20 year anniversary
Had a great time for our 20 year anniversary trip excellent accommodations, food and beverages. The pools are fantastic. The location is amazing and everyone is extremely nice. Thank you Jackie, Daniel and Andrea who hosted activities for us, made the trip special! We enjoyed painting and the arts activities most of all. They setup a special place for us to paint and celebrate our anniversary - great memories. Thank you!! 🙏

La Joya with Fernando
We went to La Joya and our server fernando gave us the full experience and he was the best server. You have to try and the tres leches cake was so good.

My wife and I were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Fresia, Raul, Flor, & Rojelio gave us the absolute best experience we have had in Cancun yet. They recommended the best food (these were the best tacos I’ve ever had) and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much!

Most memorable first time experience
We had the most wonderful time at the La Basilia restaurant. Jonathan, Marcel and Gerardo made the experience memorable. Very attentive to detail, making sure our time was top notch. The extra touches will be remembered.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!
