Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! We stayed for three week and was so well taken care of! From the restaurants, to the pool area, to the bartenders (shout out to Marco at the downstairs bar!) The spa is simply amazing - like you are transported to another world! You won't want to leave. The biggest highlight was kids club. Our 4 yr old would beg to go every single day. They have the main one during the day that had so many wonderful activities, ranging from arts, dance, cooking and more, to the evening one that was available starting at 6. Every single team member was amazing and treated our little one so well. We specifically made it a point to go see them the day we were leaving so we could give hugs. We'll be back before the end of the year for another stay!

More than a summer vacation!
We debated various hotels & resorts in the Cancun area and are so glad that we settled on Grand Fiesta Americana. The price point makes it more than a simple summer getaway, it was an investment for our family. And worth it! The atmosphere is relaxing and elegant (once we learned the rules, like men have to wear sleeves in the buffet!). The pool is pristine, the beach was the cleanest that we've seen... especially with the sargassum issues plaguing the Riviera Maya. My kids loved the shows, my mom loved the classes, my husband loved the drinks, and I loved the pool. There was something for everyone!

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
