Fun Relaxing unforgettable Vacation Spot
Fun Relaxing Beautiful Stay but THE SERVICE WAS AMAZING shout out to Cesar at Breakfast Buffet ! Rene José Miguel at pool side we’re over the top great They were always very attentive Geyser & Ramses at the bottom level bar were so wonderful ! And of course Eva always made us feel special Angeles made our reservations for dinners and made sure they knew our special event being celebrated Beautiful Resort but the PEOPLE GIVING SERVICE MADE IT EXTRA SPECIAL La Jolla Restaurant was amazing delicious

Best vacations ever!
One of the most awesome experience with our family and the service was excellent!!! Alma, Alejandra and the chef Migue are the best!!!! I highly recommend it ☺️ everything was really good and tasty specially the rice!! Also de show of the chef was very fun!!

Bad service at Nah K'aax
Don't reserve a table at Nah K'aax "gourmet tacos". 35 minutes just to take your order. An hour and thirteen minutes to get appetizers. They like to seat couples on the beach. Expect that you will have sand in your food and drinks because of strong wind.

Traveled with family
To begin with, the hotel appeared to be quite old from the outside, even before we entered. Upon check-in, we were informed that reservations were required for all restaurants except the buffet, which did not appeal to us. When we arrived at our room, the view was stunning, but the room itself seemed outdated. The sink was clogged, and the bathtub leaked throughout our entire stay. We attempted to make reservations for the restaurants, but most were fully booked or did not accommodate our three-year-old daughter. The service we received was not particularly welcoming, and the food was not enjoyable. Regrettably, this has been our most disappointing stay to date. While Cancun is a beautiful destination, I believe our experience would have been significantly better if we had chosen a different resort. I must express my profound sadness and disappointment in this regard.

Francisco and his partner were so nice and generous. I satisfied his service and food was so good also :) I appreciated and was impressed on his service. Salad and steak was delicious and recommended wine also so nice. Everything were perfect to celebrate my family trip

This hotel is luxurious and beautiful! The staff was always gracious and helpful and encouraged my attempts at speaking Spanish! :) The fresh flowers were lovely, the pool was marvelous, and the food for our conference was scrumptious!

Loved the hotel, our stay was wonderful! Everyone did an excellent job. The food was phenomenal. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was so nice and helpful. Thank you for a great, amazing stay. I have already recommended the resort to all my friends and coworkers! We will be back!
