Great dinner at Torii
Great dinner at Torii. Vitalino was excellent chef preparing and serving the dinner. Good skill and fun time had for everyone at the table!

Delicious food, Excellent wait staff.
We ate at La Basilic in the resort. The atmosphere was intimate, quiet, and formal. The set 6 course meal was an incredible mix of flavors and reasonable portions. The service was amazing. Jonathan explained what each course was and the best way to integrate the flavors. Our glasses were never empty, he was very friendly, and made the experience impeccable. While eating, there was a piano player and two ballet dancers. The whole experience was amazing. We will definitely do this again.

Vitalino is an amazing host/chef/human/genius
Vitalino is a talented chef and host! We had a lot of laughs while enjoying dinner. We enjoyed the show and the food. The atmosphere in Torii Hibachi Grill is lively and engaging. This was our first Hibachi dining experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

One of the best steakhouses in an all inclusive resort
Yair and Erick were the best servers at Havana Steakhouse! Super attentive, friendly, and gave fantastic recommendations. We left very full and happy. Great experience!

Staff was rude and condescending
Decor is old, the staff was rude, the food was not worth the cost and requires a reservation but can’t make a reservation until you checkin. We got stuck with a 9 or 9:30 reservation our 1st night because nothing else was available and we were rushed out of the restaurant because the kitchen closed at 10. I bought 3 suites for my 50th birthday, including the honeymoon suite with a terrace, I wanted to have brunch with my family (6 of us) on the terrace one more and they did not want to allow us to order room service to one room. The staff was difficult but pretended to be nice about it. The only authentically nice and pleasant experience was at the hibachi restaurant and spa. I regret going here and wished I had picked one of the other resorts I’ve already stayed at and enjoyed.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
