Spectacular
Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún exceeded every expectation. From the cold towels at check-in to the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered, the service was outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and room service was unforgettable—our first night they set up dinner on our balcony overlooking the ocean. Activities were plentiful and complimentary, adding so much value. Special thanks to the beach crew who cleared seaweed daily in the heat with smiles on their faces. And the wonderful lifeguard, who saved my life, pulled me out of the ocean!! This resort is truly luxurious, welcoming, and unforgettable. Highly recommend.

Sun Fun and Friendship
Wemy 5 ladies friends and I weren’t going to go to Sushi Bar because it was a Mexico Independence Day, but it rained on us. Our next choice for dinner and celebrating the Mexican Independence Day was going to Sushi Bar. Our host, Roberto, was very helpful and informative. The food was excelenté👍🌧️And to top it off he brought us Mexcal to celebrate the Independence Day. It was fire!!!! Thank you Grand Fiesta Americano Coral and Roberto.

Miquel , David, and Jonathan at the Basilica restaurant at the hotel were excellent waiters . Food was amazing at the five star restaurant, service amazing

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
