The best place in Cancún.
This was our second visit to Cancún, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The service and dining were excellent and truly worthy of a five-star resort. It is definitely worth the value.

What a place!
We've had so much fun at all of the restaurants, each with their own live music like a violinist at the Italian and our very own mariachi band at the Mexican restaurant La Joya. They were excellent and played for each of the tables that wanted them to and La Joya in particular is a beautiful spot.

Very delicious food and great service! Our waiter was Fernando and Pablo. They are very attentive and nice. Always checking on us and making us feel welcome. They have mariachis come and play your favorite songs! Like Bamba, Tequila, and other ones. Of course classics too as ai love Vincente Fernandez. All good food! They can accommodate anyone. My sister is picky and just got fish with no sauces. The food here is not spicy at all. If you want spicy they can add to your liking.

Best time at this resort! Highlight was definitely La Jolla restaurant and the AMAZING mariachi band. What a special and authentic experience!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
