Beautiful vacation!
We stayed at the resort dec31-jan7. This is our second time stay, We love the place, kids have fun, pools are warm, rooms are clean, service is amazing. Food in the restaurants is perfect, so delicious. I would like to say special thanks Mr. Carlos at Italian restaurant, Elias and Jennifer at Chanti restaurant, Inaki Louis, Fernando and Monica at Havanna (steak house) restaurant. They did OUTSTANDING service, very professional people!

A must go to in Cancun - Chianti Restaurant!
We had such an amazing experience at Chianti! Elias and Jennifer gave such excellent service and a spectacular show with our Mayan coffee and flaming cake. They made our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun. The chef Pablo Caamal was extraordinary! His culinary skills are definitely worth experiencing! Bravo!

Le Basilic restaurant - the real jem in this hotel
What is the really special in this hotel is the French restaurant Le Basilic. You have to pay around $85 per person when you book the dinner. They offer a set degustation menu - some 10 dishes. Every dish is a culinary masterpiece. If you chouse to book also special vines to some of the dishes, it would cost you additional $70 per person. We took the regular vines, that were good enough. The service was flawless, and you get a short ballet dance as an entertainment. It was our best experience from the stay. As a frequent visitor of Michelin stars restaurants, I wonder, why Le Basilic still does not have at least one Michelin star.

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
