Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

My new husband and I came here for our honeymoon. Night one we enjoyed some Sushi for dinner and it blew us away, we came back another 2 times. Erick, Josue, + Javier did a fantastic job serving & preparing the food. Delicious every time !! We cannot wait to come back again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Coral Beach. The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Elics Y, Ana, and Carolina at Chianti for being so friendly, attentive, and welcoming. They made our dining experience truly enjoyable. We have had the pleasure of staying at The Fiesta Americana Grand Coral Beach Resort in Cancun. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning views of clear blue water, and has a very relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. What truly sets this resort apart is its incredible staff. Mr. Joan, at check-in, was personable, professional, and accommodating, which set the good vibes for our stay. A special thanks to our pool servers, Luis, Chantel, and Alex G. Each of these individuals provided such incredible, professional, and VIP service, all day, every day! Their kind and personable nature quickly made us feel like family. Hugo, Pool Concierge, was so hospitable and went out of his way to make us feel like we were the only guests. He secured our pool chairs and towels every day, as well as provided fun floaties for the pool, checking in with us often to ensure we were enjoying everything. All the restaurants were fantastic, fun, and delicious. You really must do the Teppanyaki restaurant, Torii. The chefs are amazing and do impressive knives and fire tricks while they cook your delicious meal in front of you! The lobster and shrimp enchiladas are heavenly at Isla Contoy restaurant. Chianti, their Tuscan Italian restaurant is sure to please! Gerardo, Moses, and team went out of their way to make our anniversary so special! The resort also has a weekly outside Mexican Fiesta that is so much fun, with live entertainment, vibrant and colorful costumes, and delicious authentic Mexican delicacies. The daily brunch is an excellent choice as well, serving both authentic Mexican dishes as well as American favorites. Our server, Salvador, greeted us every day with a big smile, remembered our beverage preferences and provided such excellent service, which kept us looking forward to coming back each day! You will enjoy all the dining options at the resort for sure! The individuals mentioned above went above and beyond in our eyes and played such a key role in creating such a memorable experience for us, which we plan on sharing with all our family and friends! They were truly invested in making every day even more special than the last. We cannot wait to return to see all our new amigos! We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful resort, stunning clear blue ocean views, and more! The level of hospitality and personalized service we received is something special that we feel everyone needs to experience! Enjoy!

The service was impeccable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, especially to our kids. Will be coming back for sure.

Edgar was a great host, super good skill at cooking and entertainment. I would love to be hosted by him again.
