Good
Service is good, pools are good. Some food is good but some restaurants’s food has space to improve. A lot of shows there are, fire show iOS excellent. Kids club is good my little one enjoy his activities in it.

Incredible days in cancun
It was wonderful 7 days . All the personel are incredible, all the staff treat you with kindness and hapiness. Also the region have a special magic. The color of the sea so amazing. So if you think to go , just came.

Vitalino was excellent and very entertaining . Lots of fun and great meal. Strongly recommend. Kids loved watching Vutalino

Great hotel
Great experience, good food, lots of food choices Clean warm pools, great beaches. Good service, where ever we were, in restaurants or by the pool or even by the beach. They were there for us.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
