Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

We had the best time at this resort! I picked it because after a lot of research. We were looking for a place with great food, a good Kids Club (and for my daughter who is about to be five), and beautiful water/beach. This place lived up to it all. It's a bit dauntig to have to make reservations at all restaurants right away, as youn also want to factor in the activities/find out the evening schedule for shows, but the food was wonderful. Each restaurant is unique. I don't want to ruin the surprises of some of the shows at them, but these were special. There were good musicians in the lobby, and the silent disco was fun. Unfortunately most of the other shows don't start until 9pm and although my daughter stays up late, that is a bit too late to start. We did get to watch the water show from our balcony though. It was very good! The Kidz Club was amazing!! Special shout out to Salma who was so attentive and made my daughter feel very special. You can tell she loves her job. So many of the kids club staff were amazing though too. We broke our pińata purse and Jessica helped us glue it back together:) Also, Yishel in the activity services was wonderful, and noticed it was almost my daughter's bday, and brought her a Barbie and card. Bingo and Karaoke were great too. It is nice that the beach is so close. There isn't room to take a walk on the beach, but it's convenient. We did have a noise issue nour last ight with a group next door, but the staff were very responsive when we called down. We would defiitely return here!

loved isla de contoy, we had the best fried fish and a delicious recommendation of tapioca. mr. alejandro and his team not only gave us really good recommendations but brought us warm water to clean our hands after eating. very kind. we were also informed that chef jesus and chef david made our perfect fish

I can’t say enough about this Resort We love the resort BUT WE LOVE THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE they go over and beyond to make your stay extra special Angeles At concierge is full of any kind of information needed . Breakfast at Buffett restaurant is a great way to start your day , Andres is a hoot always so cheerful. La capitana Coty is a love ! Wilbert and Salvador went beyond to make sure u felt loved. Then let’s move to the pool area at the sunset bar Luis REALLY AN AMAZING waiter NEVER forgot us with our next drink Un TIPASO MICHOACANO !!!!! All the restaurants were so yummy El Capitan Raul at steakhouse really made sure his staff had everything to perfection Our waiter Julio Cesar was amazing waiter El Capitan Alejandro and his avengers never disappoints with his beautiful smile ! And Santos always kept our drinks full And who doesn’t like a good room service , Thank you eddy and Francisco for delivering our warm coffee fast and all the extras Isabel at lobby bar was always so sweet and attentive And my sweet Jesus at La Jolla always remembers our names and my favorite song !!! ABRIL was a very nice hostess at La Jolla Great nightly Entertainment Don’t FORGET TO TASTE THE MESKALITAS DRINKS If i could give it 10 stars I would Happy 29 years to Us LOS GARCIAS

My husband and I have been coming to this hotel for many years. Never disappointing. Excellent concierge desk. Salvador, Manuel, Claudia, Yukiko, Viri and all others are extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ask any question and you’ll get the right answer immediately. Pretty good food and drinks in all restaurants. Amazing bar. Bianca and Isabelle who work there always remember the drinks we like, always can recommend some new drinks. Their kind personalities will definitely make your evening very pleasant. We love the Sunrise Bar near the pool. Always order drinks and lunch to the beach. We fell in love with Claudia who delivers drinks and food to us. She knows everything about the menu, is very friendly, and from the first day remembered what we liked. Claudia is very attentive to all details and never forgets even smallest things. I really hope to see her again ext time when we will come to Fiesta.
