Domingues Family, July 1–10, 2026 (Rooms 1115, 1122, 1125, 1126) Our family has been coming to this specific hotel for the last 35 years and never once doubted the choice. In Cancún, the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún Resort & Spa has been our one and only vacation house. What impresses us is that after all these years it still stands with the same look. The amenities, rooms and restaurants are constantly being upgraded, renovated and maintained, but never at the cost of the charm that brought us here in the first place. The result is a unique experience of comfort and joy. Being an all-inclusive hotel, it is very convenient for our family of eleven, with different ages and different preferences. The restaurants and bars offer a huge variety of food, desserts and drinks all day long, and dinner is an experience our family enjoys together among the many wonderful choices available. But what really ensures our perfect stays is the staff. Words can't describe the exceptional service they provide. You will always be greeted with a broad smile, kind words and a polite attitude. Our experience starts long before our arrival, with the warm support and impeccable care of our dearest Vanessa Marlin, from the Vacation Club, who goes above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. She prepares everything, from room choices to restaurant reservations, so we can enjoy every minute. This review is for Le Basilic and for Johnathan and Miguel who did an amazing job servicing us for the evening. The experience was one of a kind and we recommend to everyone who visits Cancun. The food and service is something you will remember for a lifetime.

This restaurant was fantastic!!! The service and the sushi, fried ice cream dessert was wonderful. Gilberto and Jose were so attentive and made great suggestions from the menu.
