Food allergy here; 1st time in MX I haven’t become sick. All Club 91 concierges helped especially Eduardo (“Lalo”) and Franco, Alejandra, Krystal, Ludin, Francisco, Marco and Brenda. My angel chefs were Mario, Carolina, Angel and Luis. ♥️

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. My girlfriend and I went from May 3-7th and from the second we walked in we were treated more like royalty than a regular guest. We arrived at the hotel and the doors are always held open for you and they grabbed our bags right away! The pool is absolutely amazing and is our favorite part of the hotel. We went there every day of our stay and Jorge was awesome and we talked about the canelo fight that happened and a bunch of other stuff. The in room dining chicken fajita is amazing, gustino the Italian restaurant was the best chicken parm I ever had in my life. The room we had too was absolutely amazing. The views of the ocean were stunning and we would never get tired of it. The pizzeria is also really good and Jose was awesome in the pizzeria. Also the room attendants are also 5 star, when they came into our room to clean they even folded all of our clothes! We went to the 16 speakeasy on our last night and they had great mango and strawberry margaritas. Overall a 5/5 stay Cristian at the front desk was very great too. My girlfriend and I both speak Spanish but even if you don’t the employees all know English and are great. Thank you again JW Cancun you made our stay the best stay we have ever had and I promise we will be back one day.

Went for a long weekend in late April. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the fantastic property and ambiance, to the outstanding restaurants (esp. the Italian), to the incredible people and customer service. A special thank you and recognition to Jose on the Bell staff; Eddie and Francisco in the Italian restaurant; and Sergio and Abiel on the Pool wait staff. Fantastic! I highly recommend the JW Marriott Cancun and will look forward to going back!

The hotel is beautiful, amenities great, and the view is gorgeous, but JW Marriott shines because of the staff. Check in was a breeze after our lobg, multi-leg flight. In the spa Rebecca, Manuel, Antonia, Xchoxl and many others took care of all our needs. The yoga teacher Martin was very knowledgeable and showed us a daily routine that I’m still practicing 4 months later! :) Gracias, Martin! The massage therapist Alejandra was highly professional, provided superior treatments, and good advice for long term health. I recommend the mud pack. Definitely worth it!! All of the spa staff is educated beyond their roles. Very knowledgeable on health & wellness. Our room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day. Always spotless. The lavish breakfast was always served with a smile. I noticed how the staff maintained their high level of hospitality, even with difficult guests. We loved the Italian restaurant onsite. Gustav and Orlando were brothers from another mother. Their marvelous teamwork service kept the plates coming and the wine flowing. The live saxophone entertainment rounded off a magical evening. Thank You, JW Marriott staff! You make the hotel better than all the others.

Beth, who is the cashier in the gift shop is an outstanding employee. Her people skills are superb as is her English. She always had a friendly smile and even remembered our names. She went above and beyond when we had a problem with a receipt. She retrieved the receipt for us and answered our questions. Beth is very helpful!
