Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

Overall: Highly DO NOT Recommend. Service like a 1 Star hotel. Food like a 2 star. Rooms like a 3 star. Location 4 star. Absolutely horrible experience as a customer. Starting from arriving in lobby , a small queue but took 40 minutes to get our turn and even after getting a turn another 20-30 minutes. Once u have a key you are then suppose to reserve your restaurants which has subpar food quality which took another 40-50 minutes in line. So all in all took 2 hours just to get started. If you are traveling with kid/s, it's frustrating. your day 1 which is suppose to be unwinding and relaxing goes into standing in a queue. I am surprised how the management isn't seeing this. The staff doing reservation weren't that helpful either, you have to ask all sort of questions in order to get some good information out of them , not sure why that's the case. Also they will just point you to scan the QR code. "Ofcourse everything is in it and you are sitting there to say that" Nice. Rooms were decent. The beach and pool are well maintained, and the property overall has a nice vibe, but the service and food really let the experience down. We've stayed at many similar resorts before, and this was by far the worst. The pool bar service was especially disappointing. Staff barely engaged with guests, and the drinks were some of the worst we've had. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared for a tough time communicating. One tip: tipping upfront seems to get you faster, better drinks, the difference was noticeable. Front desk and bar staff were generally rude, though there were some exceptions. A few staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, even without speaking English. As for food, vegetarian options were seriously lacking, and overall quality felt subpar. The desserts and ice cream at Coral Cafe were particularly disappointing. As people who love coffee and pastries, this was hands down the worst we've encountered. While checking out we were asked to pay 75 USD as our 3 year old had almost lost the wristband. My wife was able to recover from the purse but again ridiculous. And fully avoid working with W2M as ur transportation. I would advise to look for other options if you are traveling with kid/kids and if you would like to have some good food.

Great experience. Although food options are limited but quality of food was great. The rooms were very good and had great sea views. The best part of the stay was the Kidz club. They took such great care of the kids when we planned to enjoy the pool, beach and shopping for ourselves, that is also important. I wish they increase their restaurant options as an all inclusive hotel.

Beautiful resort, great restaurant selections, and welcoming staff! Carlos at the Sunset Pool was very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service to us all week! Jorge at the breakfast buffet was very welcoming and accommodating to find us a great spot to enjoy breakfast. Sara at the front desk was very warm, friendly and welcoming when we arrived, guiding us through what we needed to do. Breakfast buffet had the best selection every morning. It was a wonderful week of being pampered. The shows every night were incredible!! Mny restaurant choices and was handy to book reservations right away. Rooms slightly outdated but resort was clean with a hard working staff.

The staff went above and beyond to make our vacation special and memorable! The manager in the Infinity lounge was able to change our dinner resi to a more agreeable time slot for our family! April at the front desk helped me with ALL of my questions! Jonathan at La Basilic made our formal dinner very special and memorable!! This was our first time at an All Inclusive and we were a little nervous about the food quality, but our food experience at this resort was really really good! The mixology class with the chef from Argentina was so much fun and we learned SO much and we are forever her fans because of what she taught us about how to make non-alcoholic mock-tails!! The service at the beach was outstanding and we never had an issue getting a beach lounger and umbrella and service!! Everyone was SO happy and accommodating and the property grounds were beautiful. Our room was spacious and really cleaned. The couch was sticky for some reason all over and we thought maybe because of the humidity in the air, but it was so minor and not a bother. It would be nice to have more seating outside on the large patio and maybe even some comfortable sofa and comfortable chairs with umbrella type thing.

The show was wonderful and the food was fantastic! Bitalino was amazing!!!
