Amazing kids’ club—the highlight of our family vacation! We stayed at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach in Cancun for five nights in October 2026 with our three children. The food was great, and we had a wonderful stay, but the kids’ club was the absolute highlight for our family. As parents, being able to leave our children somewhere they felt happy and we felt confident they were safe made such a difference. The staff took wonderful care of them, and the variety of activities throughout the day kept them engaged and having an amazing time. Specifically, Miss Regyna, Selma, Rebecca were awesome. It gave us the chance to relax and enjoy some time together, knowing our kids were enjoying their vacation just as much as we were. Anyone traveling with three children knows how valuable that is! A huge thank-you to the kids’ club team. You made this a real vacation for the parents, too! We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to families.

Amazing resort! Everything exceeded our expectations

Overall service : 3/5, some staffs were rude , some were unknowldegable Clean: 4/5 , old resort , always have wet slippery floors , a lot of insect bites Kids club: 5/5 small area to play, but the staffs were extremely friendly Food: 3/5 not great tasting, no options to eat for breakfast and lunch. No app to book dinner Private dinner at the beach:5/5 , starlight camp . It’s a new program, our kids club staffs helped coordinate, played games and had a private magic show. It was so much fun for my toddler. Highly recommend this activity. Not expensive even if it’s out of pocket, we have resort credits to use it on with no additional service charge.

Came here to celebrate my daughters 15 years! The staff made sure she felt extra special at every restaurant we went. They upgraded us to the highest floor with ocean view. The location of this hotel is amazing for any of your go to last min needs like you forgot shampoo or sunscreen there’s a chedraui (supermarket) literally accross the street. The atmosphere is phenomenal! The service beyond amazing! The food is seriously delicious our favorite restaurant is the Italian (Chianti) Pablo and Adelayda were so sweet to us and very attentive we felt like royalty.
