Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach

Pablo and his team were amazing. They showed my family great service. Everything was simply excellent and perfect. The food @ Chianti was mind blowing. Pablo helped make this dinner very memorable for my children who were celebrating their 4th birthday.

We can hear for a family wedding and the resort is beautiful. I think a solid 4 days here is enough though and make sure you make reservations for dinner upon check in. There’s plenty of pools and beach spots to enjoy your day and the location is super convenient. Highly recommend going to the hibachi place for dinner. Our cook put on such a fun performance. Shout out to Vitalino for making the experience memorable. I also enjoyed the food at the pool and the ceviche spot.

Amazing family trip for Fall Break with a 16 year old girl and two 15 year old boys. The staff were amazing, every single person was friendly and overly eager to serve. We did a private snorkel trip out to a few reefs and saw some incredible sea life. We just booked it with one of the guys there on property and it leaves from right there on the beach. The food was probably the biggest surprise, we couldn't believe how good it was. We've been to other all inclusives where the food was sub par, but Grand Fiesta over delivered in that department, definitely one of the highlights. Definitely recommend!

It is our second time staying at this resort and we are disappointed with the service. On the night we arrived we went to the buffet around 930pm (the buffet close at 1030pm). The staff stationed at the indoor grill rolled his eyes at us when we asked for a piece of food and made am impolite sound with his lips. We would understand if it's closed or something but it is not necessary to be rude to people. In the next morning we went to the beach and wanted to open the umbrella. It was broken so we thought maybe we should let someone know. There were three waiters at the bikini bar and one of them said he will have a look, never showed up. Other hotel guests and the construction staff helped up to open another umbrella. Also you get dirty looks when you say no to the wine list (extra charge) at the Italian restaurant. Many more things that I'm not gonna list here. We really enjoyed our stay back in 2023, it was a lot busier but the service was excellent. It is sad to see how much it has slipped. I recommended this resort to my colleagues and they booked a stay in February. Now I feel like an idiot to recommend this place, and have to tell them to look somewhere else.
