Imagery and reviews do not do this hotel, its facilities and its staff justice. We went on a girls' weekend and had an amazing time. I never tend to use the concierge service but have never been to Cancun before so relied heavily on Miguel for recommendations, reservations, etc. He booked the most amazing dinners and experiences for us. He also made sure that each place knew our special occasion, and everyone made us feel so welcome. The beach (gorgeous water) and pool were nice and the staff was on hand to meet every wish with a smile. We had so much fun! The cocktails and food were delicious. Highly recommend this hotel, and I will be back again... maybe I won't even need to leave the hotel premises next time. That's how nice of a stay it was!

Excellent stay. I had stayed a few years prior when it was still operated by The Ritz so I was keen to see what it was like under the Kempinski umbrella and it was just as fabulous. The staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in the presidential suite which was huge, clean and comfortable. The whole experience from start to finish was great - location was also great. We are now busy booking our next holiday and will stay at another Kempinski as they do such a incredible job.

We have been visiting this property since it was the Ritz Carlton, now it is the Kempenski. Still an 5 star property with the same staff just different name. We always book a seafront suite and it’s a perfect for us and two little ones. This property has the most beautiful beach front. The chairs are spaced out and you have your slice of the beautiful blue clear waters. Every year we frequent at least twice. This has to be one of our favorite family destinations. My kids are always asking when can we go back to Cancun. Ruben the concierge is absolutely amazing always arranging anything we need and making us feel like family. Edgar on the beach is the absolute best. He always makes sure my family and I are comfortable and have everything we need. I couldn’t recommend this property more. The best Cancun has to offer for beach enthusiasts like ourselves.

Caritas restaurant is not to be missed when you are in Cancun. Our server Gustavo was amazing and made our dining experience extraordinary. Hats off to the chef and entire Kempinski staff for an amazing vacation. This hotel was immaculate and in a fabulous location.

An unbeatable dining experience at Casitas Restaurant with Aqua blue water and white sand beach in the foreground. Dinner was top notch with two of their Signature seafood dishes - highly recommended! Combined with the beach front setting, the night was just perfect!
