I highly recommend this hotel; all its areas are luxurious and the staff made us feel right at home.
We had a wonderful family vacation the hotel is beautiful and the cleanliness is excellent. The shows are good but not spectacular. The restaurants are luxurious and the food is delicious. Thanks to Darío from the entertainment team for getting my children involved in the activities they had a lot of fun playing soccer and water polo. The waiters do a fantastic job: Alma, Alex, and Carmen.

Poor quality drinks and food
Location is very good Food isn’t good, lines to get access to Buffett Drinks at all bars are watered down and not genuine I will not recommend all inclusive in this hotel. Not worth what was paid

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
