The best dinner so far
Aside from an amazing trip so far, our dinner at Torii was amazing. Edgar, our chef, was not just entertaining, but the food was delicious. Highly, highly recommend asking to sit with him.

Had another great time.
We have been to other hotels in Cancun many times. After visiting GFACB in 1992, we keep returning to GFACB as we are NEVER disappointed with the service, cleanliness, food, pool, beach, etc. After over two dozen visits, we have NEVER had a problem or a bad time there. We just returned from out August vacation there with my daughter and her husband. Another wonderful visit. I would like to praise some of the staff there for really making our trip a great one. We met the La Joya manager, Gabriel. What a funny, kind and professional host he is ! Outstanding ! Fernando, the bartendder at the La Joya bar was great to talk to abot tequilas and mezcal. He was so good we returned to sit at the bar three evening in a row. Outsider at the pool we were lucky enough to have Brennis as our server. Attentive. Fast. And gave us some wonderful recommendations for drinks and ceviche. We had breakfast every morning and we met Wilberth, super nice and worked very hard to make our breakfast a nice experience each time. Again, by the pool area, we met Paulina. So busy, so fast, so nice. We were extremely pleased with her service to our group. Evenings, after dinner, we were in the Lobby bar and we were served by Blanca. We cannot say enough for her customer service. We purposely looked for her area each time we were in the lobby and we were never disappointed. Finally, all of our dinners were excellent, and I forgot to write down our server at La Joya, but our dinner at Isla Contoy was highlighted by Iyali (I may have spelled her name wrong) and Isaias. Iyali recommended dinner options and they were right on. Her service was suberb. As was Isaias. He did a great job too. Of course, our room and turn down was great and we did not meet out cleaners but we were sure to provide propina for them. We will be back to GFACB soon. Its just a wonderful place to visit, relax and recharge.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
