly. Room service was great too. The bathroom setup was very nice and spacious. I would very much recommend this hotel to another person who wanted a nice, clean, and relaxing place to stay.

Vitalino is the best! Dinner and a show!! Great performance, very engaging! We would choose Vitalino for every dinner!

Mariachi Aventura entertainment is top notch in La Joya restaurant. Service was as great as the food. Everything was Excellent. Get the molé!

My family of 5 just had an amazing vacation at the Grand Fiesta Americana! We had an adjoining room on the 10th floor with amazing views. I had read the rooms were outdated, but we didn’t have any problems with the room or decor. It was simple and clean! The door to the bathroom stuck a bit, but that was the only thing that looked dated. We loved the twice a day attention and turn down service. The ocean and pool were amazing!! No seaweed at all in the ocean. We would camp out on the chairs by the ocean and migrate to the pool. You do have to claim seats in the morning, but the staff is great at policing this and helping you find spots. We loved all the dinner spots we ate at. The hibachi is especially fun! Upon arrival we made reservations for every night with no issues. My kids (21,18,14) and us enjoyed karaoke too! We did have the Infinite Club and I do think it’s worth it. We had a private check-in and I loved the lighter bites and small plates they would have throughout the day since we like to eat lighter in the day and a big dinner. The reserved chairs for infinite at the beach were a prime location and so comfy! The service was amazing too. Roosevelt was our favorite server and took great care of us!! The gym was also very nice. Treadmills facing the ocean and a wide variety of equipment. There was even a “crossfit room”, and a squat rack. Overall amazing experience!!

The negatives, the female & male working the ice scream place by the lobby (12-12-25, 10:15 pm), and the female (Martha) and male working the dinner reservations desk (12-13-25) were miserable. As a multi-business owner, I would never allow my staff to treat our customers so rudely. Now, the positives: the food was terrific, and most of the staff were excellent. Thank you to: Diana (server), Wiburth (server), Jose (pool server), Anai (pool ceviche), Kimberly (crepes and churros), and all the room service servers. The great food and the excellent service by most employees make this Hotel our favorite.
