Had an amazing experience at this hotel
This is a great hotel! Location is perfect, towards the end of the tip, beach has white fine sand, swimmable safe waters, no shortage of lounge chairs. Food is amazing, service is excellent. Turn down service every night is a nice surprise. A little dated but very clean. Highly recommend!

A great night at La Joya in the grand fiesta americana coral beach
La joya restaurant in the hotel was fun and delicious. Fernando, our server, was the best! Great service and a beautiful restaurant.

Phenomenal family vacation spot
I can’t recommend this resort more! From the most phenomenal kids club I’ve ever seen (shoutout to Gaby, Diana, Manu, Fiona, Salma, Ale, and Jotzel! The kindest caretakers) , to wonderful dining options, a beautiful beach and pool… I could go on and on but for a family looking for a balanced vacation , great location, and wonderful overall experience. Highlights - mariachi at La Hoya, beach front dining tacos, kids club, kids arcade, breakfast buffet and the smoothie bar, and swim up bars with fresh passion fruit drinks Thank you!!

Amazing Cooking Show
My family and I went out for a dinner at a Torii restaurant. And the whole experience left us with a pleasant surprise thanks to a fascinating cooking show performed by a charismatic master of his craft- Mr. Vitalino. The show was organised in an interactive and creative way that literally grabbed everyone’s attention, and made the dinner, which came afterwards, even more delightful. All the best to Mr. Vitalino and the entire Torii team.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
